Frukostbuffén och möjligheten att kontrollera AC i rummet!

Det var inte tydligt att man behövde säga till om man ville ha det städat medans man var borta, blev en chock när vi kom tillbaka till ett ostädat rum.

Nice room, great location

Nice, comfortable hotel near the cityrail station. We arrived by bus from the airport - bus stop is also quite close. Really helpful staff. We were able to checkin earlier as our room was ready, also we could left our baggage in the storage after checkout. Tasty breakfast with great choice of meals for everyone (including vegan). Our room was comfortable and clean. There were glasses for wine available in the room, such a nice surprise ;)

The room was not cleaned even once during our stay, perhaps we should ask for it ;) Only trash was removed. The room was a little bit dark.

Okay but was expecting a bit more.

I liked the look of the place. Inside it was very nice as well in the evening especially with all the mood lighting.

I don't think I've ever been in a single hotel before where i didn't have a fridge in the room except this one. It was an unpleasant surprise. And on the website it says it has parking. Well... It fails to mention that you have to pay for it. So they might as well just go ahead and say they don't have any parking because i asked the girl at the reception where should i park and she said it doesn't really matter. The hotel doesn't have it's own parking lot so you will have to pay everywhere you park. That being said let's move over to the room again. So. No fridge as i said. No Smart TV. I mean we are in 2023 after all and it's not some old lady's place we slept at instead it's a big glorious looking hotel in the capital of Sweden.. And the TV is ancient it barely has a few channels. Shame on them really. And after that it was the cleanliness of the room. The bed was clean. But the furniture was full of stains and dust. The room was pretty noisy as well. There was a concert next door in the arena and after it ended people started going to their rooms. And the way i found out about it was by being woken up by the noises. Literally could count every step that was made on the corridors and in the rooms next to mine.

Family rooms need renovations

Large lobby with comfortable seats. Excellent breakfast

We didn’t have a comfortable stay. Family room 1304 was too hot and stuffy. Unfortunately we can’t open window due to it’s design and the temperature cannot be adjusted even we set it lower. It reached 25 degree at night in our room when it was 17 outside. The furniture was outdated although the bathroom is big enough.

Location. Outside the city. Close to the mall with lots of restaurants, shops and train station. Just two stops to city center. Great breakfast, good room and friendly staff.

I would recommend it.

Superb breakfast, great room, great hotel.

Only problem is that parking for the car (we had one) is not included in the price and it's not so easy to use the local app (to pay for parking) for tourists like us. With such a big hotel you expect they offer parking as well! But all in all it was a pleasant stay.

Worth it, I would come back again.

The Breakfast was fantastic, you had many sweet and healthy options. The yogurt was my personal Highlight. The front desk staff spoke English and were very nice. The shower/bathroom was very convenient and big. The Room didn’t look like it’s worn down. Also the TV was working fine.

Nice fresh childfriendly facilitation

We are one family of 7 people and our two rooms were located in floors 19 and 10 which was very incovenient since they were made as one booking. There is some improvement with professionality of reception staff.

Really good option for short stay for good money

Clean and fresh room, perfect for short stay (2-3 nights). Nice buffet for breakfast. Close to big shopping mall and train station.

No fridge or teapot in the room. Can be tricky to get back to hotel in the late evening as there are few public transport options.

Nice! Would've been way better is the TV could be casted on!

The breakfast was good though there was no change in the menu. The location was perfect because it's close to mall of scandinavia!! The gym and sauna were a great plus

When booking the room I could swear that there was a fridge enlisted, but when we got to the room there wasn't any and in the booking it wasn't showing anymore. Also we were greatly disappointed by the TV!! It's was basically good for nothing because we don't watch cable channels and the main issue is that we couldn't cast anything to it thus we're bored the entire time and had to be on our phones.

There was no tea in the rooms. Just a coffe mashine with capsules. Those are terrible for the environment, so we didn't used those.
