Super Unterkunft! Immer wieder gerne!

Eine wirklich sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Michele war sehr hilfsbereit, geduldig und jederzeit erreichbar! Angenehm und unkompliziert. Immer wieder gerne!

Leider war es nachts etwas laut, aber das ist bei der zentralen Lage vermutlich schwer zu vermeiden.

Optimaalinen, kun haluaa tutustua Bolognan kaupunkiin kaupungin muurien sisäpuolella.

Sijainniltaan optimaalinen. Lyhyt matka rautatieasemalle ja keskustaan.

Huoneet ovat kaupungin yhden pääkadun varrella rakennuksen toisessa kerroksessa. Liikennemelu vähän häiritsi varhain aamulla sekä myöhään illalla.

Tutto sommato un soggiorno molto confortevole.

Posizione: in posizione molto comoda: a 3 minuti a piedi da piazza Maggiore, cuore pulsante della città.

VIa dell' indipendenza è attraversata sia di giorno che per buona parte della notte dalle principali linee di bus. La finestra si affaccia quindi su una strada molto rumorosa e nonostante i doppi vetri non garantisce un perfetto isolamenno acustico.

Cleanliness was properly maintained. Inspite of some hiccups in our stay the caretaker responded quickly. I like the at

It was located in city center. 10 minutes walk from Bologna Central Station.

Downside was no hot water in the shower when the other room used the shower. We stayed in Neptune room.

Excellent location, quiet yet close to everything.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the sights, restaurants and shops. The little pizzeria directly across the road with really lovely staff & great pizza! Michele was helpful & quick to respond. I would recommend the apartment.

Nothing, everything was great. (There was a mini fridge in the room - a couple of complimentary bottles of water would have been a nice touch).

Posizione centrale, stanza ampia e calda, check in automatico.

Very central and comfortable.

Excellent location... easy check-in and very comfortable for a short stay in Bologna. Arrived earlier than normal check-in and left luggage in the common area to find it in the room when we got back. Communication with hosts was excellent, and the tips for restaurants were very useful.

All ok... maybe some coffee in the room, not only herbal teas and an iron would have been useful too... but not a huge problem at all.

The location was fine in that it was central to most everything, but being right over thevbusiest street in Bologna, it wascvery loud, late into the early morning

The facilities while pretty to look at were difficult use, with no luggage rack, and the tables were covered with stuff, and yet no coffee maker either.

Everything was as expected

My actual destination was Florence and Bologna was only an overnight due to the direct flight. The hotel was very attractively priced, although it was more like a large apartment than a hotel. The check-in was autonomous and worked out great. The room was clean, neat if acuh very small which was perfectly okay due to the requirement. Breakfast was not available, but this is not a disadvantage as there are many small cafes in the immediate vicinity. The next trip to this area I would book this accommodation again without hesitation.

there was nothing that I didn’t like but future guests should be aware that the street outside is busy so quite noisy and the walls are thin so you can hear the other guests quite clearly!

nice and clean but not worth the price

the room was okay for 1 person for 1 night. the bathroom was nice and spacious. it was very clean.

the self check in and lock system on the door was very confusing. i needed to ask other guests how it worked, because the explanation i got through text from the hotel was very unclear. also i think it wasn’t worth the money i paid compared to what i got, so if you want value for your money, go somewhere else!

If you want to stay at the center of Bologna, this is the right address. the street is crowded and full of energy. room was not big but well designed. clean and comfortable. Margherita was very helpful and always return my call asap.

everything! very modern and comfortable room, felt very safe in the building. staff were lovely and very helpful

Before we arrived the host sent us a detailed message with everything we needed for our stay. We ate at the recommended places and they were all remarkable. The property is centrally located. The hotel is right on the main shopping street. Very close to main train statin. The room was exceptionally clean. We had daily housekeeping service. The in-room amenities were beyond our expectations. They had a complete set of toiletries including dental kit as well. They even had a face towel for all of us. We would definitely stay again at this property.
