Proximity to the beach...Although not directly on the front the hotel has a private walkway no more than 200mts in length that leads straight onto a beautiful long sandy beach.
The size of the pool in relation to the number of rooms in the hotel was very impressive. The same can also be said for the seating and tables etc in the dining room.
The breakfast was very good, offering a fine variety of cooked food, along with cereals and fruit, and ham, cheese etc.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was all good👍🏻

Breakfast was ok - everything what a continental European needs! The waiters had been good fellows.
In the evening the menu was fine. In the paella I missed the typical taste of colorante and more taste !

Old hotel with tradition. Very nice staff, cleaning every day. It is located 1.5 km from the city center, practically on the seashore. 30 minutes walk to the port. Clean good linen, there is a balcony. A large supermarket is 5 minutes away. Has its own parking. The hotel needs updating.
I didn’t like the pillows at all :( my neck hurt. Breakfast is average, but included in the price.

beds were extremely comfortable and air conditioning unit in the room very quiet. The reception staff were also very friendly and free parking was also great. direct access onto beach also brilliant. value for money definitely with this property.

Exceptionally clean, beautiful old style Spanish hotel.
Check in was very poor. No manager around, said he had an emergency when he finally arrived, no stand in manager.

We have stayed at the Rosa before and met most of the staff who are extremely freindly and helpful.
On the most recent stay, the owner[s]/staff went beyond their normal helpfulness and freindliness,
in assisting my wife whilst I was having an operation in the local hospital.
We would definately recommend this hotel and will be staying at the Rosa again....If they will have us!

Nice small quaint hotel with very friendly staff. The meals in the restaurant on an evening were excellent and great value for money
a little bit further away from the centre of Denia than I would have preferred

A beautiful old style period hotel.

All the staff were smiley and the reception staff very helpful. Breakfast was great especially the fresh OJ. There was a beach really close and facilities near by.
Charging points were slow.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel 20mins walk to the centre of Denia and very close to the beach. A last minute booking as wanted to book before but had min of 2 nights, saw had availability 7 days before for 1 night so cancelled the other Hotel we had booked. We were not disappointed such wonderful staff and the head guy in the restaurant was an asset to the hotel. All Staff were so friendly, evening meal was great value and very good. We had breakfast on the terrace, so much choice both hot and cold buffet. So pleased I could have non dairy milk too, not seen such variety before in Spain or at all.
Can heartily recommend this hotel with free parking, you won't be disappointed.

An amazing little cozy hotel ! Great atmosphere
Air conditioning was a bit old, which make it hard to adjust to a comfortable temperature! Get very cold at night even if set up at 24 degrees

Traditional Spanish, family run, hotel. Spotlessly clean. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very nice pool, with a path from hotel leading to the beach. It was lovely having breakfast out on the terrace.
There is parking at the hotel, but not quite enough for the number of rooms, and spaces quite narrow, so one night a car was parked so close to ours that we couldn't open our door to get in - we observed the other driver climbed over the passenger seat to get out. We decided to park out in the slip road after that! Bathrooms could do with an update.

Charming stylish family run hotel with excellent facilities and great location. Amazing value for money and daily breakfast was so good, fresh and tasty. would definitely return!
Sometimes the hot water could take a while to come through but it is an older building so understandable
