Es muy limpio, el servicio al cliente es excepcional y la calidad humana en cada uno de sua trabajadores hace que quiera volver alli, adicional a eso estuvimos muy comodos siempre, la comida es muy buena y el lugar es super tranquilo.

Una grata experiencia

El servicio es muy bueno, especialmente Aldemar que siempre fue muy amable, la comida del restaurante deliciosa. Las camas son muy cómodas y muy tranquilo el lugar.

Le hace falta neveras a las habitaciones y quizás aire acondicionado, dado que los ventiladores no son suficientes y hacen mucho ruido. En las piscinas sería bueno tener una poli- sombra dado que el sol entra directo y no tiene ninguna protección.

Buen lugar para quedarse en san Gil

Está muy bien ubicado, las instalaciones en muy buen estado , todo de acuerdo a las fotos

El wifi en nuestra habitación era malo, deberían revisar ese tema por que en los demás puntos del hotel si funcionaba.

Very good value for money! Would do it all over again:)

The property and pool were really clean and we loved the sauna! The shower pressure is extremely high which is nice, but if you tone it down to regular speed, the drain will be able to handle it;) We loved the classic Colombian breakfast which was included in the price and also the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was also great! We loved our stay and it’s very good value for money!

There was a little road noise but I didn’t have problems sleeping:)

Buen lugar para pasar la noche

La ubicacion es perfecta. Justo en la entrada de la ciudad. La habitacion estaba ok, apenas para descansar. El desayuno estuvo ok, nos explicaron que por temporada alta no es muy variado, pero estuvo ok. La atencion perfecta!

Las habitaciones están un poco deterioradas, falta de mantenimiento. Adicional la habitación que nos correspondio, estaba al lado de un pasillo, y las cortinas de la ventana no son muy oscuras, lo que hacia que cada vez que alguien pasaba, se prendiera la luz y no nos permitiera descansar.

Falta mas amabilidad

La piscina, aun cuando no le encienden sus servicios durante su uso.

Creo que les falta mas amabilidad, la atención del joven de recepción fue muy parca. Como por salir del paso, falta anabilidad y carisma. No está entrenado. Les falta estar atentos a detalles como que si somos tres un solo shampú no alcanza para todos los días del hospedaje, o que son tres camas deben haber tres toallas, nos dieron dos y al otro día se les olvidó que reclamé una mas, además una de ellas tenía algonde maquillaje. Bueno cosas pequeñas pero que dejan mucho que pensar.

Lovely and calming facilities, great place to lounge for a few days

Beautiful facilities with hot shower, super clean, modern, indoor meets outdoor living, clean swimming pool, hot tub, jacuzzi and stuff for kids. Excellent breakfast and the people are very friendly. They allow late check out at 1pm which was comfortable.

There are a lot of insects as the property is located right outside main San Gil town. However the property is exceptionally clean and modern compared to accommodations in town. As long as you use bug spray, you should be fine.

relaxing stay with great staff and pool

We loved having the pool in the heat and the staff there were so lovely and helpful, nothing was too much. They have a cute cat and dog there which we loved. The place has a jacuzzi as well as a pool along with a sauna (we didn’t use this) and an on site restaurant. The prices were reasonable. overall a nice, relaxing place to stay with lovely people.

Not that I didn’t like and it wasn’t a problem (my boyfriend actually liked it) but the bed was quite hard. i had no issues sleeping though. additionally it’s a little way out from the town but taxis were so cheap (5mill) to anywhere and also you could walk if you can be bothered.

Not what we expected!

The location is great, one minute outside of San Gil. Thats it.

My girlfriend and I stayed in the Catalina suite. Although the room is larger, its dated and lacks up keep. The door handle to your bathroom at home is more secure. There is no deadbolt or peephole on the door. The sliding glass door to the balcony doesn't have a screen. The bathroom has a pedestal sink and a small glass shelf. There is nowhere to put your stuff. The bathroom outlet doesn't work and the toilet seat is loose. No safe in the room was another disappointment. The worst part of our stay was the wait staff in the restaurant. The worst service we've ever had.. The staff is busy talking on their cellphones and carrying on with each rather then taking care of the customers. They need someone to come in and train their staff. I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, we love the restaurant and we love Aldemar!

it is in a great location, around nature and really quiet, it’s super peaceful, property was clean, beds were cleaned same with bathrooms, Staff was super nice specially Aldemar in the lobby! He was super helpful and efficient, he was super nice and friendly.

The room was close to the pool and it is super illuminated so the curtains were super clear… it was kinda difficult to fall asleep.

Disappointment and Tired

The view and the courtyard were beautiful and scenery.

• 3 Nights and 4 days without hot waters in the shower • Too noisy since it’s located next to the major road that comes from Bucaramanga to San Gil • Loud noises from the maintenance work and surprisingly from the staff who work there • Location is outside the city and the road is not safe for walking

The massage facilities, turco and pool were nice. Also the mattress was confortable

Hot water only worked one night. The breakfast wasn't very good and the music and tables of the breskfast were from an 80's movie.
