We had the smallest room but it was bigger than most standard hotel rooms and beautifully designed and furnished.
The food in the restaurant was very good. Service was pleasant but a bit amateurish and slow at times.
Lovely swimming pool area.
Excellent valet parking and reception.
An oasis of calm, much nicer than staying in the city (we had a car).
Constant music, very loud at the pool. If you must have it, turn the volume down so it can't be heard in the rooms.
Restaurant staff had no idea about the wine list.

Quiet and comfortable and clean.
Every room has steps up to the bathroom. This can be difficult at night in the dark.

Quiet, sleek property. Helpful staff. Quiet
Restaurant service extremely slow.
Not the property's fault, but Cuernevaca did not live up to expectations. Nothing quaint or charming.

From the moment we arrived, we were amazed at the attention to detail from the parking attendant to the concierge, Arely.
The property is beautiful and the lush grounds amazing. You feel extra special when you arrive because everyone is kind and receptive to your needs.
The food at the Verdesalvia Restaurant (which is top notch) was delicious. The quality and flavor of the food is excellent. Everyone that goes must get spa treatment at Maikiki Spa. IT was a TRUE BLISS. Monset and the staff were very attentive to your needs and how to provide you the best service.
Each room is unique and special. The rooms are large and very well decorated. Sitting out on the balcony, I was able to get some work done because the music from the birds and view of the lush grounds and pool made me feel pleasantly different.
We are already planning to come back towards the end of this year. Worth the trip from San Diego, CA.
All was wonderful. The staff remembered our names. The weather is eternal since we arrived in early February. Highly recommend this boutique hotel to all who travel to CDMX...you must take a drive down to Cuernavaca and stay at Anticavilla Hotel and Spa.

the staff was amazing. Everything clean and the food very good
that the locations of the rooms are not all at the main building, they where at the back and modern stile, and I was looking for something more colonial

What a beautiful hotel - possibly one of the nicest we've stayed in. We were also treated like visiting royalty since it was off-season and we were one of the only a few guests.
Location wasn't that great.

I thought they had good food. I wanted an authentic Mexican breakfast and I feel the hotel offered it. I wanted a taste of the country and I received it.

This was hotel was fantastic, I loved it. A beautiful traditional Mexican hacienda property with a boutique feel, with very warm and friendly staff. We went for an anniversary and they surprised us with a free dessert while we were at the pool.
The room was very nice, clean, comfortable/large bed and had all the the amenities. LOVED the pool, beautiful and perfect for relaxing and sunbathing with pool chairs and cabanas. Very likely a new weekend getaway for us.
