This is a condo complex that is being renovated right on the ocean. The location is beautiful and has a lot of potential.
5.0 / 5.0
Looked like the pictures and even better! The amenities- pool, hot tub, basketball court were great! House was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

A great little area!
1.0 / 5.0
Like a frat house. Nice bones but stained and dirty. Would not stay there again. Took 20 minutes to get key out and another 20 minutes to get key back in. Couldn’t work the TV. No screens on windows. We were so uncomfortable we only stayed one night. Construction on condos made it unsafe to walk around. Going back to hotels.

Good location, everything we needed, thanks!

Stayed here with our 3 year old and 9 month old. The location is very ideal with a 3 minute walk to the beach and an awesome paved trail to the jetty. The pool and hot tub were also nice to help entertain the kids. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. There was a large shelf next to the TV that absolutely should have been secured to the wall as it was not secure and visibly unsteady. Could easily have fallen forward from kids or pets and caused injuries (it was fairly heavy and lots of things on the shelves or in baskets within the shelves). We moved it to the closet of our bedroom and moved it back before checkout to prevent any accidents. Also, there was a playground shown in pictures but we found out this has been torn down and there are plans for a new one eventually. Would be nice for the owner to update those things and any construction. Overall, a nice little getaway for our family.

This is my first experience with renting a condo. Not a bad place, but I prefer hotels and we'll go back to that.
3.0 / 5.0
The place is fine, but when something goes wrong Vacasa was unresponsive in fixing (no one contacted us after we initiated request for assistance, we had to keep initiating with no resolve during stay). We went our entire stay with a clogged kitchen sink and no WiFi.

Super clean with all the needed amenities. Perfect space for a family of 5 (plus dog)! Very partial view of ocean but the condo was so beautiful you can easily ignore that fact.

It was a nice roomy place but certainly doesn't have good beach view and the light house is on shore look alike light house .
It is located close to the beach with easy trails down to the beach but the room itself sits over the parking area looking over to the ocean.
Easy check in and out.

Condo was warm and comfortable great view and location would definitely stay there again

The place was very clean when we walked in and spacious. It was cozy when we wanted to relax and the balcony was great to watch the ocean..my only concerning thing is the mold growing on the mast bedroom ceiling. And the blinds didn't close in the living room. Which was fine until at night. I would definitely recommend and will be back.

Had a great weekend! Celebrated Dad’s 91st birthday. Condo is located directly across from elevator, making it very convenient for those with mobility limits. Very clean. Nice layout with open spaces. Very close to the walking path and beach access.

Iunderstand accidents happen but the way we were treated was bad. Water hose under sink came off in the night I woke up at 1 am head water the whole apartment was under water about 2 inches...hubby turned off water thank god was able to..we called 800 emergency #.I had to send pictures really while everything was under water we tried to soak it all up with towels...then 45 min later the local manager (Matthew) called and he asked if he needs to come by bc he lives all the way in Ocean shores and it will take him an hour to get here...yes he needs to come in the meantime we are still soaking up water with towels ..downstairs Lady came water was coming out of her light fixtures...then police came bc someone called we are to loud... an hour later the manager shows up has no access to a shop vac or anything he brought a box of towels ...we were pretty much done soaking up all the water...except the carpet big watery sponge... he did offer to relocate us but we were too tired it was 330 am so we asked we don't have to check out by 1000 he said he will try to work something out for us....we did not hear anything from day manager until l pressed the checked out button she showed up did not introduce herself asked why are you still here, we said we were waiting on you she gave us 30 min to get out. Mathew got us some money back but day manager was so rude and we got charged cleaning fee after we worked 2 hrs soaking up water, no morning time on beach for us

The property was clean and comfortable. The location, though, was the best part. A few minute's walk from the beach. We spent so much time on the beautiful beach that I can't wait to go back. We'll rent here again for sure.

Brought the family during the kids' spring break to do some razor clamming. Kids liked the fast WiFi and Roku TV. Fireplace is nice. Walk to the beach is super easy for beach combing. The kitchen utensils could use some upgrading but nothing that was unmanageable. Looks like there is some construction framing on the outside structure of every building but nothing that will put a damper on your vacation. Bathrooms and Bedrooms are clean. We've stayed here at least 3 times and will do so again in the future.

The unit was clean. Plenty of linens, towels & extra blankets. Kitchen was very well appointed with everything you'd need, including spices. Only item missing was coffe filters for the coffee pot. Had we known, we would have brought some with us. Quiet unit & Property. Great location for beach access and paved walking trail along the beach.

