What is it? Industrial? Residential? Castle? Well let me put your thoughts at ease. Behold a contemporary Santa Fe Estate nestled at the base of Silly Mountain in the Apache Junction / Gold Canyon Corridor. This home is just shy of 5,800 square foot perfectly appointed 6 bedroom home feels like a 10 acre resort and full entertainment facility. As you admire the architecture you will be pleasantly surprised of the thought of how this compound meets functionality.
#1 Private gate entrance: Were not talking about a gated community. A true estate needs its own automatic gate with a remote.
#2 (2) Gorgeous fountains: One in the front yard and one in the back yard to help glorify the flawless views of the mountains.
#3 45,000 gallon diving pool: This isn't just a boring diving pool, It is a fully automated remodeled pool with a glass tile table and benches to play cards or drink margaritas as the kids play on the over-sized baha benches or try a back flip on the diving board. Oh and for the older kids at heart there is a remote for you to blast the fountains into whats called the Belagio mode or Geyser mode (my added touch of fun).
#4 (3) Car Over sized garage with extra storage: This is a garage you can park your big truck in.
#5 Solar: For all of you green peeps out there you will be impressed knowing that 5.5 kw of solar is being sent back to the grid as renewable energy.
#6 Award Winning Hardscape Pavers: There are 22,000 square feet of pavers laid in the yard encompassing a circular driveway to an entertaining 3 tiered backyard paradise with 7 fire features to make every neighbor jealous.
#7 Dark Sky Zone: This home is in a dark sky zone in Pinal County. This means there are no street lights so that you can see every star in the sky. Have you ever seen a full moon rise above the majestic Superstition Mountains in a dark sky zone? Grab the telescope out of the spare bedroom and gaze for hours!
#8 Fully fenced yard. Of course every compound needs an impermeable wall, but this wall is mostly view fencing as a block wall would not be the right choice for this homes choice views.
#9 Horse Property: I guess you could put a horse out there as we are zoned for it. =) Could the back fountain be a watering hole? I guess so.
#10 Hiking Trails: Silly Mountain Hiking park is a mile away. If hiking is not your thing, then chew up some curly fries watch the hikers hike the mountain and snicker. Lets keep in mind people are driving for miles to hike the mountain that is in your backyard, it must have fantastic views!
#11 Views Views Views: Flawless Superstition mountain and city lights in the front, flawless silly mountain in the back. Is the front completely flawless? Well, you might see some roof tops of multi million dollar homes 1/4 mile away in the background, I hope that won't hurt you.
#12 Wild Kingdom: As you just gaze at the mountain in the back yard watch the wild life. Bunnies, quail, road runners, cardinals, hawks, coyotes and your occasional deer or desert tortoise. Shhhhhh you hear that? It what quiet sounds like with a hint of wildlife.
#13 Zombie Apocalypse: If your one of the .0003% of people who think that Zombies are coming. Don't worry if you are renting this home during the invasion, you are in a fully fence compound that can be put completely off grid with solar and a private well. =)
Well we pretty much talked all about the outside now lets enter the house!
#1 6 large bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 15'x17' King bed shares Jack and Jill Bathroom
Bedroom 2 17'x17' King bed shares bathroom with common bathroom attached
Bedroom 3 15'x15' Queen bed in the Dungeon more to come on that!
Bedroom 4 15'x17' Queen bed shares Jack and Jill Bathroom
Bedroom 5 32' x 22' (2) sets of full over full bunk beds with a private bathroom. This 700 sq ft bedroom has it all! Arcade games from Street Fighter, Rush 2012, NBA Jams to an 80 game classic game machine with Asteroids, Joust to Galaga (Everything you used to play as a kid). Oh and there is a foose ball table up there too.=) Did I mention the views from up there?
Bedroom 6 17' x 30' Master Bedroom King Bed with private sitting area. Enjoy perfect mountain views and the pool from this 700 sq ft suite!
(3) Kings (2) Queens (4) single bunk beds full over full (6) Roll Away twin beds with comfortable mattresses. (3) Queen Sleeper Sofas one in the master and 2 in the great room.
#2 Bathrooms: There are 4 large full bathrooms in the home all with beautiful travertine showers. There is a tub in one of the bathrooms if you like to soak. Most bathrooms are dual sink with custom tile work and Venetian plaster. You may see some woven onyx in some. What is woven onyx and Venetian plaster? Lets just say its really nice.
#3 Kitchen: As you would expect, it is a very large and very nice kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and 3 inch granite counter tops. 4 stools line the counters.
#4 Direct Tv; If you like lounging around eating Cheetos and watching the hikers hike the mountain then you will enjoy the complete Direct Tv system. Every movie channel is available along with all televisions are flat screens. We didn't go cheap on television entertainment as the front living room has a 65 inch Smart Sharp Aquios.
#5 Dungeon / Theater room. As you walk to the end of the hall you will notice a full size knight in shinning armor. Head down the stairs you will notice a dungeon like atmosphere complete with a dungeon gate. Off to the right is a queen bedroom we mentioned earlier. Off to the left you will notice a movie watching paradise. 80 inches of movie excellence. If you think watching a movie in the basement is cool, well sit in one of the stadium seats (you will not want to leave). If you like big screens you will like big noise. I am what is called a sound snob. I don't care the price model or brand name if it sounds phenomenal it is in the dungeon. With 7.1 Dolby digital you will get the same experience as you would in a movie theater, except your wallet is 75 dollars heavier. Is one sub woofer enough? It is, if you are a sound novice. All sub woofers have a certain frequency range, all movies have multiple ranges. Guess what? The dungeon has 4 sub woofers to meet all the ranges that every newer movie puts out. There are even 2 subs under the chair stadium platforms. Sounds fantastic
For the kids or big kids out there (like me) Have you ever played Call Of Duty on 140 inches with heart pounding sound? I have, its pretty cool! Bring your own Play Station or X-Box.
#6 Home Automation: Every cool house has home automation. Lights turn on and off for your convenience during the day and at night. You will just notice everything works perfect. Of course there is a super extended range wireless router to upload all of your cool vacation pics to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter! Tweet until your fingers go numb.
#7 Hidden room: You may have noticed a 11 foot mirrored piece of furniture as you entered the house. It may just look like a piece of furniture that can hold 36 bottles of wine. Nice, but big deal! Well push open the "secret" wine rack door and head upstairs to the bedroom / game room. Impress your guests with that!
So if you're looking to rent a 6 bedroom 4 bath home and are going for price, this is not your home. I'm sure there are plenty of homes in Gilbert, Chandler or Mesa that you can share an unpainted block wall with. If you do rent one there, look out for the screaming kids in the street. If you are looking for an extremely quiet estate on acres of land with phenomenal views, fountains, diving pools, outdoor entertainment, theater rooms in the form of dungeons, lots of space to roam, hiking trails out the fence.

