OMG!!!! An absolutely amazing stay.

OMG!!! This is the best resort I have stayed at until biw. so peaceful and you can hear birds all the time. The room was absolutely stunning, clean, bright and airy, and the balcony made my day. The food is of good quality and the staff is fantastic. Their onsite Spa is also really good but the rates at the spa are a bit much in my opinion. One must try their chickoo coffee it is delish ❤️❤️❤️❤️

All the staff was very curtious . Satyam from service kept the room upto date .

The location , spacious rooms . Interiors are amazing . The food is outstanding chefs are local Hence the authenticity of the coorgy food is maintained

Exceptional

Great place to be with family, lavish breakfast options, quality care and facilities. Staff is excellent Be careful of leeches...they 'suck' !

Great location in the hills; luxury amidst nature; worth every extra buck you pay

The property, facilities, rooms, staff and how well they have managed to keep the property comfortable and luxurious despite the location and tough weather (Esp during monsoons)

The bar / lounge could be better and have better stock. We couldnt find any warm cocktails given the cold weather and monsoons. Variety can be improved.

hygiene,access to nature, great swimming pool, nice breakfast

Queen size bed Lunch was horrible and had to be escalated. Shocking that the chef couldn’t cook South Indian food well. Staff miscommunication about mini bar refills Very poor telephonic support prior to visit

Big name with little comfort.

Staff were too kind and humble, very cooperative and friendly.

Comfort in the room was ok, balcony absolutely no view with no privacy. Spread during BF and dinner was just ok with stale breads being served. Service was good. As i had been to several properties around this same location. Which are much better and lot more things to offer. This is my personal view which my son too felt the same.

We enjoyed our stay here as the property is amazing and so is food. We really liked the spa treatments and breakfast/ dinner buffet. Also staff is really welcoming .

We had multiple instances during our stay during which our requests just fell on deaf ears (never sending buggy despite requesting, monkeys urinating in our balcony and it being not getting cleaned the next day cleaning; rest alone same day cleaning even after pointing it out). If you are charging like Taj then you have to provide services like Taj.

Great stay, a slight lower price would tempt me to go back again.

hospitality was over the top, smiling staffs greeting as we ne walks by, cleanliness was great, location is very calm and serene.

bit of issue with some bathroom and massage centre but not big ones.

not worth the money!

Rooms and location is good

I’m not satisfied with the price I was charged. it wasn’t definitely 28k worth! only two meals were inclusive. No added experiences. Atleast activities or mini bar should have been free. There’s nothing much to do in property. Had it been 12-13k it would have been worth it.

we stayed for 2 nights during October and were happy overall with the stay and service at the hotel

Beautiful property just like the natural environment around it, set in a lush, green & densely vegetated area in the mountains. Its a very well maintained property with comfortable rooms offering great views

difficult to pay, credit cards are required and you cannot pay fully in cash or bank transfer

A must-visit place.

A M A Z I N G place... The resort is top class in all respects. The mountain facing suites and the courtyard facing suites are the best. Class dining and the views are breath-taking. Was there just before the rains. Yet to check winter. Lot of activities for the kids too - the gaming room, the pool... Etc. The pool has mesmerizing views. The food is delicious and the ala-carte is fairly priced. The SPA is state-of-art too. Even the basic rooms are well located and worth it totally. A must visit for all. Nature is put before construction here.

Nothing actually - only the room service can be a bit lazy sometimes.
