Comfortable, spacious apartment close to Freedom Square

Very comfortable apartment with all facilities. Neat clean and well done up with a great view of the funicular. Just a toaster and scissors ✂️ was missing. George takes very good care and is very responsive. I would recommend the stay

About 10 steps to get into the lobby. Of course George came to help with our bags. The building in on a "one way"inclined street with somewhat broken pavement. So walking can be tricky , esp in the dark

Très bel appartement fonctionnel dans le centre-ville

Appartement très confortable et bien placé au centre de Tbilissi (métro Liberty Square à 5-10 min à pied). Les équipement sont de très bonne qualité et l'appartement est très propre. Belle vue sur la colline de Narikala. Calme, malgré sa situation centrale. La cuisine a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire ses repas (supérettes à proximité ou supermarché au sous-sol du centre commercial Liberty Square). Accueil très agréable et hôtes toujours disponibles.

RAS. Pas de problème pour récupérer les clefs le premier jour, ce que je craignais un peu car j'arrivais tard le soir, mais j'avais pris une carte SIM à l'aéroport ce qui a permis de rester en contact avec le gérant des lieux via Whatsapp.

все было отлично, очень уютная квартира, с большой душевой, все очень чисто, хороший ремонт и техника. жила тут больше месяца суммарно, идеальное решение для долгого пребывания в Тбилиси, очень рекомендую

מיקום טוב, ממש מעל כיכר החירות, שירות טוב מאוד של המארח, ארוחת בוקר טובה יחסית לטביליסי, היה כל מה שצריך, נקי וטעים, הבית ממוזג, חימום ברצפה במקלחת, הדירה מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך ויש מכונת אספרסו לקפסולות. יש מעלית, כניסה נוחה ולא יקר!

כתוב שיש ניקיון כל יום ובפועל זה כל יומיים. קיבלנו דירה קטנה יותר ממה שהזמנו ואחרי יומיים הוא החליף לנו.

Disapppointing, not worth the value of money I paid for a 3 night stay

Location

I booked and paid a room with balcony, I was deceived as the room is small and has no balcony. The host is rude as well as the staff, they are not accommodating. The sofa bed was not functioning as a bed and they did not fix it. The host said he has no staff to fix it. I demand a refund for the inconvenience caused!

1. Расположение. Рестораны, кафе, магазины, торговый центр - все близко. 2. Завтрак и персонал. Завтрак прекрасный, отдельное спасибо повару Ирине, которая задавала тон всему дню. Потрясающие блины, выпечка. На завтраке было все необходимое, домашнее. По запросу можно было попросить омлет/яичницу и тд. Но нам всего хватало. Георгий замечательный хозяин, встретил, все рассказал, всегда был рядом. 3. Номер. В целом нормально. Был Aqua. Необходимая посуда/полотенца/утюг/стиралка и тд - все было. 4. Фантастическая терраса на завтраках! 5. Подключен Netflix!!!

Пожелания: 1. В ванной плохо закрывается дверь, обливает всю стену( отходит от стеклянной двери уплотнитель. 2. Хотелось бы минимальный косметический набор (ватные палочки, щетка зубная, шапка для душа). 3. Есть чайник, кофеварка, было бы замечательно положить хотя бы 1 пакетик чая и 1 пакет кофе. 4. Вода только из под крана. Сначала показалось неплохая, но на 2й день купили воду в бутылках. 5. Тяжело попасть в отель. Вывески нет, на лифте можно подняться только если знать код. (Как вариант, за сутки перед заселением можно высылать в письме инструкцию как попасть в отель). Не всегда есть мобильный интернет и возможность. Нам пришлось идти в соседний отель, просить вай фай и писать Георгию.

Great place, Great location

Everything about Home/Tbilisi is top-notch. It is a nearly new building located a short walk from Old Town, which, IMO, is a very good thing. Many good wine bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk from the apartment, as is Old Town. The breakfast is awesome, with so many options to choose from. Crepes are definitely a highlight. George and the ladies are super nice and helpful.

رفتار میزبان آقای جورج از لحظه ورود عالی بود و به زبان انگلیسی کاملا مسلط بودند و همیشه پاسخگو بودن. لوکیشین هتل خیلی عالی بود و با گالریا مال و میدون لیبریتی پیاده فقط ۵ دقه فاصله داشت. صبحانه ها هم در لابی با ویوو کل شهر تجربه عالی به همراه داشت. در کل اینجا رو پیشنهاد میکنم.

