DIEGO & FABIO One-Bedroom Apartmentis a 3star Apartment.It is located in 10minutes walking distance from town centerand in 10minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 48m2 and balcony is7m2. It is located on floor: 1.The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the kitchen. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. There is a possibility to use BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 3 person
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 5€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

Everything was great! Lovely host who met us and showed us everything in the apartment, she also checked in with us before departure which was lovely. Apartment had everything we needed and there were some welcome snacks and drinks which were very appreciated. Great parking and excellent location away from the centre of town but convenient walking distance and lovely quiet beaches nearby.

Upon our arrival there were some misunderstandings but all settled with the help of the tourist agency and with the kindness of Ingrid. The apartment is good, looks like exactly like on the pictures. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is at a perfect location, close to the beach and to the old town in a quite & safe neighbourhood. Ingrid is an amazing host, very helpful and friendly. She made our stay at Rovinj more pleasant! Thank you!

Ingrid was lovely - nothing was too much trouble for her - she arranged for her son to take us to the bus station as well which was very kind. Her personal manner was so nice. Although the apartment was a bit out of the old town we didn’t mind walking and going swimming not at away ( 10 min walk).

Appartement très bien situé, on peut se rendre à la plage et en ville en une dizaine de minute, la voiture peut rester à l'ombre près de la maison. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et soucieux du bien-être de leurs hôtes: petites attentions dans l'appartement et cadeau au départ. Un très bon séjour

Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento. La prima cosa che salta all'occhio é la pulizia davvero accurata. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario. Una vera chicca sono i cuscini in memory foam. L'host é estremamente gentile e disponibile e insieme alla cura che mette nella gestione dell'appartamento, ti fa subito sentire a casa. Zona tranquilla, abbiamo dormito benissimo, indisturbati. Parcheggio gratuito sotto casa. Rovigno raggiungibile facilmente con una breve passeggiata. Tutto perfetto.

Great place to stay in rovinj. The location is perfect to walk to the city to have dinner in the evening also you reach a swimming spot wothin 10min by foot. The host is very welcoming and communication was straightforward. Parking is also great.

Accoglienza, ospitalità, pulizia e un gran cuore!

Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti in questo appartamento in una posizione ottima per visitare Rovigno, fuori dal caos ma a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro (10 minuti) e da alcune spiagge. L'accoglienza è favolosa, i proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili per tutto. Abbiamo trovato il frigo pieno di acqua, birra, succhi di frutta, bibite e i cioccolatini e i biscotti sul tavolo. La pulizia è ottima, la dotazione dell'appartamento perfetta, c'è tutto quello che serve come essere a casa. E come se non bastasse per il nostro bimbo di 2 anni la signora Ingrid, come una nonna premurosa, ci ha portato biscotti e latte e a fine vacanza anche alcuni graditissimi omaggi per i grandi e per il bimbo. Il parcheggio comodissimo sotto l'appartamento all'ombra della vigna. Una sera ha piovuto mentre eravamo fuori e al ritorno le nostre bici parcheggiate fuori erano state coperte per evitare che si bagnassero. Non ho mai pubblicato una recensione così lunga ma davvero se lo meritano, meglio di un hotel 5 stelle superior! Grazie per la spendida accoglienza!

Posizione tranquilla e ottimale per il centro, 5 minuti a piedi. Per il mare, a 10 minuti , ci sono le spiagge al Park Sluma Zlatni Rt., consiglio vivamente!! La proprietaria è fin troppo gentile e simpatica, parla molto bene l'italiano. Trascorsi molto bene sei giorni di vacanza.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, welche unter anderem auch gutes Deutsch sprach. Wir wurden mit einem mit Getränken gefülltem Kühlschrank, mit einer Flasche Rotwein und hausgemachtem Olivenoel begrüßt......und es wurden "Waschwünsche" von Textilien erfragt"......sensationell !!! Die Unterkunft war einer ruhigen Gegend, super sauber, es gab ausreichend Handtücher und es hat an nichts gefehlt. 15 Min. fußläufig in das Centrum von Rovinj. Wir kommen gerne wieder.... :-)

Our Host, Ingrid was very-very friendly ad helpful. The apartmantnet is very clean, cozy, bright and quiet. The bathroom is very clean and the kitchen is bright and well-equipped there is everything what you need. The bed is comfortable. We was a very cool parking place in front of the door. The city centre takes 10-15 minutes on foot. And the Porton Biondi takes also 10 minutes on foot. So the location is very good.

Struttura e personale ottimo. Posizione comodissima. 5 minuti dalla spiaggia e 10 dal centro a piedi. 10 minuti di macchina per vedere altre spiagge. Niente da migliorare,rapporto qualità prezzo ottimi! Zona tranquilla e proprietari gentilissimi!!!! Consiglio vivamente. Ed ovviamente, rispetto per rispetto!!! Non serve poi ripulire l’appartamento ma nemmeno lasciarlo in condizioni indecenti!!! Voto 10
