Nice place to stay if you want to be near the beach and 20 minutes from Nafplio

It was very clean and the locations was good, the beach was across the hotel

The apartment was pretty small, and the air-condition was very loud at night

If I go to that part of Greece again, I will look for a place to stay closer to Nafplio.

It's easy to find. Parking right in front of the hotel. Friendly receptionist and cleaning lady. The first impression is that the hotel is neat and smells nice.

At first glance, the room is neat, but when you wipe the surface with a cloth, dirt remains in both the bathroom and the bedroom. The toilet bowl was not thoroughly cleaned. The biggest problem is air conditioners. They are very dirty and smell of tobacco. I reported the problem several times, but no real air conditioning cleaning service was done. As far as I could see, they only cleaned the air conditioner superficially. For the first time in my life, I came back from summer vacation with a cough. I doubt it's because of the air conditioner. The hotel lacks a professional and systematic approach to maintaining hygiene. A double bed is actually two joined beds with not very comfortable mattresses. In our apartment, the water pump could be heard, which can wake you up. The kitchen is very modest, the stove barely works. The refrigerator is old and not very clean. Sofa uncomfortable for sleeping. So the apartment we were in, although offered for three people, is not for more than two. The bay where the hotel is located has no good beaches.

Perfect family holiday

We come back every year : -), feels like at home. This is very small, calm village, beaches are very nice, you can walk into the water, super for kids. There are a lot of beaches around and lot of places to visit. Hotel rooms are good size, well equipped and clean, stuff is very friendly and the owners are very attentive. Thank you, and see you.

It is a bit noisy in the night, local road is next to hotel, but that's how it is.

Decent little hotel, value for money, but hard mattresses.

Proper rooms - not luxury- as the name would promise but neat and clean. Balcony doors which have a good noise reduction and mosquito protection!

Hard mattresses - but that is my/our personal assessment. ( but they are really hard ) The break fast coffee...

Probably,couldn't be any better.

Big enough room for a couple of days to use as a base to trip around Argolis. Room was super clean.Had toiletries and hair dryer.Mini fridge also. Renovated old building,only could tell by the old mosaic floors.

Some sea view,blocked by other buildings. Room was badly oriented,beds could look to the sea. Basic hotel breakfast.

Great weekend close to Kondyli beach

The staff was very friendly. We liked the breakfast and the breakfast area. The location is great, 5 minutes to Kondyli beach and 20 minutes to Nafplio by car.

The central door in the side makes a certain sound at night if it is not closed. I could hear it from the first floor and went down twice in the middle of the night to close it. This needs your attention, as I believe it is easy to fix.

this is our second time for holiday in this lovely hotel and in this lovely place. only one street, lot of tavernas with good food, clean calm water and small city beach with natural shade. hotel is in perfect location, breakfast is good, it is very clean and well maintained. beds are very comfortable and the staff is perfect. thank you!

only one street is sometimes very noisy in the night, like all the trucks is going maximum speed through the village... but this is not something that hotel can fix, really

Great job!

Great location if you want to visit the nearby places and historical sites. Great beaches nearby and they are all different and quiet, it's busy only at the weekend. Tasty breakfast and free parking in front of the hotel. Many thanks to the great staff! Keep up the great work! We recommend this place if you want a peaceful vacation! We will definitely come back again!

What a gem!

Super clean and new/modern looking hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and were super caring for our 3 kids and us. Breakfast was super tasty. Location was great, very close to a beautiful little beach. All in all, we were really happy to have found this place and wished we could have planned more days. Definitely want to go back.

Superb

Great location in a nice small village literally a minute away from the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Asked for recommendations for restaurants to eat at the village and we got 2. They we're both 10/10 😊

The only thing the we didn't like was the mattress on the beds. They were way too hard for us( all 3 of us thought same). Other then that I would definitely go back again and recommend to friends 👍

A nice end-of-the-season stay

Great location, nice views, close to Athens (only two hours by car), and very close to Nafplio. Hosts gave us an upgrade to our room, as it was end of the season and they had the choice to do so! Kudos for that; upgraded room was superb!

No double beds, only two singles put together as one

It’s the Best place to stay in vivari

The staff was the best part of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms was also very clean and modern.

Lovely stay

Lovely rooms in a very nice location close to Nafplio and the ancient theatre of Epidaurus. There is also a charming quiet backyard where you can enjoy your breakfast. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Keep up the good work!

Perfect holiday in Acta Vivari

We stayed at Vivari Acta for 11 nights, and really rest there. Beds are comfortable, stuff is amazing, they are all very nice and polite, and met all our demands with no trouble. Breakfast is good, rooms are fully renovated, with mosquito screen. Bathroom clean, rooms cleaned and towels changed regularly. Location of the hotel is perfect, city beach in front of the hotel, coming into water is very easy (no shoes needed). Generally, whole place is kid friendly. At the end of the village modern beach bar with comfortable sunbeds, (6 euro sunbeds and umbrella) working late at night. But, you can also put your towel or chair wherever free (there are part of the beach with shade from trees). Tavernas in vilaage with great food are literarly 20 cm from the sea, makes it very charming, day or night. Crowded on weekends, but this is no problem, since everyone is calm and nice. If you stay longer, choose room with kitchenette.