We had a graduation gathering at this home for all out of our extended family. The house is large and accommodating with plenty of room, comfortable seating areas and gathering spaces. Except for the teens who loved the theater room we spent most of our time outdoors. The pool was lovely, tons of outdoor seating areas and beautiful scenery. The owner was incredibly responsive when we could not figure out how to operate the surround sound. The worst thing about this home is our visit was too short. We highly recommend this home.

My now Husband and I had rented the Casa de Oasis to house our traveling friends and Family who traversed as far as Germany to celebrate our love story in Mesa, after 15 years together. This was the perfect home to mesh friends and family from all parts of the country. There are so many places to congregate whether you want to relax in the pool, chill in the shaded patio, grill up some steaks, play games, or take naps in the theatre. I don’t think we even took advantage of each and every aspect of the house because we were simply having too much fun. Being a stressed out anxious bride to be, the location couldn’t be more perfect to escape for a scenic run through the quiet and beautiful landscapes that surround you. We were able to take our precious older fur babies with us as well which was needed. The host was awesome, down to earth, responsive and would have totally had him join in on the fun. My guests enjoyed themselves so much, they want to make this an annual trip and rent specifically from him. So grateful to have found the host, who even accommodated us to tour the property ahead of time just to make sure what we saw online was truthful and it did not disappoint. Thank you for making our wedding week that much more amazing so we could ensure our friends and loved ones their traveling to the desert was worth the trip so much that they didn’t want to leave. 5+++ Stars! Thank you!

