About this cottage rental
One of four cottages that are part of Quincy-Coldwater Parties and Vacation Rentals' On Pointe Lakefront Resort. The resort sits on the shores of Randall Lake, one in a chain of seven all sports lakes in Coldwater, MI. Wake up to lake views from The "Long House" master bedroom in this spacious three bedroom cottage. It has two queen beds and a set of bunk beds. There is also a pull-out couch in the living room.
All cottages have split A/C units, include all necessary bed linens, kitchen accessories, wi-fi and cable, 2 parking spots, and one dock space on the channel dock. Each cottage also includes their own grill w/ propane (if it runs out let us know, extra tanks on hand), outdoor seating area with table and chairs, and fire pit. Shared spaces include the two beaches, pontoon swim raft (the one with our name on it), outdoor shower, fish cleaning shack, dock, tetherball, volleyball, playground, and yard. We also have kayak and canoes for our guests on a first come first serve basis. We recommend you bring your own towels, bath and beach, and trailer parking is limited (we're working on it). Bath towels and toiletries are available upon request, but in limited quantities per booking. Check-in is 4pm/ Check out is 10am. There is no smoking in any of the cottages. Pets welcome. Some things you will want to bring:
• Toilet paper and trash bags (There is a minimum of 1 roll on the holder and an extra roll of toilet paper and two trash bags that aren't replenished.)
• Hand soap (There is a bottle of hand soap in the bathroom that isn’t replenished.)
• Toiletries
• Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths
• Beach towels, life jackets or floatation devices (No Lifeguard on Duty)
• Paper plates, towels, napkins (some might be on hand, not replenished)
• Knives to clean fish and other fish cleaning supplies
Check out checklist: Failure to adhere to the checklist could result in a forfeiture of your security deposit or portion thereof.
Moved items put back in place and personal belongings removed
Linens stripped from bed
Trash taken out – Please! No loose trash in the trash can. Everything must be in a bag. $75 cleaning fee if loose trash is found.
Fridge and cabinets emptied, (if you have anything you might want to leave, ask the office if they will take it)
Kitchen: counters, sink, and dining table wiped down, coffee pot cleaned, microwave, oven, and grill in the condition you found them
Dishes put away or started in dishwasher (dish soap is in the dispenser next to the faucet)
All floors swept, Bathroom sink, tub/shower, and toilet wiped down
Grill and outside tables wiped down and back in place, if moved during stay
Broom, dust pan, cleaning wipes, sponges, and multi-surface cleaner are provided
Before you lock the cottage, open the lock box, take out any keys inside and put the keys on the kitchen table, leave the lock box open

It was a beautiful area. Close enough to town to get any supplies you may have forgotten but secluded enough to enjoy nature and time with the family. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The family enjoyed our week together.

We had a good time at the lake. The house was clean, the air conditioning worked great. We took the kayaks out q couple times. We even had the resort to ourselves the first two days!