Uns hat während des Aufenthaltes vom 04. bis 11. September 2023 alles gefallen. Die Lage ist super: 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Zentrum. Der Blick von der Terasse auf das nächtliche Tbilisi ist wunderbar. Der Hausherr ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Die Damen in der Küchen sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung des Apartments lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden höchstwahrscheinlich wieder kommen.

Уютный, но очень темный и небольшой номер.

Очень гостеприимные владельцы гостиницы, действительно стараются сделать все как можно лучше. Завтрак вкусный, не шведский стол, но все хорошо. В номере есть балкон, сам номер уютный, хотя и небольшой.

Номер не очень большой и очень темный. Главная проблема - от люстры очень мало света, читать невозможно. Я видел эту проблему в отзывах, и думал, что люди преувеличивают, но это действительно так! Очень темно... Учитывая площадь номера и темноту, соотношение цена/качество не очень хорошее.

A good place to stay with family in the heart of old tblisi.

Property : location is at walking distance to liberty square and feels in heart of town. Breakfast : Mrs. Erena (she is a gem) made it special for us by making us custom omlette and one day she prepared us chicken gravy. Other than that a continental breakfast. Rooms : As displayed in the photos, our room was "pine" and it had windows facing the ministry building and had a cross view of the Mtatsminda Mountain and Funicular. Since its a full furnished apartment it has all amenities like kitchen + washing + utensils + refrigerator Breakfast Area if beautifully made and has awesome views of city and the mountains. Would like to thank Mr. George for everything as he looked into all our requests and made our stay comfortable.

Property : Entrance near the lift area is a bit scary as there are sensor based lights and one near lift didnt work. (since its a more of a furnished property apartment, the management should look into it. Rooms : They should provide regular room/bathroom cleanup service (we had to ask them) Bathrooms : should have water spray installed.

Beautiful

The location is just perfect, within walking distance to almost many attractions and the nearby restaurants are quite good too. Highly recommended. Check-in was smooth though.

Parking is quite an issue, we parked our car at the Galleria Mall, price was reasonable.

Convenient location and well equipped

The location of the building and views from our apartment were excellent. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped. The staff were helpful.

Difficult to find the entrance as there is no signboard outside and several entrances are located in the courtyard at the given street address. No lighting in front of the lift on the ground floor. One cannot reach the 6th floor, where all the apartments are, by elevator without a key. We did not have a local mobile connection on arrival and had to ask our taxi driver to call the manager's phone number for him to come downstairs and let us in. Not enough lighting in the room and in the bathroom. Shower gel was provided in a few tiny tubes that contained just enough for a couple of washes. More tubes were provided on request. No face tissues. The bed's wooden base had very sharp corners and limited walking space around it so that both of us got their legs scratched by those corners by the end of the stay. The bed had only two pillows, which were rather thin. The breakfast was plentiful but the main choice was limited to Russian style food: blini, cottage cheese, sour cream, tubs of Russian yoghurt-type dessert, boiled eggs, sausages, etc. However, Georgian salad, cut tomatoes and cucumbers were also always available and on some occasions we were offered oat porridge, fried vegetables, and fruits (still unripe, unfortunately). On request the kitchen staff made fried eggs for us.

Very convenient location, 7 minutes walk to Feedom Square, the rooms are just like the photos, everything is clean, comfortable, it's nice to be there. The renovation is new, you can see it. All in modern style. Breakfast is delicious, but if you want to cook, there are kitchen utensils. Refresh after cleaning towels and bathroom accessories. George is very hospitable, friendly, helped me with my family in many ways. Thank you. My family happy.

Great location, well maintained facilities and very cooperative staff

Me and my family had stayed for a week and we enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious and with all equipments and facilities that you need. Our Host Mr George and his team of Ladies staff are doing excellent job. Lady who prepare delicious omelette and others who were cleaning our room and taking care of us while having breakfast at the terrace with view of mountains, cable chair and mother of Georgia statue. The location of property is exactly the center of the city. Walkable distance from Freedom square, Galleria Mall and many bars and restaurants.

Excellent stay at a one bedroom close to Freedom Sq!

The room was spacious and clean, with all amenities - including a washer and dryer. The location was excellent - a few minutes from Freedom Square but on a quiet street with restaurants, groceries and pharmacies close by. The breakfast was excellent - made to order! George was a helpful host who was happy to help us with any questions or concerns.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Tbilisi! The one room and living room layout was perfect for my needs, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and I appreciated the well-maintained kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Having both a dryer and washing machine was a real convenience, making it easy to refresh my clothes during my stay. The location was also fantastic, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
