Amazing location, very clean, mattresses and pillows should be replaced

The location is amazing, you can see the building from the beach even while you are swimming :) we found the room very clean with everything that we needed and kitchen fully equipped

The mattress is not that comfortable and its pretty loose in the middle so it may give you a back pain and also the pillows they were very very hard and my neck was in pain every single morning because of ot

Wonderful relaxing home from home

From the moment we booked we received excellent communications from the management of the apartment. The day before check in we downloaded an app which gave us all the information regarding check-in and information about all the bits and pieces in the apartment. The public areas and lift are spotless. The apartment is very bright, modern and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal or create a snack including washing materials. The washing machine is modern and effective ( there’s a drier frame on the balcony). The lounge has a large dining table, comfortable sofa/ bed and tv. The bedroom has plenty of storage space, bed side tables with lamps and a queen size very comfortable bed The bathroom has a large shower etc and soap, shampoo and shower gel are provided as are an assortment of fluffy towels. The apartment is pristine absolutely sparkling. The balcony has a large table with plenty of chairs and a good view. Without a doubt this is the best apartment we have stayed in and have already booked for two more visits.

BEWARE OF BOOKING A SUPERIOR APPARTMENT- IT IS ONLY A STUDIO ROOM.

Not alot, the shower was okay, the building was in a central location. The rest was poor and no customer service. Read my full review and look at yhe photographs. Only allowed to show 4 photographs even though I have lots more. New building but only worth 1 star rating because of facilities, noise and misleading description of what you are booking.

Beware when booking a Superior Appartment. I booked a Superior Appartment and got a Studio Room. When I queried this with the Host, I was told that I had booked a Superior Studio which I explained to the Host was incorrect as my booking was for a Superior Appartment not a Superior Studio. On the Booking.com website The Hotel Meditrraneo only has three options 1) a Studio Room or 2) a One Bedroom Appartment or 3) a Superior Appartment. Therefore I thought I had booked a One Bedroom Superior Appartment NOT a Studio Room with a kitchenette. If the Supetior Appartment is in fact only a Superior Studio it should be advertised as such and not as a Supetior Appartment which is very misleading and disappointing. The facilities were poor, there were only 4 glasses ( one Red wine glass, one White wine glass, one tall tumbler and one small tumble) only 2 cups, the two place mats were curled up, there was only one cup coaster, the kitchen area was so small the microwave was side ways on, so could not open the door, the stools had frayed edges, the shower frame runner was yellow with dirt, the satellite TV had over 500 channels of which 99% were Arab speaking and the only English speaking channel was BBC News, there was only a tiny half closet for clothes, with the bottom housing a washing machine, so no room for dresses etc, there was no mirror to use for drying your hair, except in the shower room, and the hairdryer did not reach that far, the base of the iron was so burnt it marked clothes when used, there was no soundproofing (which was advertised) as we could hear the other rooms and the location of the building was near a KFC with constant food deliveries to customers using motorbikes, so was very noisy, even with the balcony door closed. Overall a very disappointing experience and un-pleasant stay. I have photographs to support these complaints and request that this be taken further as the Host was unhelpfull.

Szczelność okien - jeżeli na zewnątrz budynku były jakieś imprezy, to tak jakby się w nich uczestniczyło. Wszystko było słychać.

Udany pobyt, polecam

Super lokalizacja (minuta i jesteś na głównej promenadzie z restauracjami i barami); Możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania (Po telefonie do Pani z obsługi po 15 minutach dostałam telefon, że możemy się zameldować parę godzin wcześniej niż o 15); Self-check in świetny - w specjalnej aplikacji masz wszystko czego potrzebujesz; W pokoju: suszarka, żelazko, pralka, ręczniki, kosmetyki.

Mieliśmy pokój na 1 piętrze i muzyka i inne odgłosy codziennie do 4-5 rano. Nam to nie przeszkadzało bo sami wracaliśmy późno ale dla osób z dziećmi raczej słabo. Przydałoby się lepsze wygłuszenie.

Μπορείτε νά βάλετε απορρυπαντικό ρούχων στο δωμάτιο.

Τοποθεσία εξαιρετικά Άνετο δωμάτιο και ανακαινισμένο πλήρης ,όλα τα εστιατόρια τριγύρω η θάλασσα πολλοί κοντά.Στο κέντρο της πόλης.Ολα τέλια.

Θα μπορούσαν νά δώσουν λίγο περισσότερο προσοχή στην καθαριότητα του δωματίου κατά την άφιξη του πελάτη.

Grear room in prime location!

Super spacious and clean room!! Fully equipment and very convenient for longer stays. The location is prime!!! Few steps to the beach, restaurants, touristic strip, old town, city center, shopping area and bus station.

