Cobram colonial motor inn
It was clean and room was large, bed was reasonably comfortable
Room had a funny smell, curtains didn't block out light properly, shower, barely needed cold water and then if flush toilet it goes cold. Superficial updated, carpet was old, 1 night was enough. Reception uninviting.

Good sized room for a family but no hot water and not very clean.
good location and good sized room. nice updated bathroom and had good facilities i.e bbqs and pool.
no hot water in the shower, room wasn’t cleaned properly.
