Local item like Appamwith stew,Vada ect were not there. You should serve more local items with improved quality.

Rooms are not clean. Extremely run down. Poor house keeping service hence explains the cleanliness. Reception staffs are under trained. Poor service. Overall, not a good place to stay unless the management revamps the hotel.

Look out for better options like Ibis for same rate

The location and food was good

The property was not clean. No toiletries in washroom, only 2 soap kept. The floor area and carpet in the walkway is really dirty. Room telephone is not in working condition. Toilet jet spray not working and no tissues at the place. Staff have no clear information about your check in and check out even though booked in advance, and least bothered about the guests.

Exceptional

Loved the location, it wasn't too fast paced but not too far away from the city... Beautifully well maintained, the staff were lovely. I am a female solo traveller and the place made me feel very comfortable and secure. Highly recommended.

Nothing, it was a pleasant stay.

View from the hotel. Backwater view is excellent Front desk staff were very good and customer friendly

Hotel under renovation and external cleaning work going on outside. Corridor carpets are very dirty and spoils all mood while entering the room Found cockroaches in wash room & Cupboard

I can't really point out anything that was good... really disappointed with the whole deal

Towels, pillows were not good or comfy. Breakfast was pure south indian something we always eat at home. Room was fitted with a mobile sized TV.. In short, it wasn't value for money..never to this property again ..thank you

They did not provide the toiletries, we stayed for 3 days and hand to remind them to clean the room . For every basic need like even for water had to give a reminder.