Perfect week in Arizona. We go down with a family every year and they’re always seems to be some issue or another with a rental property. We had absolutely no issues at all with this property. The pool was warm. The space was great. The movie theater was wonderful. Will be booking again!

Our large family of 17 felt very comfortable in this beautiful home, the secret room was a hit with the kids and the pool was also a favorite. if you like to hike this is the place to stay, so many cool hikes within a very short distance. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen area and the seating areas outside.

We booked this stay for my daughter's wedding on a recommendation from The Paseo. We absolutely had a tremendous time. With the rental, we were most impressed with the owner's very quick response to an issue with the front door lock. The broken lock was replaced in a very short amount of time. Additionally, he remotely helped, almost instantly, with a heating and cooling issue. The owners could not have been nicer to us.
The house is stunning and the view is amazing. The house met all of our needs, We had 6 couples, family and friends, staying in the house. We hosted both a lunch for out of town guests and a rehearsal dinner. All of our guests for these parties had a tremendous time and thought the house was spectacular.
Out of many VRBO rentals, this house's kitchen is the most well stocked with utensils, cookware and dishes we have ever had. Additionally, the theater was an authentic experience and there was a large amount of games available.
The back yard is great and the fire features are a must add on. We did not choose to heat the pool, but the diving board and basketball hoop looked like fun!
Would absolutely stay here again.

Family and friends of 20 attending a destination wedding held at the Paseo. This house offered a great balance of privacy and proximity to all our needs. Excellent views of Silly Mountain, quiet mornings, and close to many restaurants. A dip in the pool and a trip to the Lost Dutchman Mine. Dave was a pleasure to work with, we’d book again.

quiet property on desert's edge. Quail, rabbits and other small critters running about. A lovely large pool. Fun games for kids and theatre room for viewing.
A nice mix of ranch and elegant, comfortable home, with lots of room to escape others if you desire.

We had a large multi-family group stay at this house for a week. And though a few things weren't working or didn't work properly (they weren't game-changing), overall, it was a blast. The house was a great size for us all. The pool and the theater room were a hit with everyone. Our kids did not want to leave at the end of our stay.
The location of this house was great. It was about 30 minutes outside of Phoenix. Although we were far enough outside of Phoenix, we were still close to smaller towns for shopping, eating, and groceries. But at night, it felt like we were out in the middle of nowhere as the backyard faced Silly Mountain and gave us a beautiful view. We also got to see plenty of wildlife just in our area like cottontails, lizards, quail, and other birds, and I even heard an owl one night.
The kids all slept in the upstairs room with the bunkbeds, and they were thrilled to have their own room to themselves away from the parents.
As I mentioned above, the pool and theater room were the main attractions here. We stayed up late, watching movies almost every night. We could not get enough of the pool. I wish I had more days to spend there to enjoy it more. My youngest told a clerk in Tucson that we were staying in a mansion. He loved the house. It is a really cool and beautiful home.
David responded to us when I had any questions or concerns. I do appreciate the prompt responses. It makes a huge difference when you have great response times.

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect. The home was large and had plenty of space for everyone. We paid extra for the heated pool and everyone enjoyed it. It was close to the wedding venue The Paseo in which we were attending. The brides family rented the home nextdoor and we the grooms family rented this home. The neighborhood was quiet and there was tons of parking onsite. The home was very well stocked with towels and linens and kitchen supplies.

