The 4 room apartments are about 90 square meters and are located in the 3rd. Floor. The bright living room opens onto the large balcony. There is a living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bathroom with bath / WC and another separate toilet. In the three bedrooms are two double beds with two mattresses and two single beds and a sofa bed. In the living room up to two people can sleep on a combined sofa / bed. For a child up to 4 years is a wooden lattice bed in a bedroom. For a toddler up to 2 years we are happy to put a travel cot in the apartment (once 15 €).  The apartment has W-LAN reception.  Coin - washing machine and dryer are available in the object.  The price includes a parking space in the parking garage (about 90 m) for a car up to 1.90 m height.
