Served its purpose

room was a good size, shower head was amazing, the beds were very comfortable.

toilet was a little small, cigarette smell throughout the hotel, elevator was a little scary to ride in

I didn’t like the dirtiness and garbage that lingers around from the truck stop behind the hotel

fun stay

rooms are nice and big staff is helpful and friendly! loved the balcony, bar on first floor stopped in for a drink, will definitely stay again.

good pillows and shower water pressure

weak wifi, hall carpet was dirty, room kitchen had a dirty plate in cupboard and no dish towel to dry dishes.

Would like some kind of rebate back for a terrible stay at $207 a night

Location

No room service I had to go pick up bedding for couch bed with no pillows, elevator was broke and we were on the 3rd floor and had to haul everything up the stairs (coolers, guns, ammo, etc.) no close place for trash, telephone didn't work (serious safety violation), had to put a cushion at the door so the light didn't shine in from the hallway at night while sleeping, check in was at a totally different bldg. and was the Comfort Inn and we were staying at the Main Stay Inn.

We found the hotel to be comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was good. It was nice to have eggs in the breakfast sandwiches. The king sized bed was very comfortable. I liked the large refrigerator. The air conditioner worked well. I believe I lost a ring in our room. Alisa at the front desk has talked to housekeeping but so far hasn’t found my ring. I only discovered it was missing when I got home which is three hours away. I appreciate that Alisa is looking into finding my ring.

The kitchen could have used another spoon.

The stay was good staff was great breakfast was poor wife I was poor air conditioning suck

Superb

Air vents were extremely dirty and caused allergies to flare-up immediately. A/C thermostat wasn't working properly.

Front desk staff were super friendly and hospitable. Maintenance technician fixed A/C problem quickly.

The worst

I liked the location of the property. I liked the shower pressure.

I didn’t like mostly everything. Where do I start? We got the hotel to go swimming but the pool was damaged. I didn’t like having to go across the parking lot to the next building for breakfast. Breakfast was non existent. The property was old. The property was dirty. The property wasn’t restricted to guests only. It wasn’t secure. Nobody adhered to the mask mandate. We got the pee stained blanket. A dead cockroach in the light fixture. Another light that didn’t even work. A view of an empty dirt lot. My key wouldn’t work. You could hear all the highway traffic. AND the kicker was that we had to switch rooms at 10pm because of the party that lasted until 2am.