First of all David the property owner was always available to answer any questions I had. We booked this place to celebrate our 50th anniversary about a year in advance. Our kid’s grandchildren and friends had a fabulous time. The kids play room/bedroom. Was a hit. Also the movie room where they played games and watched movies. Everyday the kids and adults would climb Silly mountain right out the back. They also tackled superstition mountain with the help of a good friend. The sunset pics they brought back are priceless. The pool was a hit. Basketball hoop diving board and a great cocktail table in the pool for the adults. It got extensive use. Can’t rave about the bedrooms and kitchen/dining room enough. We laughedu and told many stories around the table. The fire pits were so beautiful at night. We definitely got our money’s worth from choosing this property. So many memories made here.

This was a very nice property and the host was easy to work with. We were visiting for a tournament at Bell Bank Park, and the girls loved being able to stay together, even though we did not get to enjoy the house as much as we would have liked since we were hardly ever there. The parents did enjoy the trailhead and hiking behind the property in the mornings. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious, clean, beautiful. We did pay for the heated pool, which was perfect for January. The kitchen was amazing, though could use more and larger cutting boards. The dungeon was everything we had hoped, the large TV was perfect. The views were spectacular and hiking was right outside the door. David was so nice and responsive. Would definitely rent again if we are back in the area.
6.0 / 10.0
The pool was a hit with the kiddos, along with the foosball table.
The lights were hard to figure out and very dim in bathrooms. The water pressure wasn’t great in any of the showers. The sheets and comforters could use some updating as a lot of them had stains.
Overall, we had a very nice time and enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

We came back because we had such a lovely time last year at Christmas. The property fits our family perfectly. David, our host, is an absolute gem. He’s right there when you need him and very considerate. I’m already looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect space for 8 children and 8 adults to spread out and yet enjoy a nice week of vacation together. Hiking out the back door! We paid to have pool heated and that was definitely worth it given the time of year we were visiting. Property manager responded quickly with immediate needs we had when we arrived. Overall it was a great property and we would stay again.

Big Golf Trip
We rented this and the property next door, they are impressive, our group loved them. There was more than enough space for some privacy and different areas to hang out. It's a little out there if you are headed back into PHX/Scottsdale, but we didn't mind it was more than worth it, the views were fantastic as well. I have rented large VRBOS before and handles are falling off or they haven't been dusted in forever, but that was NOT the case here. We loved it and will likely be back next year here!

Best Family Vacation EVER! The Casa de Oasis MADE It!
Phoenix in June? Who does that? Well, our family was celebrating the 50th anniversary of our parents and this was the time that worked for our large family from all over the country! The Casa de Oasis was INCREDIBLE! The most amazing place we could have dreamed of. Everything was as advertised. The host, David, was responsive to messages prior to our arrival, prompt to check in on us once we were there, and wonderful to communicate with through the entire week.
We had grandparents, adults, young adults, teens & littles and there was something for everyone! The firepit features were beautiful at night. The AC was a respite and kept up incredibly on 110 degree days. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us!
We will be back! There is not a thing we'd change! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Great house for wedding week!
Our daughter got married at The Paseo on 5/26 and the house was great for our family! We had 4 generations staying for a week, adults with two toddlers. The house has lots of great features; the kitchen is wonderful, bbq worked great for burger night, loved the bunk room (and games). We were pretty busy, so didn’t use the movie room, but the pool was incredible for the hot weather. Disappointed the special fountain feature, which was mentioned in the description, was discontinued. Get the added fire feature! We used it all but one night and it was a favorite. Stars were great to look for, but spot lights in the yard stayed on past our bedtimes so wasn’t completely dark. The inside lights are a bit difficult to figure out, but we did. Sleeping arrangements worked out for our group of 12 adults, we didn’t use the pull out beds or cots (both would be great for teens or grade school kids, but necessarily adults). David was easy to communicate with and responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend The Oasis for large groups. Our family had the best time celebrating our daughter and her new husband!! Thanks David!

