Приятное место, в котором лучше останавливаться в теплый сезон

Отзывчивый персонал. Можно воспользоваться кухней, чтобы приготовить что то (сварить кашу) для детей. Есть бар на крыше с потрясающим видом, но в ноябре он был закрыт.

В ноябре пользоваться бассейном почти невозможно. В комнате с бассейном всегда открыта дверь на улицу, поэтому там прохладно. Так же в туалете пахло канализацией.

Восхительно!

Нам понравилось все!!! Были с мужем в августе. Персонал приветливый, номер удобный с просторным балконом, увитым виноградом, отель с панорамной крышей и с очень милыи и уютным двориком, утопающим в зелени гранатовых деревьев и виноградника, что даже и не скажешь, что отель в центре города! Расположение чудесное! если есть силы -до центра пешком мин 20 мимо величественной церкви и прекрасного сада, по желанию - такси по очень адекватной стоимости от 3 ло 5 лари! Рядом милое кафе и магазинчик, где можно купить все необходимое при надобности. Восхищение и респект сотрудникам отеля!

Хорошая частная гостиница, рядом Магазины и старая церковь. Хорошие завтраки, в кедом очень уютно. из номеров красивый вид на город, есть верхняя терраса

сильный запах канализации в ванной комнате. Также диван и кресло были в пятнах. Пора профессионально их почистить или заменить. От завтрака у всех было расстройство желудка практически сразу, как поели.

إقامتي كانت جيدة

الموقع جيد نوعاً ما الشقة كانت في الطابق تحت الأرض ، عانينا من مشكلة وجود تسرب للمياه في الحمام ومحاولة القاء اللوم علينا ، النظافة كانت جيدة جداً فريق العمل رائع ..

كان الممكن أن تكون أفضل لو كانت وجبات الإفطار بالمتوقع ، كذلك لو كانت الشقة في الطوابق العليا.

Great hotel near Trinity cathedral

Amazing hotel with a rooftop and swimming pool. The breakfast is super good and the staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, we had a great stay !

Nicely decorated boutique hotel with nice hosts located very close to the Cathedral (not old town)

The hosts were extremely nice and welcoming, especially with our little ones. The room and common areas were nicely decorated. The breakfast was good and quite varied. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities. A very nice rooftop bar was being built during our stay.

The main thing we didn't like was that the pool which was part of the reasons for which we chose the hotel was not in use (although it looked like being from the website). There was no washing machine in fact, as again seemed to be the case from the description of the room (nor the possibility to do a wash load, just individual items). Also the wifi didn't work well all the time. The location is a bit outside of the center, but not very far, on a hill overlooking the old town. I somehow had the impression the cathedral should be in the old town, as it is many cities, but this is not the case here (so don't make the same mistake). But the hotel is still very nice and they are working on making it even nicer!

Good place to stay in Tbilisi

Location was perfect, very close to many sightseeing in Tbilisi. Hotel has internal yard with gazebo, where you can sit with your friends. Perfect views of the city and Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi

Wi-Fi was not reliable and very sporadic on the third floor.

В целом впечатления остались положительные

Плюсы: 1. Нас очень приветливо встретили, персонал дружелюбный и обходительный. 2. Номер приятный, имеется кабельное телевидение и все необходимое в номере кроме фена (его можно попросить на ресепшене) 3. Удобное расположение отеля. Он находится в старом городе. В пешей доступности большинство достопримечательностей. 4. Вкусные завтраки. За все 7 дней нашего пребывания в отеле завтраки не повторялись. 5. Рядом с отелем есть супермаркет спар. 6. Есть общий бассейн, но мы в нем не купались, потому что было холодно, дверь на улицу там всегда была открыта.

Минусы: 1. Несмотря на то, что уборка номера была каждый день, убирались очень плохо. Не докладывали полотенца и туалетные принадлежности, не всегда меняли постель, а просто заправляли, полы грязные. 2. Полотенца и постельное белье в не очень хорошем состоянии - пятна, дырки. 3. Нельзя при бронировании выбрать номер с определённым видом. Заселят в тот номер, который свободен, но персонал пошёл нам на встречу и дал выбрать номер с видом на город. К сожалению, забыла сфоткать номер. Он просторный, не отличается от тех фото, которые уже есть, нареканий нет. Зато сфоткала грязные полы)))

لزوجين معاهم سياره. مناسب.

هو عبارة عن منزل من ثلاث طوابق مع حديقة منزلية. هادئ ومناسب لمن لديه سياره . الموظفون بشوشين والحديقة مثمرة والفطور بسيط.

لايصلح لكبار السن والاطفال ولايوجد مصعد من الخارج تحسبه منزل لولا الاعلان الخارجي. 😄

Worth for the money… good in facilities and hospitality..nice location and accessible..

Located in a very convenient place to access all the main n parts of the city

There is no lift in the hotel.. u may need to carry the luggages by those easy to fall stairs.. toilets were stinky due to the faulty extractor fan…

Bardzo miły czysty sympatyczny hotel w dobrej lokalizacji/DOBRA LOKALIZACJA- 200M DO STACJI METRA/.

Dobry hotel rodzinny. Dla starszych osób problematycznie mieszkanie na drugim czy trzecim pietrze.

Brak windy, ale mi to nie przeszkadzało, bo mieszkałam na pierwszym piętrze

Отличный отель в старом Тбилиси

Просторные номера: метраж не завышен, скорее даже наоборот, в номере большой шкаф купе, куда влезут все веши и чемодан. Очень тепло - есть батареи. Фантастический вид с террасы и из некоторых номеров на собор. Замечательный персонал -все очень приветливые и любезные, оперативно решали все вопросы и помогали Завтраки сытные и достаточно вкусные. Месторасположение в 3х минутах пешком от собора святой Троицы, до метро около 5 минут. до Руставели около 20мин пешком. Обязательно приеду еще

На 3м этаже wifi почти не ловит, пользовался мобильным Слышимость в номерах из-за щели под дверью. в один из дней были шумные соседи и их было сильно слышно, но в основном было тихо. В номере есть стол для работы, но сидеть за ним не удобно, т.к. стул не предусмотрен, а стулья с террасы слишком низкие

Charming and well-run accommodation, with stunning city view from balcony

This is a wonderful place to stay! Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and well-appointed room, and bathroom. Air con was absolutely essential as we were here in the summer, and it worked very well. Lovely balcony, with SUPERB city view. Very pleasant communal outside area downstairs, with comfortable seating; would be ideal for hanging out with friends who were not staying with you. Daily housekeeping is a very welcome service. The daily buffet breakfast was EXCELLENT. Location pretty good - about a 20min walk from the main area of town - we liked this as it was a quieter area, and still easy enough to get into town. But worth noting as was not particularly central.

**Swimming pool is not heated** Mattress a little too firm, caused backache. Some other guests had a tendancy to be unnecessarily noisy late at night - often slamming doors very hard, for example - but that was not the accomodation's fault - just inconsiderate fellow guests!

Nice hotel near cathedral with great views and a pool

Good location and rooms. Nice with pool even if small.

Two big double beds were advertised but only one real bed existed. The other was a couch that was rather narrow for two persons to share.
