Not having a reception makes you feel more at home. The kitchen area was great. The room was a good size. The bathroom, spacious and convenient. Laundry for free for customers.
The main door was broken, so the hotel was open to anyone to walk in. Luckily, this is a safe area.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado si quieres estar lejos del bullicio de Ibiza. Las playas cercanas son muy bonitas y el entorno agradable. El hotel resulto ser muy cómodo y el personal amable. Nos ofrecieron poder dejar nuestras cosas en el hotel luego de hacer el check out.

Excellent service and very clean place. You have everything you need and also a washing machine and kitchen. Carolina was the best help and I would recommend this place to anyone.

The bathroom was not clean (hair all over the shower) and my friend had bed bugs which caused bites all over her body.

The location was great - in the middle of the Es Canar scene. There were a lot of restaurants, stores and mini supermarkets nearby. You can walk to Cala Nova and spend a day there at the beach. The views are breathtaking. The room was comfortable and clean and the bed was amazing.
The wifi at the property is bad, which is not ideal for remote workers. The rooms are a little bit small.

Good position, nearby the big bus station of Es Canar, you can easily take the bus or taxi here. Beach 3 min away from the hotel.

Decor is beautiful. Very modern and chic. Location is perfect, right next the beach and a beach club with a pool. Views of the sea from my room were amazing. Felt like a home from home.
There was nothing I didn't like. An iron in the room would have been handy but there may have been one in the accommodation which I couldn't find.

This Outsite location is a digital nomad paradise, with beautiful sea views and easy beach access. The property is modern, clean, and has an amazing rooftop patio. The internet connection is excellent, ensuring seamless work and communication. The staff, particularly Carolina, was friendly and attentive.

The hotel has no reception, which works great we had the freedom to use the kitchen and facilities with no issues. Is a lovely restaurant, Las Arenas what we had breakfast every day 2 steps from the hotel seafront lovely food great service. We had a lovely stay in Outsite and es canar. We are definitely coming back ❤️

Excellent location, in a relaxing but lively tourist area with plenty of beachfront restaurants, a pool across the street and lots of walking paths on the cliffs surrounding the beach. The ferry to Formentera is 2 min walk away. The property was very modern, clean and well equipped with super fast Wifi, a desk in the room, a rooftop patio and full kitchen. Carolina, the manager, was very responsive and friendly.

when I got to the hotel I notice the AC wasting working so I texted/ emailed the manager and they said they would find a solution THEY DIDNT so after one hot night and 2 days waiting I left the hotel 2 nights before my check out date. I also emailed booking about it and I’m waiting for my refund

the location was really pretty and  convenient. a lot of restaurants and super market close by, also a lot of atms. the beach view was really pretty and the decor was very pretty as well
this property has a problem with smells from the toilet and lobby. the toilet and bathroom have a very bad odor. the shower also lets out alot of water when you are showering. also wish there was someone there to help you or if you have any questions. the online contact you have does help alot though!

The area is very central to the town of Es Canar,there are restaurants around and the beach at your doorstep.The rooms are very tastefully done modern and chic
I loved my room however there was a smell in the bathroom due to plumbing issues.However I spoke to the building manager and she nicely offered to move my room and was actually even a better room so amazing client service I have to say

This booking was horrible, from the nice booking.com pictures we booked a stay with beach view but upon arrival we were shocked to see we arrived at a building site/construction pit.
There was construction work literally going on completely around the accommodation. Extremely loud noises early in the morning that woke us up till later in the evening. Also the workers keep looking into out "Sea view" room so we had no privacy and we're forced to stay in the room with the curtains closed. Upon making a complaint about the noise and the lack of privacy with the lady that was working at the stay (Carolina - she was very helpful!!) she provided us with a new room at the other side of the accommodation.. after entering the room we we're surprised to wake to loud noises again in the morning and we found out there was construction work going on at the back of the accommodation as well.. heavy machines riding around with bricks, stones and workers walking around drilling/grinding..
Since we couldn't get any rest we talked with the manager of the accommodation and we decided to leave the accommodation after 2 days.. We booked from 19 till 25april but checked out on 21st
They promised us we would get the rest of our money refunded but we are waiting till this day to get 1 cent back!
very disappointed in booking.com since they say they cannot help us and very disappointed with this very bad experience overall which completely ruined our vacation and made us make double cost for accommodation that we we're promised to get back..
I rate this service 1 out of 5 for lying to people with nice pictures that are not accurate and practically robbing people of they're money AND NOT following up on their words/promises!!!

What I really like was the facilities for coliving/work space. The desks, kitchen, rooms and structure were super cool and good. It is missing more plugs for computers (there is few only). The cleaness of the commons areas was very good.
I really did not like the fact that I stayed 12 nights there and not even for a day someone went to my room to make some cleaning or change our towels. It is true that the hotel made clear that they don't have cleanning room services, however for a pesona that stas 12 nights, this should not happen. I had to ask for the community manager to change my towels. Another thing waa the air conditioner, we have asked to 'fix' it and they provided something fixed after 1 week...so, pretty much 2 days before we left (from 12 nights stay). The community manager was not helpful with some requests, and nor the cleaning staff.

Lovely clean room upon arrival, amazing kitchen/ outdoor facilities, brilliant location for local attractions and very comfy bed. Really liked the option to have the room cleaned as and when required.
Found it to be quite noisy at night, seemed to be very easy to hear anything that was going on in the corridor outside.

The price was good, and the variety of faciltiies were good.
The kitchen/cooking area needs an overhaul. The room we stayed in wasn’t properly cleaned, I can smell cat urine in the bathroom - someone has definitely had a cat living in this room previously. There were contact lenses in the shower too. The communal cooking area needs a serious deep clean and renovation, it doesn’t have the capacity for more than one person to cook realistically. There was also a smell of drains on the second floor.

Cozy and home atmosphere in the hall with many flowers and furnished with wooden furniture. Warm colors of natural materials make you feel relaxed 😌
In the room there was no tooth brush and water. At least a bottle of water I expected. After saying it to the staff all was corrected.

Sea Ibiza was great. amazing view from the room and its got a balearic interior style of white wash and woven lampshades.
Super clean room and all we needed. Cleaned daily with new soaps and towels. Room was "cosy" with toilet and shower in the bedroom. more of a studio. A/C wasn't that powerful or work correctly. Toilet had a funny smell also.
The staff were friendly and the bar was busy in the evenings with a good crowd. More locals which was nice. Parking is great out the back loads of spaces, free and safe. resort is ok but easy to get around whole island.

the shower head was also wobbly and the water from the shower made the room floor very wet. cleaners cam in everyday to clean, dry and tidy.

Smelled like sewer from the pipes everywhere in the building and in the toilet, the rooms are not soundproof with the other rooms and the rooms are very, very small.
