Our main goal was to spend time at the ocean shore. The location of the house is perfect according to our budget. Inside the apartment is very nice, something made feel us like home during this vacation.

We had a great stay in Oceanside - the property is is 2 blocks from the ocean, and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. The kitchen and laundry was so handy and everything was clean. The pull out sofa bed was the only downside in our stay - we found out too late that upon request a cot could have been brought in and we wish we had done that instead. But that said, we will likely book again next year!!

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son at Camp Pendleton. We wanted a place to cook some good meals, wash clothes and just relax. This place checked all of our boxes. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and not a far walk to the beach. Really, everything you need is in walking distance or a short drive. It provided a place for my family to relax and enjoy Oceanside. The owner was very responsive to my requests and questions. I will definitely be staying here again when we return to Oceanside.

We stayed 3 nights here and loved the property. It had everything we needed, was close to a great coffee shop and very close for long walks on the beach down to the pier. The area was also quiet at night which we appreciated. My wife and I stayed here with my son and had plenty space. We also had a few of his Marine friends over for a well deserved home cooked meal (nice sized kitchen and well stocked) and there was plenty seating space. Laney was very nice and all Communications received a quick response. We will stay here again if back in the area. Loved it.

This rental was very nice. It was just as described in the VRBO website. The bed was comfy and the fridge had an ice maker! I felt like there was room in the living area for more seating, but with just the two of us it was fine. There was some construction going on next door while we were there, but as we had family to visit in Oceanside, it wasn’t a big problem. We did notice that when someone was upstairs we could easily hear footsteps, and the water pressure in the shower could have been better. Otherwise, it was very comfortable and it was pet friendly which was important for us. The beach is mostly gone due to winter storms, but access to the strand is very close. Very nice kitchen as well.

We had a nice 2 day stay. Host was very responsive when there were a final minor issues at check in. It was a short walk to the beach which was great. The coffee shop served espresso which I enjoyed each day. Loved that there was garage parking. The ocean view was very minimal so don't count on much there. For our short stay, this place fit the bill.

Our stay at this VRBO was delightful. The unit a was immaculate and even more spacious than it appeared in the pictures. The location of only one block to the ocean was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed walking all along the coast and around Oceanside from here. Laney was a super-responsive hostess- helpful and accommodating. The unit was thoughtfully and generously appointed with everything we could’ve needed for our stay- toiletries and kitchenware galore. We had a sweet time here and look forward to coming back.

We loved our stay at Myers Beach House! It was close to the best Oceanside had to offer, and it was pet friendly so we got to bring our two pups with us. We loved walking all around the area and exploring with our dogs. The only issue we had after arrival was the built-in water dispenser in the refrigerator was not working. We reported it to the manager, but since it was Friday they would not be able to send a repair man until Monday after we checked out. It was no big deal, we just bought bottled water from the nearby store. It did not impact our stay at all, and the owner was very responsive. We would love to stay here again the next time we want a quick get-away to Oceanside!

The condo itself is very nice. Bathroom is a bit cramped and I don’t believe it would work well for more than a couple unless you are a family of 4. Only bathroom is in the master bedroom. Otherwise the condo is fine. The biggest issue is the lack of sound deadening. You hear every spoken word, and every step taken. It is quite loud. I realize some people are louder than others, but this was every step and every word. Sounded like we were in the same room as them. Otherwise the condo is a great escape.

All the conveniences of home. Full kitchen. Laundry room. Dedicated parking. 5 minute walk to the beach. Nicely updated. Clean. Also within minutes to food, shopping and freeway. Enjoyed our visit. Would stay here again.

What a fantastic rental! We stayed for a long weekend with our 2 year old - the space was perfect for the three of us. The enclosed courtyard felt private and secure, the parking was just outside the gate. The unit was incredibly clean, very, very well stocked with the kitchen amenities needed, and the common areas actually felt bigger than the pictures reflect - perfect for a play / lounge space. Highly recommend!

This beach house was super cute a cozy! It was very clean when we got there and looked exactly like the listing. I felt safe in the location and It is very close to the beach, about a 5-10 minute walk. Although there is no in unit A/C, with the breeze coming off of the ocean and the fan system in the unit it was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed our stay so much, and I hope to stay again in the future. Communication was very easy and check in/out was a breeze! Thank you so much for making our trip perfect!

This is a great little place. Easily walkable to the rocky beach, the sandy beach is a couple blocks further down the shoreline, and also very close to the downtown area. It’s nicely decorated and very clean and inviting. My only tiny tiny reservation would be the pullout couch. Although great as an extra sleeping space for our grown kids, not a great option as it’s very uncomfortable. That being said, and to be fair to our wonderful hosts, it’s a pullout… and it goes with the territory :) … so plan around it

Our family of four stayed in this beautiful bungalow for a weeklong trip to Oceanside, CA. The main purpose of our trip was to visit Legoland and the beach and both were easily accessible from this home. Legoland is about a 15 minute drive from here and the beach and restaurants were a short walk away. We chose to drive down to a larger beach by the harbor and that took only about 5-7 mins. The house itself is in wonderful condition. It is clean, has a well-stocked kitchen, and is in a quiet neighborhood. We were very happy with our stay and Laney proved to be a wonderful host.

Inside and our courtyard were secure and very cozy. There is an upstairs unit that shares the courtyard, but no one was there our entire stay, so it was private. The driveway fit our longbed crew cab F250. The hosts were AMAZING and easy to talk to. We had a small issue with the washer and they helped us out asap. This was anew city for us, but it was close to Carlsbad village and we would stay here again. It was nicely remodeled inside.

Good location, private driveway. 2 minutes walk to a corner convince store that has a lot of things. Restaurants, bars, beach walking distance. Clean interior and updated home. Worth it.

The property, Unit B, is as it is advertised. It is part of a multi unit complex tucked away just a short distance from the ocean. Easy paths to walk and an easy walk into Oceanside. Plenty of good food around and The Cup (coffee) is around the corner--cheapest, best coffee in town. Unit vacationers were quiet and respectful. The unit itself was clean and just right for us. The pull out is a bit uncomfortable--but most are. Codes to get in were easy to operate--and instructions were clear. We had a good time.

We stayed in condo B and absolutely loved it. The host was super easy to communicate with and was very responsive. The place was very clean and well stocked. Had lots of space . Location was great also. Close to the beach and easily walkable to downtown. We were in town for a wedding and we had other friends stay at the other condos on property which was really nice so that we had our own space but could still be together. Would 100% stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Clean, quiet a couple min walk to market. Minutes away for a beer or cup of coffee. Laney always text back right away. We have two dogs and they had a blast as well. Super friendly neighborhood.
