The cleanliness was excellent, even better than in the photo, and the hotel is situated in a tranquil setting with excellent service. It was an excellent value for money.

Breakfast - Not Applicable.
Location was close to town center.
The house was shared with parking for 4 vehicles in rear carpark.
Room 15 was comfortable with shared bathroom containing WC & shower.
There were cooking facilities in the kitchen if you wanted to cook a meal.
There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance away, 10-15mins.
The host Lyndsey was very nice & contactable by mobile phone.
There was nothing that I didn't like.

Very clean

House was very warm and clean. There were 2 shared bathrooms and small but well equipped shared kitchen as well. Big Asda just 10 min walk. Hostess was very helpful and nice lady.
Some simple bedside table lamp next to the bed could be very useful at night and extra hook for clothes in bathroom as well.

Great location for me, visiting family locally. Room was very large, clean and warm and the bed very comfortable. Very quiet for the 3 nights I stayed, so I slept very well. Tea/coffee etc in the room topped up daily too. I didn't use the shared kitchen facilities but they looked great for making meals etc.

There did not appear to be breakfast.
The host did not live there and seemed annoyed/irritated that I was late, despite me ticking my arrival time to be from 22.00hr-23.00hr.
The bed was very small and it was a cold night but no extra blanket or quilt
This is all for what I disliked.

Nicely decorated
Bed was comfortable
The key wasn't in the lock box when I arrived; I had to knock on the door as another guest staying there had taken it & not put it back in the lock box;
Car parking was very tight for my medium size car; to park on the grass verge was too muddy;
The heating was excessively hot in the room so I didn't sleep well; the thermostat gauge on the radiator I think was broken as the radiator never seemed to cool down

Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Good communication. Easy to find.

Clean shower/toilet- seemed fairly modern.
Room was lovely & warm when i first entered about 6pm.
Microwave + cutlery were good.
Good condiments provided.
Lyndsey provided guidance how to use the lock-box when initially trying to enter property.
Heating must have turned off at some point during night so i had to wear a marino sweater to feel comfortable in the morning.
Couple less sachets of milk meant i had to be austere & allocate between 3 cups of tea.
i think £5-10 over-priced.

I stayed in Rugby as a stop-gap before I travelled further up north. I liked the fact that although I was a lone female traveller, I felt really safe and cosy at the property. My room was basic but it so comfortable and I felt very relaxed there. The shared bathroom was very very clean - I was impressed. I met the owner, and she is lovely, she answered all my questions via message and face to face. I would highly recommend this place.
There was nothing to dislike!

Great location, easy to find and close to the center of Rugby
Easy communication for check in and check out; very clean and tidy
Quite an old house and thus clairaudient. Some more furniture in the room would have been nice; also the bed (in the single room) was not very convinient

Bed was always made and clean coffie mug and coffie. Fridge available and some kitchen stuff. Private parking.
Pillow is not good and warming of the house was going on only in the morning.

Good location to walk to town, easy enough to find and good value.
