Quiet Gem
Stayed several days. Quiet neighborhood. Street parking, but was able to park right out front each day. Apartment had been recently updated - new furniture, curtains, towels, etc. Roku TV, cable, etc.
reasonably priced - would stay here again.

Excellent location, fabulous property manager
This apartment was in the perfect location to visit our kids in Tower Grove. Lovely, quiet and quaint neighborhood, close to fabulous food, cute shops and Tower Grove Park. The property manager immediately addressed some concerns we had and made sure we were taken care of. The furnace wasn't working when we checked in on a very cold evening, he arrived within minutes and bought some space heaters that warmed the apartment perfectly. For this price in this neighborhood, we highly recommend this property. If you don't need a fancy, well-appointed hotel room and prefer quaintly rough-around-the-edges, this is your place!

Good location to great sights!
Super close to the botanical gardens, the zoo, parks and other sights you have to see in St Louis. i thought the parking was going to be tough but was able to park in front and never had any issues. Also, its only about $15 Lyft to downtown. The rental was an older building and very clean inside. friendly neighborhood with folks walking their dogs around at night.

Centrally located
Mikes property is very well located! You can get anywhere in the city very easily! Mike is very attentive and check in was easy. The only complaints were that the unit smells of cigarette smoke and the kitchen layout is a bit challenging due to the placement of the refrigerator.

It was such an easy process to book and stay!
Will plan on using this property with our next stay in St. Louis. We we’re too busy to really enjoy the area and the space rented but if in the future we travel will keep this on our list the first place to contact!

Great place, great price.
The place was awesome. I brought a youth group of 13 and rented all four apartments in this building. Each apartment was clean, had awesomely comfortable beds, and a whole lot of room. Mike was easily accessible for anything we needed. If you're in St. Louis and need a place to stay this is a great option. Great neighborhood, close to everything.

Everything You Need In a Perfect Location
This is really a terrific way to see St. Louis. We were able to walk to the Botanic Garden & the craft beer fest at Tower Grove. Drove 5 minutes to a delicious dinner on the Hill and another 10 to trek around the Central West End. The apartment was a wonderful retreat to come home to after several fun filled days.

Mike’s place did not disappoint
This property was perfect for our 4 day/3 night stay. Mike provided a book of suggestions on things to do and where to eat near his place, it was very much appreciated as we took in some of his favorite places. Would definitely recommend this property.

Clean and close to Barnes
The apartment was clean, and easy access to the hospital, and more affordable than nearby hotels while including many more amenities. We enjoyed staying here. The neighborhood is nice and very close to many St. Louis attractions. Had no problem checking in and we never had to contact Mike for anything, but he left direct contacts to him in the apartment. Thank you for this vrbo rental, Mike!

Wonderful St. Louis find!
We loved staying in this apartment that seemed to be in the heart of everything. The Missouri Botanical Gardens are at the end of the street and you really should visit. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean and had lots of space for the 2 of us. The location is the best part as you can A) walk around a gorgeous, tree lined neighbourhood and B) Drive just about anywhere in about 8 minutes! We went to several places and the GPS was always telling us "6-8" minutes. Perfect!
