big house with everything you need. opposite the golf course. a little far out of town but quick drive/decent walk.
Lounge room needed another couch (not arm chairs) to have enough space for all guests to sit in a comfortable chair. main toilet had an issue with the architraves that needs to be addressed.

there was no breakfast
loved the open fire
plenty of room
serenity
location was good
there was very heavy mould on the blinds in our bedroom, this could have been a real problem for someone with chest problems, I would have thought an attempt to clean them was warranted if not then they need to be replaced
There were wet used towels in the cupboard in one of the rooms my family used
The dust on the top of the bedhead in the main bedroom was terrible
On arrival there was a terrible fishy odour in the house and outside, on checking there were oysters at the bottom of the bin outside and the barbecue was dirty ( I guess the oysters were cooked on the barbecue and it hadn't been cleaned)
The bed in the main room was very hard, I suffer with a bad back and therefore I did not sleep well at all
I think you need to look at what the cleaners are doing because I doubt this would pass an inspection if one were to occur

The property is lovely, clean, fresh, spacious and well appointed. We really liked the polished wooden floorboards , which look and feel nice underfoot. The bath looked spectacular, although we didn't use it. Plenty of storage. We really loved the cute kitchen display. The back decking was great. Plenty of parking.
These are just observations: the back decking needs a safety rail on the end if you are coming with children, as does the ramp at the front, (which is great) for children or the elderly/ if you are there with a group of mixed people (ie, not a family) it would be good to have had a handbasin in the toilet, plus an extra mirror somewhere./ being required to turn on an awkwardly placed tap under the sink for the dishwasher (and off again before you leave) is not helpful./

House was big enough for all of us but if I talk about location that wasn't exactly same what was shown in pictures.

Amazingly spacious and clean. We enjoyed so much. Property is very well maintained and kid friendly. Lots of toys included for the kids. Will definitely come back soon.

Size of the property is pretty spacious and good for large family or group of friends of 8.
The entire property had bad smell and we had to get air fresheners to get rid of the smell, it didn't go away completely but we had to spend extra on the air fresheners and odor neutralizers. Additionally there was a lot of dust and even spider web in the bed and all around. I got sick because of the dust. There was no shampoo either in the toiletries. House can be much better if it’s cleaned properly.
The sofas in there are really dirty and old. They need to be replaced. The Fans and AC covered in dust as well.
The rate is expensive for this type of property.

Very tidy, clean and spacious.

With big kitchen dining area.
Toilet paper roll not on the roller. Washing basin / vanity in master room ensuite is blocked. Sheer curtain may be needed in master room and more pillows preferred when reading in bed.

It was spacious great outlook onto golf course; very clean and comfortable
Only had dessert forks, had to make our beds, no electric blankets or face washers, needs new toilet seat in main bathroom, no cut up wood for fire

We all liked the location, there was easy access, parking very good, the house overall was well appointed. The beds were comfortable, we all slept well. We all enjoy one another's company so that is what makes the stay most enjoyable.
We were all disappointed with the cleanliness overall. On arrival there were two large garbage bags left next to the chimney outside, which stunk so badly you could hardly go near them. We disposed of those. The house stunk of cooking smells. There were spiders webs and spiders throughout the house. The floor was dirty needed mopping. My bed on arrival had black hairs all over it and on the pillow. And many lights didn't work. The BBQ is a joke.
