This behavior should be reported to the business bureau and action taken. Would not recommend that anyone book this fac

I got to the property, called the host and was informed by her that the property is no longer available. What had happened was, close to the date, they were able to obtain more money for the booking so they opted for it. Disgusting behavior from a human being.

My reservation was last minute and I was able to book without hassle to get to the apartment. The ambiance was breathtaking I love everything there.

Comfortable, amazing views and great facilities for a self catering holiday

Location perfect. Wonderful views. Clean and tidy. Host was excellent in giving info including details of taxi drivers. Location is such that you can walk into town.

Taxi from airport took a while to find property so maybe some directions could be provided by the host that a visitor could give to the taxi driver

The location, host and views were great, would definitely return!

This property was amazing, the host was quick to respond and very attentive, called severally during our stay. Pam the housekeeper was also kind and helpful. The views from the balconies were exceptional and peaceful. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and Margaritaville. Felt like home away from home! My family and I felt safe. Would definitely recommend 100%.

Absolutely Beautiful 😍

We loved everything! Columbus Heights A5 is absolutely beautiful. We have requested to stay again for summer next year. The hosts helped us by tracking our coach journey on Knutsford Express service and arranged a taxi to collect us and took us to the accommodation. It was very much appreciated. It was my children's first time in Jamaica, and I hadn't been back for many years, so it was very special for us. Staying at Columbus Heights A5 and the hosts' help made our stay very special. Beautiful and amazing views, pool was lovely, kids enjoyed swimming. Lovely comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

Spacious, well maintained, it had everything you could want on a holiday stay.

Ants getting in through kitchen window, but I suppose it’s hard to avoid with the climate.

They didn't knew whether the pool was available I had to go and find it out for myself only to be told it wasn't working. The pool was an important part of the stay for my children and I probably wouldn't have booked if I had known that the pool wasn't in use. In saying that the property was very good and we enjoyed our stay but the pool but would have made it that much better.

This place was breath taking, the view is amazing the rooms are clean and well kept, the surrounding is quiet, Miss Angella the host is a wonderful lady, and miss Pam is very nice. Definitely coming back...... We had an amazing time

I would recommend anyone to stay there. If am back next year I would love to stay here again.

The place was nice and clean. The price was worth it. Housekeeper was very nice and polite.

The only issue was the hot water in the main bedroom didn't turn on even if the switch was on down stairs.

This was such a relaxing place to stay that we stayed an extra night!

Beautiful views. Fun gathering spaces, inside and out. It is clean, well cared for, and close to shopping and restaurants. Angela was a very helpful host!

The property sits high up from the main road and is a bit of a steep climb if you’re on foot. Not a problem at all with a car!

The stay at this location was more than we expected.

The housekeeper met us at the property, handed us the key and gave us a tour of unit. There was warm water for showering, AC equipped, two patios, one with a bbq grill, a functional kitchen with adequate appliances and utensils. Master bedroom had its own on-suite bathroom, 2nd room had own washroom as well. A very comfortable unit. Everything was perfect, we will definitely book this property again in the near future. Extremely satisfied with value and service.👍🏾

Refreshing weekend

I loved that the apartment was comfy besides the ants. It was clean and fresh. The view is breathtaking...it's GLORIOUS,relaxing,quiet and peaceful. We felt at home and there wasn't anyone to disturb our peace. The beds were comfy, children loved the bunk bed. Wifi very good.It's too nice to complain about so the good over rides the bad.

I didn't like that the pool wasn't clean. I tried using another pool and we were told it's not allowed,I should use the pool in our phase. Too much cats around the pool area that seemed creepy to me. Ants were everywhere especially the kitchen so we had to refrigerate our food even our snacks. Some extra towels would be great for a family of five.

The best place to be

Well, I'd like to say that from the initial stages of my booking, I was blown away. This was our first visit to the property. My parents were celebrating their first year of marriage and I wanted to make it extra special for them. Even though we were a little late for checkin (about 2 hours late), Ms Pam, our housekeeper waited patiently on us and showed us around. My parents were blown away by the decorations in their bedroom with Happy Anniversary and champagne chilling on ice. The beds were clean and comfortable. Everything was amazing. The view from the balcony and gazebo were also breathtaking. We could see the entire town of Ocho Rios. Bathrooms were equipped with enough amenities and kitchen had all that we needed. It was truly a home away from home. It pained us deeply to leave...we didn't want to go....but we'll definitely be back before the year ends.

Hmmm, let me think long and hard....what I didnt like... I cant seem to find any negatives. :) We had a great time.
