About this house rental
This waterfront home is on a new quiet street, 115 Linda Lane. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for cars. The lighted fishing dock will make for hours of nighttime fun. For those who do not want to fish there is a new private pool in the backyard plus kayaks. The shaded decks and patios offer a place to read and enjoy the tranquility of a vacation on the water. There is plenty of room for everyone. Please feel free to call directly if you have any questions or would like to rent for a longer term.

We loved the place; it was close to water and big enough pool and fishing. Lots of steps for exercise. We had 7 adults and 5 kids. We have reserved for next year..

We enjoyed staying at the coast house. There were 11 of us, 6 adults, 3 teens and two tweens. The property is amazing, and the view from our balcony upstairs was awesome. You cannot beat the sunset view. The pool was super nice and clean. The pier was easily accessible and well lit at night. We took the kayaks out on the bay. The only complaint we had was a leaking waterline under the kitchen sink which was promptly repaired when we discovered it. And that tiny bedroom under the stairs lol! - thankfully we had children we could tuck in there! It wasn’t designed for adults. But overall, we had a fantastic weekend!

Great property to relax and Recharge on the bay

We slept 8 people very comfortably in this house for a week. The bottom two bedrooms open right up into the backyard for swimming and fishing. It was fun trying to hunt down the extra bed that we knew was hiding somewhere. We found it in a closet, and my youngest sister slept comfortably in there (with the fan she brought- from reading other reviews). That extra little bed was such a treat for her- she usually lands on the couch.
There were lots of good quality, fluffy towels in both bathrooms, and plenty of kitchen supplies. I was surprised to even find a crockpot in the nice sized pantry (I had brought my own not knowing if there was one). We grilled outside for the 4th of July using the grill that was on the property- it was very clean and worked wonderfully!
We spent most of our time enjoying the outside amenities. The kids and adults both practically lived in the pool- it was bigger than we expected from looking at the pictures.
My nephew fished all week long. He didn’t catch many fish- just a couple little croakers and one tiny stingray, but he sure caught a few nice sized blue crabs using the crab trap found in the garage.
My husband loved using the kayaks to get some exercise on the water every morning.
This house has so much to offer, that we found ourselves just wanting to stay there instead of getting out to find things to do. From early in the morning to late at night, we just couldn’t get enough!! We were so relaxed that we honestly hated to leave!!

This place was just perfect for my family and I good way to have a summer vacation with cooling off in the pool fishing off the dock and having a bbq highly recommend and will be coming every year !

Had the best weekend celebrating my Dad’s 83rd birthday. He fished and we swam. Wish we booked 2 more days. But we’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

This is our first time staying here and it was awesome!! No need for the beach! The kids don’t like the beach lol. Kids in the pool from the moment we got there until we left! Great fishing pier! My husband didn’t catch anything really big but he had fun fishing all day and night! The neighborhood is great and the stores and food are not far away at all!! Highly recommend and we will be back for more stay's!!

What a wonderful house - we had a great time! The layout of the house is great for having families and being able to eat and be together, whether inside or out. The host was so gracious to heat the pool for us before we got there, so the kids got to swim the whole time. The fishing was great, even caught a 40" alligator gar! Great proximity to Rockport Beach and Port Aransas. Overall had a great time, the house and amenities were perfect for our group! Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time at the house and we look forward to making another visit soon. We stayed for my wife’s birthday weekend and enjoyed the pool and pier very much. We didn’t have to leave the house at all, it was a greats stay overall.

Love the location and what the house has to offer. Its a well kept house with a very nice living/dining/kitchen area and access to a large balcony with a beautiful view. Master bedroom and bathroom/shower room is very nice and spacey. There is plenty of closet space in every bedroom. We absolutely loved the heated swimming pool and the private fishing dock. Melissa, the host, respondet to all questions and went out of her way to provide us with a decorated christmas tree. We thought that this was super sweet of her. All in all we've enjoyed our stay and will definitely plan to come back for another holiday/family celebration.

My family enjoyed this place and my kids had a blast. We enjoyed the convenience of the pool and the private pier for ourselves. The view was great and juat overall relaxing stay. Will definitely be back again.

This property was great! Perfect for two families looking for a relaxing getaway.
The house had everything you need for a nice weekend. The kids swam all day, fished all day and night, enjoyed riding kayaks around the canal. The two story home gave enough room that you didn't feel like you were smothered with people.
The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. It was nice to look down the strip and see so many others fishing, enjoying music and the views were amazing too.
You do need to bring everything you might need for your stay as in spices, shampoo, soap etc. There are no left overs from guest before.

We absolutely love this property! Been coming here for 4 years now! If you want to get away and relax, this is the place! Bring your bathing suits and fishing poles, enjoy a nice dip in the pool or fish on the private lighted dock! Most beautiful sunsets over the water in the evenings! Love the new upgrades. We had the best stay here! The house was a great size for our family. The rooms were clean. The house was supplied with many household items you might need. The pool was a perfect size and the view was incredible! We had a great time fishing. Our kids had so much fun and made some great memories! We will definitely be back!

This is the second time we stayed here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. We do a summer Rockport Trip every year and since we have older kids, the pool is a must. I took my son, niece and nephew on the kayaks and we had a blast. Everything is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Book this place, you will enjoy!

Overall this place was wonderful. Our family had a great time. The pool was a big plus. Will definitely be staying here again. We have been looking for a place to stay where you're able to fish from the backyard and also enjoy a nice swim. This was perfect! Also, home was nice and clean.

The home was very nice, comfortable and clean. All the accommodations were good. The pool overlooks Salt Lake which makes for a relaxing time. The pool is heated but it’s not as warm as you might expect. We were still a little uncomfortable but it may have been due to it being windy during our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and it is nice having the dock. Even if you’re not fishing. We sat out there and it was relaxing. Over all our stay was fun and relaxing. We do recommend staying here. If the opportunity arises we will stay here again.

It was a last minute Mini vacation for Easter beautiful home and in perfect location, the fishing pier for all the fishing needs and the on site private pool was an amazing getaway. Will defiantly book again!

What a beautiful home and location… great restaurants close by… caught half a dozen fish and even a few blue crabs from the back yard dock… pool was nice and warm!!! What a great way to spend a week!!
