Location was great.
The room was smaller than anticipated & bathroom even smaller.

Flott beliggenhet ved stranden , gågater og restauranter. Veldig hyggelig betjening.
Senga hadde kun en lang pølsepute, ikke så komfortabelt.

Très bon accueil et proximité de l’aéroport .
Balcon avec chaises même si nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion d’en profiter.
Bon rapport qualité /prix

Location
Not clean.
We had a room with no terrace and the only window led to the hallway. We didn't have any intimity. We had to keep the window covered with courtains all day.
Location is good but it doesn't compensate the room conditions.
And we paid a lot compared to other hotels.
9.0
excellent location, great access to promenade and then to beach, close to supermarket, restaurants and bars.
Room was good, overlooking the beach, property has an elevator.
everything was great!

Location excellent
In the room 204 it was very inconvenient not to have a cupboard at the side of each bed to put a glass of water instead of having to put on the floor.

We stayed here last year. The hotel is basic but the lovely staff and fabulous location are the reason we chose to stay again
WiFi wasn't the best but for a short break no big deal

Location was great, situated amongst lots of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants and right on the beach front. Access to the hotel is from a pedestrianised street but the taxi drop is only 20m around the corner similarly the beach front. We had a sea view from the small balcony which was lovely. As we visited in early February the balcony went into shade early afternoon but it was very pleasant to sit out in the morning.
Early mornings were a little noisy with what sounded like furniture being moved around. Not sure if this was cleaners above or from the cafe below.

The location was amazing and the staff were absolutely amazing. My son got very sick on the first night and basically threw up all over the bed and room. The staff came in and cleaned everything up and were genuinely concerned for my son. They found us a restaurant to have something to eat after we arrived late at night and were fantastic during our stay. Definitely coming back again.
Everything was perfect.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. The front of the hotel leads you into a street full of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The other side of Hotel looks over the beach which has various sections with beds and beach service.
The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Only suggestion would be to add some beds and umbrellas to the sun terrace on the roof although appreciate that most people use the beach I think it's a little hidden gem.
Nothing I didn't like

The property is located next to the beach in a nice area with shops, bars and restaurants. The room was cleaned every day and new towels provided. Roof top terrace if you want to see a good view of La Carihuela and beyond.
I thought that the hotel had sun beds as pictured in their advert. There are no beach sun beds you have to hire these from another provider. A little basic in the room in terms of facilities.

We booked this hotel because of the amazing front line view and we weren't disappointed with the fabulous balcony and panoramic views of the beach and sea, great for people watching! . It's central location was ideal for strolling into Torremolinos centre or to Benelmadena, and there were many shops, bars & restaurants within a 5 minutes radius. There is a very convenient supermarket directly across from the entrance to the hotel which is easy to miss (took us 2 day!!) There was no kettle or hair dryer in the room however these are available from reception.
The room was a little tired but comfortable and to be honest we didn't spend a lot of time in there so it wasn't really a problem.

Good location right on the sea front only yards from the sand the hotel has no bar but does sell cold cans

Nothing to complain about.

Hotel staff are amazing and the cleaner made our room lovely and clean every day.
The shower was fantastic too
Already looking forward to going back next year !
Only a very small point but the furniture was a little old..door knob was loose on the fridge cabinet. An ice compartment in the fridge would have been nice

Location, Friendly & Very Welcoming Staff, Cleanliness 5* throughout, ,Great Value, Overall Service Exceptional.
The above compensates for: Room very compact, Bath/Shower very small

located close to lovely bars and restaurants beautiful sea view
reception entrance seemed a bit dark
