Our stay was very clean great communication travel down to this area very often, and will definitely use this place again

Great location! Well appointed And excepted our service dog (not emotional support) which was very important to us! Thank you for that accommodation!

We chose this place for its proximity to Busch Gardens. About a 45 min drive but a pleasant drive. Checkin started a little rough (no fault of Jill). Jill quickly fixed the situation and our place was very cozy and clean! Cooked meals and had everything I needed to get by. TVs w/Rokus in all rooms was epic with kids and a husband in tow! The backyard with the chaise lounges and all the Adirondack chairs outside each apt was great!! Made me feel like I was home 😊 thank you Jill for a great stay!

This apartment worked great for a short stay to visit family. This unit was very clean and had everything we needed- even a Keurig stocked with K-Cups! I would’ve given 5 stars for everything, but the listing when we booked said sleeps 6. I thought the sofa was a pullout, but when we got there, we found out it only had 2 beds. However, I messaged owner and she instantly responded and had 2 portable mattresses delivered within 30 minutes! I would highly recommend this rental; and the owners were wonderful!

Everything you could need.
Check in/out was a breeze. Our family of 4 had everything we could need including the pullout sofa in the living room which our daughter ended up using instead of sharing a room with her brother :) The kitchen is fully stocked and the unit is immaculately cleaned. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to FL.

Real Cozy with Awesome Owners
Rented the place for my responsible daughter and her boyfriend to celebrate his birthday. The place was just like the picture and write-up. Owners were very informative and communicative. Overall stay was great.

Perfect!
Our apartment was clean, welcoming, bright and cheerful. Jill and Tyler are the perfect hosts. They went above and beyond in exceeding our expectations. We will book with them again. They have created the best outside seating area with beautiful palm trees. Thank you Jill and Tyler! Also a thank you to Irm. She is the best.

Beach Break
The place was clean and comfortable. Very roomy and well-outfitted kitchen. Laundry area very handy. The exterior grounds, parking and street/neighborhood were nice/convenient. We enjoyed most our visit to the “sponge docks” Greek area and Howard Park and beach . The only dislikes on this beach vacation were “red tide” at the beach and traffic/congestion (neither of which is your fault!). I would definitely stay at this VRBO again. The only trouble I had was replying when manager sent messages: the reply space didn’t always work for me—my phone, me, internet issue? I don’t know, but I did get it to work in another area. Sorry if you didn’t get my replies—I was trying !

Was very unhappy!
Would have been good but the water heater was leaking when we arrived, had to deal with finding somewhere to stay and it was not an easy task we had our pup with us not many places except pets.

Home away from home!
This property was amazing! The unit was clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The hosts thought of, and provided, everything we needed - and more. The hosts responded to our messages, quickly. I will definitely stay here again, when in this area.

Stop-over prior to home purchase
The unit was very comfortable and welcoming. The neighborhood is a mixed bag - mostly good, but some areas not great for night time dog walking. Suited my varmits and I just fine.

Perfection
Had a slight issue upon arrival, the address had a unit number that didn’t exist, BUT we found it by process of elimination 😅
Everything was perfect. Clean, updated, and well stocked with all basic needs. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for me
This was a perfect get away. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping and a short car ride to the gulf. Plenty of space to have family members visit and quiet enough to sleep soundly.

Tarpon Springs hideaway
We just completed a 10 day stay in Tarpon Springs and this property was perfect for us! The local is great, near 19 but not too close and easy access to downtown Tarpon Springs ( 3 minutes ) and all the Tarpon Springs fun at the docks (10 minutes ). The unit was clean and well maintained, the owners were helpful with any questions and we’re there if needed. We will stay here again when back in the area. Highly recommended !

Centrally located if you want travel to other parts of Florida. Very friendly and accommodating owners who live right next door if you need anything or have any questions. Would stay again, without a second thought, if we were to visit again 😎🌴🏖️🏞️🚴♂️🛶🏌️♀️⛳

Nice unit that was conveniently located
Well maintained property about a 10 minute drive to the sponge docks area of Tarpon Springs. Lots of restaurants nearby. We had some trouble finding it initially due to GPS problems, but once we found it, it was a great experience.

Very clean and comfortable. We did not find instructions for livingroom until our departure day.
Personal peference would be a regular table not bar height. The table needs some tightening as it wiggles quite a bit. Otherwise everything was very nice. Wonderfully quiet we rested well each night.

Incredible Spring Break
Home was great and very comfortable. Kitchen could use more things to mix, cook, bake, and store with but if you are not looking to create a meal this is absolutely a fantastic choice. No problems whatsoever during Spring Break no less!!!!!
Must try Queens Pizza and Mama’s Authentic Greek Restaurants

Quiet place in a lovely walkable town.
Everything went smoothly with check in and return of deposit. The location was perfect, close to major roads but we walked downtown. The Sponge Docks were great. Every meal was a treat. The apartment was quiet and well appointed.

Immaculate getaway
Loved this cute apartment! Great central location for beaches, sponge docks and old downtown!
Only downside was no dishwasher or sink stoppers! Owner says no stoppers because of past sink overflows, made it challenging to wash dishes. So we washed dishes is a large mixing bowl in the sink! The owner was easy to reach and very responsive to requests and questions

Comfortable, convenient and cost effective.
With friends and family in the area, this was very convenient to highway 19 to get where we were going. We watched the Olympics with great TV coverage, comfortable living room furniture and excellent wifi. Many stores and restaurants nearby. When we had a question on the first day our text was promptly answered and the situation resolved within an hour. Several good areas nearby to walk, like Craig Park, Anderson Park and Fred Howard Park.

Check in
Check in was a nightmare. No check in instructions were sent as owner had stated. Tried to contact him at property had no luck. Thankfully his wife came and gave us the door code so we could get in after an hour wait outside.
