安くて使いやすい

安いわりには必要なものはちゃんとあった小柄な男性スタッフの接客が良かった

二人なのにカードキーが一つなのが不便だった

此次24天旅行，在沼津住宿三晚，此區放射性去景點，配合「靜岡、富士山三日日jr pass券，很優喔都很便利

交通便利，就在jr沼津站前走路5分鐘，我住單人房，空間剛好，洗澡熱水足又夠強，盥洗用品好用、服務人員貼心、住三宿中有2天自費用館內早餐，因為，善用當地食材，超好吃呢！餐廳工作人員也很熱心協助取餐

一切都非常滿意，下回再來日本優先選擇「三交集團」

色々なところに気配りがあり、良かったです

部屋の備品に気遣いがとてもあり、ゴミ箱だったり充電器だったり、スリッパだったり、時計だったり、些細な事にも気配りが行き届いていた。 2カップ以上のコーヒーを運べる箱も良かったアメニティや自販機にある手提げ袋も気遣いが素晴らしい！

◆良くない訳ではないが、乾燥まで全自動の洗濯機が1台ではなく、複数台あると大変助かります。 ◆市販で売っているシャンプーやトリートメント(ボタニストとかの人気ブランド1000円以上)が使えると嬉しいです。他のホテルでは、お弁当用のマヨネーズなどをいれる小さいカップに色々なメーカーのシャンプーやトリートメントを入れて部屋に持っていけるようにしていました。 ◆シャワーカーテンの汚れ(カビ？)と臭いが多少気になりました。 ◆部屋にあるお茶用のグラスとカップが少し汚れていました。

Faltou pouco pra ser nota 10! O controle da temperatura no quarto, deixou a desejar.

A localização é excelente, próxima a loja de conveniência, bares e lojas. A limpeza e o ambiente, no hotel, são super agradáveis. Além de servir gratuitamente algumas bebidas quentes na recepção.

O ar condicionado do quarto estava muito quente, pedi na recepção para que diminuíssem a temperatura, ( já que não é possível controlar a mesma através de um controle remoto dentro do quarto) pois o calor estava incomodando. E fui informado que não era possível diminuir a temperatura, e que se eu quisesse esfriar um pouco mais o quarto, a solução era abrir a janela. O movimento na rua é intenso, abri a janela, esfriou o quarto, porém o barulho atrapalhou o meu descanso da mesma forma.

Room too small. The elevator stops at the lobby level all the time, which is a nuisance.

Close to the station and easy to use the facilities. The bed and pillow was good and so on. The instant tea was nice.

The breakfast was good but they were overselling it. You could get better at the store. The hotell was hard to find cause the adress using Google maps showed wrong. Be careful with which charger you bring cause I had the old one/with three parts. You need the 2 part one. And the rooms have bad isolation as I heard people have sex further down the hall.

Extremely good value for money in a convenient location!

Extremely good location, only about a 5 minutes walk from Numazu Station. Considering that you will likely have to go to the bus terminal to get onto public transportation for travel purposes, this inn is in a perfect spot. The room we got also had an overlooking view towards Numazu Station. It is located near a small shopping street, which covered some of our meals in this quiet town. I will definitely choose this place again on my next return to Numazu!

Thin wall, you can hear any noises outside the room. The bathroom is not properly cleaned, some mold stain on the wall and kind of uncomfortable smell

Very good

We had to make a sudden extension of our stay, and the only room available was a (stinking) smoking room. The staff made this clear, so we were not upset by this. We were grateful that they made sure we understood the situation.

Nice city hotel. Effective check-in and check-out, staff services were excellent. Super nice location!

All guest needs have been provided in advance. Examples, the phone charger on the room’s TV table, even it’s not working well, but the staff sent the proper charger right away when I told them what happened.

All services and facilities are necessarily provided, but personally I didn’t really comfort with the interior in the room, there was a part at the entrance floor that they keep the tiles were shown. That makes the room feel even smaller. It’s just my preference. Not a big issue.

Convenient location for the price

The staff was exceptionally kind, and the bed very comfortable. It’s a 20 or so minute walk from the pier or a 5 min cab ride for under ¥1000.

The only complaints were you could tell the air vent was missed in cleaning for some time, and there were a few mildewed corners in the shower. They were very minimal, everything else was great!
