Absolutely horrible and unexpected from Booking.com

I didn't like anything. It was horrible and I left the hotel after 1 night.

They were absolutely unprofessional and very dirty room. You can check that I left that horrible hotel just after one night. My money just wasted. And I tried so many times to inform booking.com, but no one responded. It is unacceptable. Not only me but also my known people will never use Booking.com ever.. I will definitely ensure it through my social media handles.

Location relative to other places.

The location of the lobby is not specified and is located stupidly on the second floor. Although the reception is said to be open 24/7, we were stranded on the street for a night just because they did not answer our calls.

The location and price was good. The staff where very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate you.

Very good location. Close to metro making it very easy to get around.

Very affordable hotel with nice stuff and good rooms

It is actually the cheapest hotel in Baku, that has all necessary amenities and not that far from the center. The hotel stuff is very nice. They are always ready to help in all situations. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. There are also dining room and kitchen. The cleaning is on-demand and very thorough one. You can also have laundry for very affordable price.

The hotel is not in the very center, but the taxi (Uber, Bolt) is really cheap you there are subway and bus stop nearby. The furniture is not new and some minor renovations needed, but it is still good enough for such price.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Nicest hotel employees we've ever met - they solved all our problems and even invited us for drinks! With excellent location and service, this hotel is the best value for money in Baku.

Hotel is conveniently located in the newly developed area of the city near Ganjlik mall, few univercities and city zoo. The staff is incredible, truly great people. The atmosphere at the hotel is like home. There is a common kitchen which gives the cozy feeling of a co-living yet everyone has their own rooms with private bathroom. The rooms are old but clean, some have updated bathroom. The rooms as well as common areas are spacious which is really hard to find in the city center.

Poor internet signal in the rooms, but works ok from the common dining room.

so bad

I booked a room with 3 single beds. but we were put in a room with one large bed, and for the third person they threw a mattress on the floor. there was no bed linen or towels for the third person. The room itself is very dirty, dirt on the floor. in the bathroom there is a shower cabin, from under which water flows and fills the entire floor, you can easily slip. I do not recommend this place.

Much bad experience to stay here, required modify from four star hotel to a average hostel

No breakfast, Location is good on main road, Kitchen is share for bed spacer male bachelors not the family.

Its mention four star hotel, I cant's ask its single star, Its not hotel, its is hostel, Bed mattress very bad un comfortable damages sprigs, too much mosquito in room, I book for 2 adult and two kids but One double bed only in room, after thy provide mattress, with short bed sheet, AC in sitting area, In sleeping area no AC, Spilt AC without remote, Turn Off One hanup by chair and power on off from unit, Wash room not available basic accessories, like cloth hanger, towel hanger, keep Soap shampoo in wash room, WC Water flash much bad, My Kids full infected with mosquito killing, I show manager, and reply was very strange its normal like this in Baku, I ask per comforter they reply we send for washing tomorrow, next day I ask for replace for bed sheet replay yesterday we replace, water provide in use juice bottle without water glass, Tea Cup and not clean, Other What I write more comments, One single thing I didn't see good, No other family was there and room bachelors they staying as hostel bed space, I don't know How booking.com they write 4 star hotel.

The staff is very good. Parking available in front of hotel 🏨

The kitchen was not clean. The building is very old. AC was leaking water inside room. Floor mats are very dirty.

The location is nice, parking is on the road and paid , not free. I paid 1 manat everyday for parking The swimming pool doesnt belong to the hotel, we paid 10 manat for 2 hours everytime we used the pool.
