This house was not accurately listed on VRBO! We expected a nice vacation home for the price we paid and when you get there the home is old, not renovated, and furnished with garage sale junk. Unbelievable that no one mentioned the ancient badly painted “master bathroom “ which was very small with a step down shower stressful for this senior with no handles. Master bedroom had 2 dressers with unmovable drawers! Closet filled with old pillows and old sheets! Really needs to be renovated! The second bedroom and bathroom was in better shape. Kitchen had a previous fire and burnt cupboard left. Fire extinguisher left there. Electrical wiring was scary. Never saw any smoke alarms or safety items. Stressful! Even TV was stressful getting connected- didn’t work according to owners instructions. Not able to stream anything. Best thing is the pool-as pictures show accurately. This was a very warm oasis. Sorry but never again- bad reputation for VRBO!

We enjoyed our stay especially the garden, porch and pool area. Super location for many activities - parks, beach, nearby towns, restaurants- and walks in the neighborhood. Jeffrey is very prompt in communications. Glad we had the opportunity to stay in the area.

Enough towels and sheets for everyone, plenty of staples to get started (TP, soap, seasoning, trash bags, etc). Lovely neighborhood for morning walks and a short drive to beaches, shops and restaurants.

Nice house with beautiful screened pool area. The owner is very responsive and great to interact with. The only negatives were the bathrooms need updating, but are clean and functional. The garage is very nice to have but needs to be organized and less cluttered. Our two month stay overall was very pleasant. Thanks!

Our stay at Jeffrey's place was great and he was very responsive. Great location! There are a lot of things to do in the area....great beaches, restaurants and bars, parks, and the Pinellas Trail! We love walking the beach on the Dunedin Causeway and Honeymoon Island, and haging out in Downtown Dunedin too!

This home is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect for shopping and beaches. The layout of the house is perfect for privacy in the bedrooms and togetherness with family. The pool is great for relaxing and having fun . The yard was just perfect for my small dog. The kitchen is great for socializing and cooking. TVs in each room was great for everyone to have. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the amazing house.

Pros: The house is nice and had what we needed. The pool was a great bonus and we enjoyed using it! Cons: The master bedroom blinds all need replaced.. some slats were missing in two windows. There were little ants all though out the house and the garage has a Very strong cat odor that seeped into the kitchen. We bought a candle to try to rid the smell! The fan on the patio does not push air down at all, we tried changing the direction but it was the same both directions!

Jeff's place is super nice and in the perfect location. The landscaping is amazing. Our family used the pool every day and we fished every morning off the causeway, which is only a 5-minute drive. We will be returning. Book now, before we do!

Great private location

The owner has done a great job creating a private oasis with this property, particularly where it matters in the pool area. Everything was clean upon arrival and the pool was inviting! Didn't want a touristy vacation and found great food and easy going life in Dunedin. Honeymoon Beach State Park was so close and great to take our family pup. Lots of area there and also very clean. Quite a long walk to the beach though from the parking lot but it was fun. The grill was great to have use of, and basics were provided such as salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, some herbs/spices... all good. Refrigerator makes ice - always nice. Clearwater is close if you prefer a busier vacation experience. Sunsets there on a clear evening are spectacular! Lots of vendors on the Pier there. Good restaurants abound. Thank you so much!

Home is well maintained. The sectional shown in the pictures in the living room is different than the one in the residence. but so what. We may have missed this but we were uncertain where to place the used towels and bedding, so we left them in the laundry basket next to the washer and dryer. Upon completion of this review, we will be placing a reservation for this home for 2024

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Jeff, the owner is super friendly and very accommodating. We traveled with two small terriers and the fenced in yard and lanai made our stay even better for them. Everything we needed was provided, the house is in a great location for traveling to many destination spots, we were able to fit in so many things. It is quiet and the neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Everything was comfortable and we very much enjoyed our time in the pool area. The landscaping is lush and provides a nice privacy area. Everything we needed was provided and we look forward to visiting again.

We spent a Wonderful week in this beautiful Palm Harbor home while we visited with family in the area. The house had everything we could possibly need to feel like we were right at home. The pool and lanai felt like a lush tropical paradise. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable. There is every store/restaurant imaginable within just a few miles. We will be back!

We were in the area for Thanksgiving to visit family and friends. For our needs this place could not have been more convenient. This house is a great place for 4 adults or a small family. The yard and pool area are beautiful. The fact that we could bring our two dogs was a deciding factor in renting this property. The only real concern was that someone prior to our visit had a cat in the house, and my wife is very allergic. Jeff, the owner, assured us he did not allow cats because of this very reason (Allergies). He assured us he would check into the matter and hopefully it will not happen to anyone else in the future. Jeff is easy to work with and I hope we have a chance to return in the future...

First time on Gulf Coast side of FL and somehow I managed to pick a place in what I now call, a little piece of paradise. Nice home in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. Dunedin, the Causeway, Honeymoon Island and local shops and great local restaurants were all within 5 miles. The house was perfect for my stay and my daughter was able to stay in the 2nd bedroom when she visited. Nice working space setup so I could work remotely, from the house. The gem of the house though, is out back. Thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool after work and the tropical plants all around it. The blue tooth stereo was a bonus too so that I could listen to my Playlist while I was swimming. If he ever wants to sell it, I'll buy it!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This home is in a GREAT location to access practically any activity within 30 mins. From so many beautiful beaches, quaint and quirky little towns to Tampa. Spent most evenings sitting in the lanai and by the pool…very relaxing!! The owner is super nice! Thank you for everything!!

Our family absolutely loved everything about our stay. The house was great, location couldn't have been an better for us. Neighborhood was friendly & quiet, close to town, Honeymoon & Caladesi islands were just a few min away, Clearwater was around 15 min. Local food was great, lots of little shops, antique & thrift stores to explore. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the patio area was gorgeous & very beautifully landscaped. Made for some very cozy peaceful & serene nights with the family. Jeffrey was a perfect host, everything we needed was there & he was very responsive with the few questions I had. We would love to return to the area & stay here again. Thank you so much for a perfect vacation!
