Friendly staff.

Hot water system was terrible and forced us to depart a day early. No refund was offered although a change of Trailer was. The matter will be taken up with Booking.com

When there was a problem, eg. the toaster packed up, the staff checked all the electrical system and replaced the toaster within an hour. They were very attentive.

Heater and Boiler. Allocated parking place was narrow. No Wifi available which was included in my booking.

We love our stay at the holiday park! we had an 8 man caravan for 7 guests which was spotless on arrival, a relief after reading some poor reviews prior, and it also had plenty of kitchenware which was really useful. The location was perfect for us as we had our own transport to get around and there was ample parking for both cars. We enjoyed getting food from the onsite chippery and enjoying the summer evening sat outside our caravan. The contactless check in worked perfectly and we had no issues to see any staff members, but judging on conversations we had before we visited I'd assume they would've been friendly and helpful. The price of just £38 per person in high season was an absolute bargain and we would've happily paid more for the great time we had.

The only problems we found was there was only a sweeping brush for the floors which made it difficult to clean the carpet, and the rooms were slightly cramped, but this is to be expected for a large group.
