About this villa rental

Charming house "Navis" with the infinity pool set in a quiet location surrounded by forests. It is located at the bottom of the mountain massive Učka with the Nature Park that beholds one of the most attractive lookouts in Croatia. From the house you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the island of Cres. Distance from the house to the sea is about 400 meters airline.
In the house there are two comfortable separate apartments. Each apartment has a kitchen, dining room, living room and two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The upper floor apartment has a beautiful covered terrace where you can have the most beautiful morning coffee with a magical sunrise. In this apartment the inner stairs lead to a lovely romantic room in the attic.
From the ground floor apartment you can enjoy a direct view of the pool that conjoins with the surface of the sea. The advantage of the house Navis is that 8 + 2 guests can spend time together and share the garden or the pool and at the same time they can have the intimacy of staying in 2 separate apartments.
Baby bed and baby chair are at your disposal and they are free of charge.
In the garden, there is a covered terrace with the fireplace, barbecue and seating for eight or more. Near the beautiful swimming pool (36 m2), there is garden furniture and sun loungers for 8 persons. We offer you private parking spaces for 4 cars. Behind the house there is a room for doing laundry.
By idyllic walking through the woods you can come to the beautiful pebble beach in untouched nature (see the road and the beach in the pictures). The distance from the house to the pebble beach is about 900 m (20 minutes walk).
Cultural and touristic sites, such as Opatija, Plomin, Labin, Rabac, with a great gastronomic offer are located near the house (10, 20 and 30 min. by car).
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to owner's allergy to animal hair.

My family and I spent 11 nights at this beautiful property. It was perfect for us as our 16 year old could have his own space in one of the units and the rest of us took the other unit. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and stayed clean throughout our stay. We used it multiple times each day. And the view of the Adriatic is stunning. I took the trail down to the see most days. You have to be somewhat fit to do this, especially on the way back since it’s at least a 20 min hike all uphill. But once you get down to the see it is definitely worthwhile. The water was clear and warm. Everything we needed was in the house, and we had no problems with anything. The owner was very friendly and provided us with lots of helpful info about the area and things to do. While a little remote, there were still a couple of great restaurants a couple of minutes away in the little town of Plomin. If we ever return to the Istrian peninsula, we will definitely want to stay at this amazing property again

Unser Urlaub im Haus Navis, war ab Minute 1 Erholung! Wunderschöner Ausblick! Genialer, top gepflegtern Pool (nicht zu viel Chlor). Ringsum Wald mit Vogelgezwitscher. Zwei stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnungen, in denen jeweils 4 Personen ausreichend Platz finden. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und lässt keine Wünsche offen (Eiswürfel Kühlschrank!!!). Besonders gefallen hat uns der überdachte Außengrill bzw. die ganze Außenanlage. Die Kommunikation mit Vedrana war absolut Top. Wir hatten einen kleinen Defekt an der Markise. Nach kurzem WhatsApp Kontakt war am gleichen Tag noch ein Handwerker zur Reparatur vor Ort. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist gut beschildert, aber schmal und etwas abenteuerlich, da das letzte Stück vor dem Haus Schotterweg ist. Gut sortierte Supermärkte findet man in Labin, ca. 15 Min mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt 2 sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe, die mit einer kleinen Wanderung von ca. 30 Min., ausschließlich zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Wer es gerne ruhig und idyllisch mag und gerne die Seele baumeln lässt, für den ist dieses Haus absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Söhnen (19 und 20) einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Haus Navis verbracht! Die beiden Wohnungen sind sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool und die Aussicht auf die Insel Cres sind wunderbar. Wir haben die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen aber auch, dass das Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge z.B. nach Cres, Rovinji, Rijeka und ans Kap Kamenjak ist. In der Nähe des Hauses sind auch einige ganz ausgezeichnete Restaurants. Sehr wohlgefühlt haben wir uns zum Beispiel in der Pizzeria Burra in Plomin und besonders lecker fanden wir es im Restaurant Tri Murve in Krsan. Die Vermieterin Vedrana ist sehr nett, die Kommunikation über Whatsapp absolut problemlos . Wir können Haus Navis uneingeschränkt empfelen!

What a stay :)

This house is just beautiful. We, group of 5 friends, hand the best time. The communication with the owner was just so easy and nice. We highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxed holiday in a remote area as there are not so many restaurant around. But that’s no problem if you like to cook for yourself. The kitchen was really well equipped and had everything one need. We would definitely come back again!

