Realmente como en casa . El personal divino, amables,atentos,siempre con una sonrisa y permanente preguntando si estamos bien o necesitamos algo. Ya prometimos volver, y así será. Es nuestro lugar y hogar en Punta del Este

Good stay with a problem in the pat

The room (though the shower is tiny), the breakfast and location were very good.

I was charged the full price to my credit card before arriving when they advertise that it can be paid in installments. When I asked if this could be changed they said that they could not and were quite rude about it.

Ok if you are staying one night.

Location & swimming pool. Nice balcony

The lock in the room did not seem safe; there was no bin other than the one in the bathroom; also the shower space was very small. There were no towels available for the swimming pool, you had to rent one or buy it. Late check out is very early: 4pm. The swimming pool area is a bit messy.

The location is great. Our car broke and luckily it was close to the Terminal Bus.

I liked everything, it is not my first time in the hotel.

we like here

this hotel is amazing ,comfortable,good location, nice atmosphere, pretty nice breakfast also .At first we had small room with a street view, that was not our favorite, when we came back we chose room with a sea view and bigger room what is absolutely gorgeous.

we stayed over week and we thought they change bed sheets when they get dirty but they probably did see it, at the end ,with translation, everything was fixed with minutes, so that is minor complain.

we loved our stay at the Milano is a good breakfast coffee place. We we enjoyed the pool there very much. The staff were very welcoming and gave us chairs for the beach with umbrella and noodles for the pool.

Good start, dissapointing ending.

Location

Breakfast. On arrival the receptionist charged the roomprice on our card twice by mistake. We spend two hours trying to get the manager to cancel one payment but she refused and told us to get in touch with the credit card company. We are still waiting for our money...

It's was the perfect hotel for my girlfriend and I, very comfortable and close to restaurants and the beach, the staff was REALLY amazing and they were very helpful in everything we needed.

Everything, it might not have the best pool in town tho, but it's not needed when your plan is relax and go to the beach.