From “white” towels that were grey to black mold in the primary bedroom. Dated and done on the cheap.
3.0 / 5.0
spacious. However, one of the biggest cons was that there were no window screens, so huge bugs were flying in bcse we like to keep windows open, esp bcse it is warm weather. Also, the dryer took forever - a few towels took abt 2-hrs to dry.

Great stay at very comfy beach condo. Not sure what weekends are like but Westport was great for early week beach visit. Area great to explore and beach was close a a wonderful walk. Condo had everything you needed.

My family and our pup enjoyed our short stay! Super close to the beach and a few minutes from all the restaurants by car. Everything was clean and as advertised. There is even an elevator if you are traveling with someone who might need it.

Location, beautiful and family friendly rental, view and sounds of ocean, the balcony was incredible for us and our puppy.

Good view of beach and a slice of sunset. Well-stocked kitchen, lots of towels, great bathtub, lots of hot water, comfy beds.
Poor sound on tv, no sponge or dishcloths for washing dishes, balcony chairs need pressure washing or replacing.
All-in-all, very nice vacation condo.

Fun weekend at the beach
Clean nice place. It was missing the key fob that lets you into the pool/hot tub/workout area, and unfortunately they could not replace it for us. But other than that, great place. Would stay again.

Disappointing
We paid for two nights in this unit "Top Floor-All the Views" but ended up staying only one night because it was uncomfortable.
I found the unit to be more neglected than unclean.
I was there with my teenage children. Planning to cook in rather than dine out. The Teflon cookware was unusable because it was so scratched and peeling. Pots were ok but the electric burners on the stove top are wonky and don’t lie flat making it unstable and awkward to boil water and use multiple burners at once.
There was not a single pot holder to be found so my kids were using a towel to get their toast out of the toaster oven, which only works on the right side.
There aren’t enough drinking glasses and there is no stemware,
The garbage can is too tall to use under the sink where it is kept.
The front door locks are beat up and very difficult to lock/unlock, I was worried the keys would snap. There is also something going on with the balcony door lock.
My oldest daughter could not sleep in the front bedroom because of the creepy vibe, and I agreed. (I wasn't sure if I should add this but it was one of the reasons we left early.)
There is major reconstruction of the exterior stairway that leads to this unit. It's been completely removed and they are rebuilding it so the morning brought the sound of hammers, saws, music playing.
While not all of these things are major, the sum total of the little things equaled a disappointing experience. It really wouldn't take much to turn this into a nice place to stay. It's unfortunate and a symptom of management not paying attention to details. As is, it's way overpriced, and I was stuck paying $550-ish for less than 24 hours.
Finally, the advertising really is misleading. It does not have "all the views". It sits perpendicular to the beach and is a few buildings back. There is a view from the side looking north up the beach and you can definitely see a bit of ocean beyond the dunes which is really just fine if you know what to expect.
I contacted Vacasa and was told they would address these issues for future renters. I hope they do!

Disappointed to say the least.
The cleanliness was a bit off but the condition of this unit was pretty bad and made me feel very uneasy. Doormats, living room and master carpets and master bedspread were all badly stained.
A comment about the ocean and lighthouse view... The view is primarily from the deck, so only a good weather kind of view. Unless you stand in the very corner of the living room or look in the mirror hanging there.

Short Beach getaway
Condo was clean and conveniently located as described in the listing. Great views from the deck, easy to park and to walk or drive to area amenities. Furnishings were sufficient for the two of us.

All around great place
There was plenty of space. The view was fantastic. You saw the ocean on one side and the lighthouse on the other. Everyone not just the managers (who were great) were friendly. Went to relax and distress and it was easy in this condo. If I had one thing to suggest is to have a manual for the electronics. Maybe add suggestions and info about restaurants and things to see. Overall it was exactly what I was looking for.

Good location, mediocre amenities
Can’t beat the location of this condo next to the beach! We were able to walk to 2 restaurants, the lighthouse, and the state park.
Inside was meh. The towels are thin and half size. No beach towels provided. Kitchen appliances and sink are cheap. The stove needs a proper cleaning - we turned it on to boil water and almost started a fire due to something left on there from who knows when.
Beds are comfortable!
We would come back for the location. We’d be happier with slightly nicer amenities, though.

Westport Condo
Very nice property right off the beach
Very nice view from the patio
Number of drains needed cleaning, as the water didn’t drain as it should
No screens on windows was bothersome, since there is not AC in the unit
Kitchenware was a little dated, but everything we needed was there for a three night stay

Fun trip to the coast!
We loved our time in Westport! The views are wonderful, with great beds, great service, and a great supply of linens and towels. We’ll be back next year!
