Very good stay

The apartment is near the city center and it is really comfortable and spacious. The receptionist is kind and available if needed.

The bathroom is a bit too small, in particular the sink and the shower if you are taller than 170 cm.

The house was close to the center of the city so you can go for a walk on foot.

You have to pay a deposit of 100 euros for any damages you may cause. If after leaving, everything is ok then you get back your deposit. Inside the house there is a list of things that you have to pay if happened (e.g losing key, smoking, etc)

Excellent value for money. The location made the deal, definately will book again if needed.

The location was great, everything was at walking distance. The apartment had everything we might have needed on our stay and the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The street gets pretty busy at night, but it's a worthy sacrifice. The bed was too firm for our liking and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but the couch the job did just fine.

Good apartment for a short stay in Valencia at a small price

Location is very central and super close to the market. The apartment is spacious and modern. Bed very comfortable

The bathroom is very small and easily damageable. The shower and the sink had a a bit too much limestone. This can be improved. Sofa bed was also not very comfortable but okay for a couple of days.

We enjoyed the location because it was close to all the sights of Valecia and it allowed us to see everything. The apartment was spacious and well-lit, good size kithen.

We were supposed to get an apartment with a terrace. The kitchen was missing basic untensils like more knives, limited or no basic condiments like salt, sugar, oil and the bathroom had only three toilet paper rolls for 4 people for three nights. Besides, we don't know what was in the sofa bed that my 12 year old son got badly biten by a bug, the doctor says it must have been a poisonos one.

The apartment is located right next to a school with a big outdoor sports ground and it was constantly very loud except on Sunday - had we known about this prior to booking, we would have DEFINITELY chosen another place to stay. The bikes that we borrowed were not in great condition at all, the apartment itself looked way better on the pictures than in person, the bathroom including the toilet was incredibly tiny for an apartment suited for 5(!) people and constantly smelled bad. The huge terrace displayed on the pictures (which was one of the main reasons why we chose this apartment) was actually divided in half and not at all like promised on the website. It had some uncomfortable outdoor seating furniture without any pillows and the table made of plastic easily broke by just leaning my foot against it - for which I was charged 40(!)€. If you still decide to book, make sure you thoroughly read their guidelines because they will charge you extra for basically everything - even for not taking the trash bag out.

The room was a bit tired, missing things like tea towel for drying up and the sofa bed was really uncomfortable. The shower was not made for anyone taller than 1.5m.

Enjoyed it very much in Valencia

The apartment is located in a very central area of Valencia, and has a nice size.

Only downside was that the utensils in the kitchen were not sufficient for cooking even a simple meal.

Central, comfortable and easy communication

It is the second time that we stay at these apartments, so that should already say a lot about them. Great location, easy and quick communication, as we were arriving very late they had prepared the second bed for us. Clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Better on the pictures. Reality completely different.

Location & the apt was spacious. Close to bars restaurant's & shops.

The bathroom was awful. Marks on towels. No bedding for the sofa & Uncomfortable bed settee. Basic maintenance needed.. Broken chair Light bulbs not working. Bathroom Extractor hit & miss. Scaled up shower head,plus no hot water. Couldn't use the rain shower head as no water would come out( needs new or descaling). Front Door lock an absolute nightmare to open& lock! Metal trim around the kitchen loose,screws sticking up. Watch out if in bare feet! Only one mirror in the apt which was a small one in bathroom. Try sharing that with teenagers! No hairdryer. School opposite & the noise
