Great location, close to the bustle on the beach, but quiet where the house is.
For this price I expected full service. We were surprised by the added charges for towels and linnen and even the washing machine needed coins to work (first time I have ever seen this when renting a house) Biggest surprise was at departure when we were told we should have cleaned the place ourselves, before leaving at 10:00! For this price I believe that is crazy. Oh, and the river nearby is dry in summer. Appartment was also very hot. Kids could not sleep in their room, had to stay in the livingroom where there was aircon.

Perfect Peaceful Connection With Natural Corsica
We stayed here for a week and could have easily done another 2 ...the lodges are positioned on the sides of hills with great views amongst beautiful cork trees on a small backwater road. The lodges are fully furnished ,the kitchen has a hob and microwave /oven ,fridge freezer . They aren't air conditioned but the fans provided are great . Saint Florent is 5 minutes away by car . At the end of the road is a supermarket and bakery and an italian restaurant (which is ok but not the best) these are all in a walkable distance but only very early before the sun picks up heat and if you aren't buying very much . There are free bikes to use if available and an outdoor onsite gym . The location is perfect for you to access the island and its many many beautiful places !! This stay enables you to be amongst natural corsica away from the busy ...this is a home not a commercial business and you truly feel the warmth (not temperature) on arrival . We have loved every minute and will be back !!
