Only stayed for 1 night but it was a great stop. Room was nice and the view is great. The free transportation (and the oj) to the airport was really helpful!

The views were amazing.
The beds pillows were very uncomfortable. The rooms needed some TLC. - broken safe, no extra security locks on doors, worn grout and fixtures (possibly dirty?) We found used pizza boxes in our room. Trash on the grounds was never picked up over our 3 day stay. The majority of the staff hung out on their phones in the dining area, but it was difficult to get someone’s attention for service.

The beach was directly in front of the hotel, amazing views. My first experience with the hotel was with Courtney, the driver who took me from the airport to the hotel. He was super nice and also took me and my family around the island to various locations. His level of hospitality was amazing, for this reason, I’d highly recommended this hotel.
One of my ACs didn’t work when I got there, however the staff moved me to another room fairly quickly.

The swimming pool however was not very clean.
The staff could care less you are there. We stayed for only one night, thank goodness. Being Canadian I was very dissapointed as this place had great reviews and thought we would splurge outside our budget. The food, well you know no love went into it. The room, things were falling apart such as the lamp, the fridge wasn't plugged in, no soap
, the air conditioner and the ceiling fan made a ruckus, had to have it on, so no choice. We told the front desk and she could care less, looked like she was the front desk, babysitter, waitress and cook. Could not care just sitting on her phone.

The view is outstanding and the bed was comfortable! The room was good - air conditioning was awesome.
Not worth the price per night.
The fridge did not work and it had MANY MANY ants! Oh - and there was no water for 12-hours and nobody told us why.
No WIFI - which was not a problem - but for some people it may be.
The staff needs a lesson on customer service - not the friendliest or most accommodating - with the exception of one very nice woman.
Like I said - LOVED the pool and the view - but wouldn't stay there again.

No options for lunch or dinner here. Staff seem uninterested in being there. The rooms definitely need a bit of TLC. Seems it's gone downhill a bit.

The staff, location, grounds and hotels were awesome, but it's unfair to rate it during COVID. The pump was broken in the pool, so they gave me a 20-per-cent discount. I was the only one staying there (there are 21 rooms)

There are cobwebs in the ceiling, I found a cockroach alive in the room, hot water didnt work, towels and blankets are visibly worn

The deluxe room is small. The sofá cama is old and can’t sleep there because the bed springs won’t let you... the junior room is what 1m2? Too expensive for the accommodations!

Good location with pool and stairs in to the sea.
Good bed with nice cushions.
Very well maintained garden area.
Quite dim lighting in the bathroom and took a while to figure out the light switches.
The shower head was spraying water all directions except down towards the body.
Very flaky WiFi.
The main road passes right behind the rooms so can me a bit disturbing at times.
Sticky leather sofa, not sure it was cleaned ever.
Broken seats on the rocking chairs of some rooms.
