Familienurlaub

Wir waren das 2. Mal im Diune Resort, das Personal ist immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Essen immer Abwechslungsreich, ausreichend und wird nachgefüllt bevor etwas alle wird. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten bei diesem Aufenthalt auch ein sehr großen Balkon, was wirklich toll war, leider haben wir auf eine Baustelle und den Parkplatz geschaut. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und auch das Spielzimmer hat unserer Tochter sehr gefallen. Die Lage direkt am Meer und der Promenade ist super, wir sind oft lange Spazieren gewesen. Bis zum Leuchtturm und an den Hafen sind es einige Kilometer, aber machbar an einem Tag. Im großen und ganzen ein tolles Hotel, mit erstklassigem Personal und Lage. Da man als Familie mit Kind/ern vieles drum herum entdecken kann, was auch nicht all zu weit entfernt ist.

Leider hatten wir dieses Mal nur 2 Tage den Kids Club zur Verfügung. Dies wurde uns vor der Buchung nicht mitgeteilt, was sehr schade war. Unsere Tochter hatte sich bereits so sehr darauf gefreut, ein Grund wieso wir auch wieder dieses Hotel gewählt hatten. Auch wurde vorher nicht kommuniziert, das es an einem Tag zu Stromausfall kommt. Dies wurde uns einen Tag vorher mitgeteilt. Was natürlich mit sich zog, dass der Pool nicht zu nutzen war und die Aufzüge nicht gingen und wir in den 4. Stock laufen mussten. Da hätte ein kleiner Preisnachlass auch nicht weh getan und bei Buchung eine Mitteilung darüber. Und die Sauberkeit im Bad (Fußboden) und auf dem Teppiche im Zimmer ist nach wie vor ausbaufähig.

Ein toller Wochenendurlaub zum Abschalten.

Ein tolles Hotel - Zimmer war super ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück als auch abends das a la carte Restaurant waren unglaublich lecken! Das Hotel hat viel zu bieten: Es ist direkt am Strand, hat ein Schwimmbad, Kinderspielraum, ein Billiardtisch, eine Tischtennisplatte, einen Wellness Bereich und ein total leckeres Café mit lecker Kuchen und Desserts, als auch tollen Drinks.

Alles war top!

To sleep on the couch was very uncomfortable. The staff in the Arte restaurant is unfriendly.

Expensive and nasty hotel

I liked the breakfast it was good.

I didn't like the very long check-in and with a lot of confusion, the rooms are not what is expected in the photos, they are small and old-fashioned, the sauna is mixed and people take off their underwear, preventing me from going with my wife and children to there. Unfriendly and very unpleasant employee. I do not recommend this hotel is a nightmare.

We really enjoyed it!

We really liked our accommodation. We stayed with our 2 kids. We had a living room and a nice bedroom. It was very spacious.

The breakfast area was very busy. I wished there were more tables outside.

Great location,many services in the hotel,very good and timely room service

Staff with a poor English,not acceptable in 2022 in a 5 stars hotel...i was struggling to communicate with the majority of the staff. Many times I was calling reception and did not get an answer,so I had to walk at the lobby from fifth floor.

Great staff in the spa, really good food, location excellent. very nice wellness area with saunas and swimming pool. spacious and well equipped rooms

Too long check in and paying separately for restaurants and spa- no option to put all on the room (you always need to carry cash or card)

Disappointing

Breakfast was okay. Nice facilities.

You should be aware they would ask 200 pl zl per day as the deposit. And it is not written on booking. They asked additional 800 zloty for the sea view but you actually can't see the sea because of trees between the beach and the hotel! They dont have a sea view! It cost 200 EUR per night, it is not worth this money. I dont understand, at least they could have upgraded to give us a room with a balcony. The bath robe was torn...they position as 5 stars but the staff does not even speak proper English and no customer skills. They do have free rooms on our floor with the balcony but they did not give us...sorry but will never return. Poor service. We had a feeling the charge for every single thing.

Excellent and great value

Excellent hotel, very clean and friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast we received was outstanding. I was collecting a new puppy and they were able to accommodate my request of having a puppy with me. I have booked again to stay in 2 months time.

Very good

The interior of the rooms was lovely. It is was a nice touch that there were robes for each of us; even a small one for my four year old! The breakfast buffet had a large assortment of food. We also ate in the restaurant one night, and it was delicious. The proximity to the beach was perfect, and there is a little snack shop just next store to grab a few things to eat on the beach.

The hotel was fully booked the weekend we were there and it was obvious. Parking was crowded, the hallways were crowded and masks were only required in the dining area. We were extremely uncomfortable with that option. The hallways are narrow and you were much too close to someone else to not be wearing a mask. Additionally, the staff seemed harried and overwhelmed. While it is wonderful that they have an indoor pool and toys in the playroom, the pool was dirty and many of the toys broken. It just feels that they don't have enough staff to keep up with everything for the number of people that are staying at the hotel. Lastly, their check-in process is a nightmare. It took each person at least 5-10 minutes to check-in and resulted in people waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Further, the check-in area is small and in the middle of a walkway to the beach.

Short stay in Kołobzreg

Restaurant and bar staff are exceptional, food is some of the best in Kołobzreg. Make a real effort to speak to me in English, feel welcome and nothing too much trouble. Location is right next to the beach, parking on site, generally clean and well presented throughout the hotel. Pool and spa facilities are good.

Front of house staff are not that welcoming and this is the third time we have stayed, always been the same and a shame for a 5 star hotel. No ironing faculties in the room and the ironing room needs updating or repairing.