We had a room on the first floor so no view whatsoever and it gets noisy at night especially on weekends.

Labai arti jūros ir promenado. Puikios sąlygos maudytis nuo ankstyvo ryto.

Tikėjomės ne mums paskirto pirmo aukšto, bet aukščiau su vaizdu į jūrą. Iš balkono matėsi ūkinė įranga, atliekami daiktai, parkingas. Kita siena buvo tik už 4 metrų. Nuo vidurio nakties žadino šiukšlių ir kito transporto triukšmas. Balandžių mėšlo kvapas.

Gerne wieder

Lage des Appartements ist wirklich Top. Direkt im Zentrum. Nur wenige Schritte und man ist am Strand und der Langen Promenade. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars aber auch Souvenirläden. Unterkunft hat genug Platz geboten. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Haben diese aber nur für ein kurzes Frühstück benötigt. Badezimmer war liebevoll mit Hygieneartikeln ausgestattet. Waschmaschine war auch super praktisch. Sind mit sauberer Wäsche wieder nach Hause geflogen. Abends hört man natürlich das nächtliche treiben und die Musik der umliegenden Bars. Für uns aber kein Minuspunkt da dies bei der Lage zu erwarten war.

Parken ist etwas schwierig. Straßen sind sehr eng und zum Hotel selbst gibt es keinen Parkplatz. Wir haben in einem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus geparkt, Kosten dort ungefähr 17€ pro Tag. Badezimmer war etwas klein mit wenig Ablage Möglichkeiten...aber das ist echt jammern auf hohem Niveau 😅.

Az apartman tágas, fiatalos berendezésű, az ágy is kényelmes, ami nagy előny egy fárasztó, programokkal teli nap után. További előnye, hogy központi helyen van, így az egész város könnyen bejárható, a nevezetességek karnyújtásnyira vannak.

A clean place in the center of Larnaca, but not the best place to stay if you want a good rest.

APARTMENT NR.202 Pro's: The studio is very clean, with 2 balconies, situated in the center of Larnaca (Finikoudes and Mackenzie beaches are very close, they can be visited by feet / bus ). The place is surrounded by lots of restaurants, shops and markets. The self check-in is easy.

Con's: - on the first day when we arrived the water in the sink leaks. (+: the problem was solved immediately by the host, but we had to delay our program for that day because of this situation). -- The fridge is not working properly and makes a loud sound. even turned to maximum cooling mode, the beverages were not cold enough after 24-32 hours. --> the door from the freezer could not be closed because of the ice in it --- on the second day it was a problem with the fuse of the electrical system. there was no electricity in the plugs. the phones could not be charged etc... the ice in the fridge started to melt...we had to put some paper towels on the floor....and take out all the food and veggies... we decided to leave the studio and go to the beach, and let the problem solved by the host...which happened till the end of the day.... the fuse was changed...(* don't forget to take your own Type G adapter for the plugs, the one in the apartment was broken). ---- although this is not a hotel, we recieved clean towels in the 4th day of our stay making a request via whatsapp / there is no room service ----- under the studio is located a bar, so we had 2 nights (Fri/Sat) when the music and the party stopped between 1.00 - 2.00 by the night... (even with ear plugs it was hard to sleep)

the apartment has a good size and is functional

my view was the next building wall. it should have at least one complimentary bottle of water. I arrived late and the markets around were all closed. the cleaning lady was very rude at the end. the app confirmation stated checkout up to 11:30 am, but she was trying to kick me off before that, very embarrassing and unnecessary. would not recommend nor stay again.

The apartment in the city center and close to all attractions. The building is renovated and very modern. The apartment is well equipped.

The noise from the pub next to the apartment. We stayed on Friday and Saturday and it was really noisy. Even with a closed window. I think they turn off the music only around 5:00 in the morning.

the property location is ideal, perfect walking distance to finikoudis, it is clean and brand new.

our appartment 103 faces the wall of another bldg. where all the AC and noisy equipment r stored under our balcony. so the noise was really bad not to mention the creepy noise from the small refrigerator in the Appartment it was a symphony of noise all day and all night. so even though the concept is perfect for people who don’t want to b disturbed and want full autonomy in terms of managing their booking , check in and check out , i still felt there is a need for a little of personalisation. at least someone to help in case u don’t have wifi yet once u arrive at cyprus and u cant check the instructions sent by link. which i didn’t notice that they sent in advance so i was stuck in front of the bldg. until we went with our luggage to look for wifi and check how to get into the Appartment. also the property doesn’t offer luggage storage if ur flight is later because check out is strictly at 11 am.

In the city center, with two air conditioners, clean, and simple self-check-in, it was possible to go into your room before official check-in time, and had shampoos, coffee, tea, etc. Fantastic value for money! I will surely come again!
