Bournecoast are delighted to offer this beautifully presented, detached family home which is finished to a high specification throughout and was completely renovated in 2023, featuring five large bedrooms, along with one smaller bedroom and four well-appointed bathroom/shower rooms. The accommodation has original parquet flooring throughout the downstairs and with a downstairs bedroom and bathroom, it caters to the needs of relatives who may face mobility challenges with stairs. Additionally, it is well-suited for two families seeking to holiday together. Positioned approximately 300 yards from the cliff top and Southbourne Beach, the house offers an ideal location. The vibrant Southbourne Grove, with its variety of shopping options, coffee shops, and restaurants, is easily accessible on foot. This house makes for a very modern, colourful, coastal retreat which should please visitors looking for a first class luxurious stay opposite the beach.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
BEDROOMS - The house features a spacious Double Bedroom (with a King Size Bed) on the ground floor. Moving to the first floor, there are five additional bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed and the benefit of an ensuite shower room featuring twin basins and a toilet. The third bedroom also has a King Size Bed, whilst the fourth bedroom has a Double Bed and its own ensuite shower room and toilet. The fifth Bedroom is a Twin Bedroom (with Bunk Beds) and is stocked with a variety of toys and books for children. Lastly, the sixth bedroom serves as a Single Bedroom/Study, complete with a desk.
The spacious and beautifully furnished lounge has a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).
The modern kitchen/diner (newly fitted in 2023) is bright and airy, boasts a breakfast bar, beautiful granite worktops and is equipped with an ELECTRIC COOKER - DISHWASHER - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER. The dining area is enhanced with a SMART TV, and patio doors which open up to the expansive garden. Additionally, there is the convenience of a utility room which has a WASHING MACHINE - MICROWAVE - WINE COOLER.
Situated on the first floor is a contemporary bathroom featuring a bathtub, shower facility, and a toilet. There is also a shower room on the ground floor, which includes a shower cubicle and a toilet.
The generously proportioned garden offers an expansive patio area with a table and chairs, leading down to the lawned garden. Along the side of the property is a hot and cold outdoor shower (available from April to October).
This accommodation has off road parking in the drive for two cars and free road parking (please note the spaces on the road are not guaranteed or reserved).

THE LOCAL AREA:
Southbourne is located on the coast to the eastern side of Bournemouth and is within easy reach of the historic town of Christchurch. The area has miles of beautiful sandy beaches, a lifeguard station, and a wide range of leisure activities including a surf school at Boscombe and the Hengistbury Head Outdoor Education Centre. The beach is easily accessed from the Portman Ravine or Fishermans Walk zig-zag path, which also has a funicular Victorian cliff lift. There is a playground for children, crazy golf and the popular Cafe Riva serving food and beverages located on the cliff top, all only a few minutes walk from the property. Bournemouth pier is approximately a 45 minute pleasant stroll from the house or Boscombe Pier is approximately a 15 minute stroll along the promenade. Southbourne Grove with its bustling hub of cafes, bars, restaurants and a wide selection of shops is only a 10 minute walk from the house. Wick Village is a short drive away with Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that will take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is also Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for easy access to Mudeford Sand spit. Christchurch town centre is just a short drive offering historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre and many other facilities. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are also a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town. Bournemouth Train Station, with direct trains to London, Birmingham and Manchester is approximately a 10 minute drive/taxi ride.
