We had a nice time. Thanks Krissy!

The unit is very homely. There is a comfortable lounge with smart TV, a good size dining/family area with a full kitchen with plenty of utensils, pans and crockery and comfortable beds. There is a washer but no tumble dryer which would be useful. Although it is quite near the main roads it is nice and quiet at night.
We would stay again.

If you are looking for a nice, cozy little home to stay in a relaxing neighbourhood not too far from the beach and away from the busy Adelaide CBD then I would highly recommend this place. Kris the host was a joy to communicate with and provided us with all we needed for our stay. Two thumbs up!

This is a well fitted out unit that is very comfortable for a small family with plenty of nice beaches close by as well as all the attractions of the Adelaide hills. Shops and eating out are all close by as well. We very much enjoyed our short stay.

The property was clean with all mod cons. Communication with Krissy was great and nothing was too much trouble. The only issue was with the parking. The garage was very small and the turning circle made access very difficult. Parking was available elsewhere on the property but on a first come, first served basis and it seemed that some of the other properties had more than one vehicle.

Convenient, Clean and Comfortable
We found exactly what we were looking for with this home. It was close to areas of Adelaide we needed to visit, it was clean and tidy with minimal clutter but enough decoration to be homely. Most importantly it was comfortable. The beds were great to sleep on, the house warm in mid-winter and had all of the cooking facilities we required. Coming 500km and being able to have a delayed check in was appreciated.
The host checked to make sure we had what we needed without being intrusive. Service was impeccable.
I would highly rate this accommodation.

The location was very convenient for our stay as it was close to family. The property has is close to shops which provide most commonly required goods during the stay.
The location is convenient for exploring the southern regions of Adelaide and close enough to well known southern beaches which are very beautiful.
Transport is very convenient if you do not have a car as bus stops close to property
Parking though limited was available
It's a quiet neighbourhood with quick access to major roads to the cit, airport or other major southern area sites eg Victor Harbour, McLaren Vale

Clean and comfortable property
Great location roughly halfway between Adelaide and McLaren Vale. The house was well presented, tidy and an excellent holiday place for two couples or a family. A number of the southern beaches were close by as were shopping centres. Check-in process was easy. A very good experience.

Comfy and Cosy
Adelaide Seaside home was exactly what we needed, small and convenient, neat and tidy. We were in Adelaide for my Grandmothers 90th birthday celebrations so we were out and about most of the time, but as a place to rest at the end of very busy days, it suited us perfectly! The owner made confirmation and check in a breeze. Our only suggestion would be replacing the 2 armchairs in the lounge with another couch, and making the garage roller door electric!! :-) ;-). All in all though a great little property and an enjoyable and comfortable stay, thank you!

Excellent! Will definitely stay again.
Excellent accommodation! Amazingly well equipped, clean and comfortable. I have stayed in one of Kris' houses before and this was another great experience. Kris is very communicative and easy to deal with and everything was exactly as advertised. I was traveling with children and the house had everything we needed. For some reason my daughter developed a habit of falling out of bed during our stay, until we discovered a children's bed rail in the cupboard! I will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Adelaide.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. The cottage had everything we needed, great location, nice and close to the trains & buses ( for those not used to traffic noise the weekday early morning buses could be an issue) Kris was very helpful with local and tourist information.