Das Haus ist ideal für 2 Familien. Sehr modern und ausserordentlich schön, gut ausgestattet. Die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel, sondern man bekommt genau das, was gezeigt wird. Die Lage ist wunderschön, abgelegen und sehr ruhig. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Lage und Blick sind einmalig - ein echter Place to be. Das Haus ist bestens und liebevoll ausgestattet, auch die Küchenutensilien sind hochwertig. Die Bäder sind sehr sauber, Desinfektionsmittel und Seife standen überall bereit. Alle Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich sind klimatisiert, alle Fenster haben gute Insektenschutzgitter. Absolutes Highlight ist der Pool, der regelmässig gewartet wird, und sogar mit Wasserfall und Sprudlerdüsen ausgestattet ist. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, jederzeit kontaktierbar und hilfsbereit -wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Wir waren zu Sechst für eine Woche im wunderschönen Haus Navis zu Gast Eine traumhafte Aussicht aufs Meer empfing uns Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen sorglosen Urlaub braucht Alles war sehr,sehr sauber und wir haben nicht einen einzigen Kritikpunkt Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp mit der netten Vermieterin hat hervorragend geklappt Wir können das Haus mit dem Traumpool nur weiterempfehlen

Das Objekt ist genial. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Jungs und wir waren begeistert. Pool war größer als von den Fotos vermutet. Entspannung war zu jederzeit möglich. Es gab auch immer die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen und mal alleine durchzuatmen. Klimatisierung in den Räumen war hilfreich. Der Kühlschrank hat mit dem Eisspender auch seinen Dienst getan. Abends war die Grillecke zum gemeinsamen Spielen Standard. Wirklich alles dabei was das Herz begehrt. Einziges Manko wäre die etwas abgeschlagene Lage. Einkaufen waren wir in Labin, ca. 15 Autominuten. Ausflug nach Rijeka war super. Vor allem die Autofahrt entlang der Küste ein Erlebnis für jeden. Objekt nur zu empfehlen!

Wir haben 2Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und können nichts negatives berichten. Ausstattung, Empfang, (vielen Dank an Vesna ) und Kommunikation sind absolut auf hohem Niveau und entsprechen der Beschreibung. Das ist Erholung pur! Es gibt in jedem Wohn/Schlafraum eine Klimaanlage! Empfehlen können wir die Restaurants Burra in Plomin und Porat am Hafen in Plomin.

Die Bilder haben nicht gelogen, das Haus und alles ist genauso, wie es auf den Bilder aussah. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Lediglich die Zufahrt ist für die Autos eine Belastungsprobe. Vielleicht könnte man die Büsche etwas zurück schneiden, damit der Lack nicht so zerkratzt wird.

Tolles Haus in wundervoller Lage

Das Haus hat an Ausstattung alles was man braucht. Von Geschirr, Handtücher, Kaffeemaschine bis hin zu einem toll angelegten Pool. Die Zimmer war absolut sauber und jedes Fenster war mit einem Insektengitter versehen, was sich als durchaus nützlich erwies. Durch die Aufteilung der getrennten Wohnungen, hat man genügend Möglichkeiten um sich zurückzuziehen. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte absolut problemlos und es wurde mehrmals nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei. Rundum liegt das Haus in einer tollen Lage mit genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Objekt für einen Erholungsurlaub mieten.

Sehr schönes Haus, für ein Ferienhaus überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet (TV in jedem Zimmer, Küchenutensilien, bequeme Betten, viele Handtücher). Man kann sich durch die 2 Wohnungen gut aus dem Weg gehen wenn man etwas Ruhe möchte, aber auch durch die großen Räume/ den Außenbereich schön zusammen sitzen. Die Villa ist zwar etwas außerhalb (Weg zum Einkaufen mit dem Fahrzeug etwa 15 min) aber man hat seine Ruhe und hat nicht das Gefühl Nachbarn zu stören. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und uns wurde Angeboten, dass wir uns jederzeit melden könnten. Wunderschöner Urlaub, würden auch wieder kommen

Wir waren 2 Familien (8 Personen) in House Navis und haben es absolut genossen. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hätten beim Kofferpacken einiges zuhause lassen können, z. B. Waschmittel für Spül- und Waschmaschine, da alles vorhanden ist. Vorallem die Küche ist großzügig mit Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck ausgestattet. Ein Highlight bei über 30 Grad war der Eiswürfelspender im Kühlschrank. Der konnte nur noch vom Infinitypool mit dieser wahnsinns Aussicht getoppt werden. Die Anfahrt zu House Navis ist gut ausgeschildert. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin/Verwalterin war sehr angenehm! Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag den ich habe, wäre eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen. Die war nämlich nur in einem von vier Schlafräumen vorhanden. Zusammengefasst hat uns House Navis SEHR gut gefallen! Wir können es nur empfehlen und werden selber auch wiederkommen!

This is an outstanding, modern property which offers excellent accommodation and a high standard of fittings and facilities. The location is spectacular, and the combination of open and covered terraces and an infinity pool make outdoor living extremely easy. The owner and their local representatives were very helpful and easily contactable. It was good to see that the property was provided with plenty of towels and toilet rolls, and basic kitchen requirements such as salt, pepper, oil and vinegar; equipment was of good quality. One minor complaint: we were not provided with a 'house book' which we usually find with villa properties; it would have been useful to have a list of emergency numbers (eg doctor, hospital) and location of key facilities (eg pharmacy, emergency services) and suggested locations of supermarkets.

We had a fantastic week staying in House Navis. It really is one of the nicest properties you could wish to stay in and the owners were so helpful and could not do enough for us Everything was pristine and furnished immaculately with a perfectly stocked kitchen and plenty of towels The outside is exactly as it appears on the photos, gorgeous pool with amazing view and situated in a quiet area it was so relaxing I cannot say enough nice things about this house, it was perfect
