The directions were not to good. Said Hill condo and the sign for Hill is very tiny so you don't see it coming in. The name on the condo group is Gallo I think and that's what should be posted with the a address. Easy to find then.
Comfort of futon was bad. Not sleep able. Had to sleep on the couch. They need to replace it or get ride of it.

Location was great
Laundry facilities are noted as located on the premises, however, there isn't any access to laundry facilities at all on the premises, in the village, or anywhere within an hour's drive.

The location was good. Decent area and adequate sleeping.
The code to get into the condo was too long and always timed out every time I tried to get in. Had to call for help which wasn't really helpful. This happened every time - the code needs to be shorter. It was such a pain that I wouldn't rent the place for that reason alone.
The room above was very noisy too,

the mattress is unbelievably uncomfortable. i slept on the couch instead

The location was the best part of this condo. Being down the road from the ski lifts and being able to catch the shuttles pretty close to the condo was a big plus. Love that the condo had a smart TV with access to netflix for downtime and the kitchen was a plus.
The bed is an AIR MATRESS, do not say anything other than that. From people who are beat up after snowboarding all day, it was horrible. In one of the comments they replied and said they got oven mits, couldn't find those. The heater would ramp up horribly at night to the point we would wake up in the middle of the night sweating, but it was freezing during the day. There is some mold on the outside corners of the shower.

the kitchen utilities were old and not in good shape... the refrigerator made so much noise I had to turn the power off to sleep. The stove thermostat was not working, temp was way to hot, to burning the food. The clock on wall didn't work, the sink did not have a stopper for the drain. The water pressure was terrible both in sink and shower. The music system was older than me!

The location was OK - I wish there would have been a clear explanation in the place about the best way to get to skiing. It was TOO far to walk to the parking lot to catch the shuttle - so we drove. We still don't know if that was the best way.
The dishes. I am sure the pots and pans were unsafe to use, but since we decided to cook most days, we had to use them. They were rusty, missing handles and lids - UNACCEPTABLE. Also, there were not very many cups, no wine glasses, and all the cutting knives were dull (did not cut a thing). What a simple thing to fix to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

It was a decent location and clean little condo.
The thermostat for the baseboard heat seemed to vary between hot and cold, no stable comfortable temp. The worst thing though was the bed. It's an adjustable air mattress like a sleep number bed. In theory this should be a plus. The lack of a proper matress pad made it unbearable as you felt all the baffles as you laid down. Thankfully the couch was a decent subsitute. Also the lack of even basic cable/satellite at this price point was disappointing. Not really a good value overall.

Condo was FILTHY. Bed Mattress' were ALL impossible to sleep on w/ many lumps, ridges, irregular hard spots, etc.

The location is great, just a short drive to ski parking
The beds were not beds, they were air mattresses. The beds/air mattresses were not comfortable. This really needs to be corrected. The kitchen had good appliances, and dishes. However the pots and pans were terrible. It was almost impossible to cook anything. What use is a kitchen if you can't cook in it? While we were there the heating system failed. As it was rather cold, -13 F one night, it got very cold in the unit. The maintenance people were quick to respond, however, they could only leave portable heaters because replacing the broken heater components was not going to happen while we were there. This could be a nice rental unit if the owner would just spend a little bit of money to bring it up to a "just average" level of comfort. It appears that who ever owns it is only interested in milking as much money as possible from the unit without putting any money back in to it. As a note, I've been a landlord since 1981, I know that one has to update their properties to keep them competitive.
