The apartment is beautiful, everything from the location on the RWY with all the restaurants at your door step to the flat itself, the quality interiors inside. Kitchen seemed nicely equipped but then we didn't really use it.
Nothing to report, we loved it.

An absolutely wonderful apartment in a beautiful location. Lovely welcoming gesture with fresh flowers, milk in the fridge, tea and coffee and a selection of biscuits. The property had everything you could possibly need and it was all of a very high spec.
Nothing.

The communication from start to finish with the host was fantastic. The apartment was beautiful, even better than the pictures. The kitchen was fully functional and we cooked there everyday, including a full Christmas dinner. The view of the sea and boats was lovely and it was so peaceful watching the boats go by. can’t wait to return
nothing it was absolutely perfect!

Fabulous spacious apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Location is great for restaurants and bars, views from the apartment were lovely. We didn't want to leave, could easily have stayed longer. Parking is plentiful around RWY and hosts arranged it so no pay and display was needed. Theres plenty to do from here, we were there for our daughters graduation, but if we had stayed longer we would have visited Mount Edgecombe or the Barbican by ferry which comes in just in front of the apartment. We had a lovely stay and hope to return in the future.
Stairs to bedroom are quite steep and there's a small step from the kitchen area, it wasn't problem for us but might be for some. Otherwise the owners seem to have thought of everything you need.

everything was excellent but would benefit from air conditioning as it was very hot at night when visiting for my sons wedding in August

The historic building, the charming and rustic apartment. Great utilities in the kitchen. Very well equipped.
That there was no coffee pods there.

We had a call on our arrival day with precise instructions about accessing the apartment and the parking. We were then sent a Whatsapp with pictures. Brilliant idea as accessing the apartment sounds more complicated than it really is.The location was stunning. Views over the harbour, restaurants within walking distance, a lovely place to just sit and watch the boats go by.
The apartment was more than we could have imagined. The hosts have thought of everything - milk in the fridge, picnic boxes, shopping bags, washing tabs for the machine. Anything you could possible need was there. Will definitely be going back.
The only downside for us was that the parking is a bit of a trek. You unload and then park a short distance away. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but we had we had my elderly mother with us so took a bit of juggling.
On the morning of our departure the lift wasn't working. Fortunately my mother managed the stairs from the second floor but if accessibility is a major concern might need to keep this in mind.

Everything about this apartment is fantastic. It’s in a wonderful location. It’s luxurious with large comfy sofas & a wonderful comfy bed. Large tv with all the apps you could need perfect for a cosy night in. The bath in the bedroom is amazing & so relaxing after a day sightseeing! Everyone we dealt with was very friendly & helpful, thank you Jonathan, Sharon and the other lady (sorry I didn’t catch your name). We can’t wait to book again soon!
Leaving!

Service in some of the restaurants was poor

The people managing the apartment sent me a WhatsApp on the day with photos detailing where I should go and instructions about how to enter the property (door code for main entrance and apartment left unlocked with key inside). Simple system that meant no one felt under pressure to be there at an exact time and equally the people managing the apartment weren't left waiting around - excellent system!
Nothing - it was perfect.

The apartment was beautiful. There was everything you could need there. There were some excellent places to swim a few minutes walk away. The view was fantastic. It was really good that although the area was buzzing with people all day, it was quiet by 10pm.

Great location with parking nearby, although this did get quite busy at times. Restaurants nearby were excellent. Communication prior to arrival was helpful with full details of entry procedures. Apartment had great views and was very spacious with lovely big fluffy bath towels. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need.
We were lucky enough to stay here in extremely hot weather. The hosts provided some decent fans for us to use, but the apartment got so hot it was impossible to cool down, and therefore we hardly spent any time there, which was a shame as it is really a great place. The windows only opened a small amount due to restrictors, and I would recommend some blinds on the ceiling skylights to stop the sun beaming in all day.

Location, space, architecture, sea views, quality of furnishings and fittings, lovely artwork, closeness of the ferry to Mt Edgecombe and the Barbican, selection of good restaurants on doorstep. Really high quality.
A few minor issues to do with taps, floor level changes, shower door leaking, but none would stop us going again to this lovely place.

Wonderful location with so many restaurants to choose from literally on the doorstep. The apartment was immaculate, very tasteful, modern furnishings. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else now if visiting Plymouth again.
Slightly noisy when the restaurants are full but windows can be closed to manage this. Quite warm on hot sunny days but lots of fans provided.