Wedding
I gave this a 5-star review because it was a great house and it fit our family that stayed there but I do have to say that the lights are hard to figure out and they are very dim and its hard to see in the house at times. We ran out of garbage bags and there was no iron when it said that it had one, the owner was very nice though and brought one to us. I do think that if you can bring your own towels for the pool and maybe for showering because I felt that there wasn't enough towels for the amount of people it says can stay there and I wouldn't have 22 people staying there, yes the couches in the living room come out to beds but there are no curtains so whoever sleeps in the living room will be up early because of the light coming it. Yes there are cots but the cots are only good for small children and the mattresses for the cots were dirty and I think a couple of them had stains on them. Other then those few things it was a great place to visit, the pool was great and I do recommend paying the extra money to have the pool heated if you go at a time when it might be cooler. I would even do the fire pit as well, that is something I wish we would have done. The owner was great in answering all my questions, and I had a lot, and he got back to me right away. I would definitely stay there again.

Incredible Family Vacation Spot
My in laws are snow birds that stay in Apache Junction each year. This place was very close and made it easy for us. Place was more than big enough to comfortably house 6 adults and 7 kids ages 6-12.
The house had all that was needed to keep everyone entertained with a very big back yard and pool area. Kids love the the theatre and game rooms. I highly recommend paying the extra costs for the fires and heated pool.
Place is located next to great hiking trails and a short 5 min drive to local grocery store.
David was excellent with customer service quick to reply and even came over a couple times to help fix a few things to ensure our stay was perfect.
Thank you David and we will definitely be back.

Awesome
We stayed here for our wedding with our wedding party and had a fantastic time. David was quick to answer any questions we had through the messaging system on here. We stayed in the middle of February and the pool water felt like a bath. The place is as advertised and all the 5 star reviews are spot on. Highly recommend for your next party/get together

Perfect for traveling with teens and young adults!
Our family stayed at the Casa Blanca next door for the week for our son's wedding. We added the Oasis for the weekend to accommodate additional family members. The set up of having both houses was perfect! This house was definitely the favorite for the teens and young adults with the theater, the hidden bunk/game room, and pool basketball! We had an amazing time!

Holiday Heaven
We are four generations sharing a delightful Christmas week together in Casa de Oasis. The house is FABULOUS and we all enjoyed the pool, in spite of the bad weather. The game room upstairs and the theatre downstairs kept us busy when we couldn’t use the pool.
Thank you for all of the beautiful memories!

The mountain hiking right out the Backdoor was awesome and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet! The kids loved watching movies in the theater room and had fun with the games in the game room! This is definitely a family friendly property!!

Grand Estate
This property is so unique! If you are on the fence about the fire features - - go for it!! We threw that in at the last minute and were so glad we did. The ambiance was amazing to enjoy the warm AZ desert at night. Our group of 15 had an amazing time. Plenty of room to spread out and especially to keep the Teenager crew away from the Tween crew. :-)
We opted for pool heat (April) and were glad we did. Perfect temp.
The owner was responsive. We were close to a cute, short hike, golf course, and the Goldfield Ghost Town. Had no issues getting Uber Eats and Instacart deliveries throughout our stay.
Maybe next time we will bring a bigger crew and rent out both houses!

Fantastic Vacation
We rented the house for 4 nights for our wedding week. It was perfect for having family and friends to stop by and visit prior to the wedding. Rooms were all spacious and clean. Lots of sleeping options. We slept 14 people in the house without using the couches. Everyone loved the house and the backyard. Owner was easy to work with. He has a fair amount of rules, but it’s understandable considering the things people will do to a property like this. I really liked the master bedroom, the kitchen area and sitting in the back yard. I really enjoyed the fire pieces throughout the backyard. I’d like to rent his two story home next door in the future to compare the two properties. This house really made our wedding week feel extremely special. We will be back again in the future.

**BEAUTIFUL OASIS IN GREAT LOCATION**
We had a family of 16+ ages 3 - 68 and this home was perfect for everyone. Straight shot 35-40 min drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor and close to Arizona Speedway. Huge driveway that fit our race car trailers perfectly fine. Quiet neighborhood right off the freeway. Grocery store and malls nearby which was a huge plus. Our family had a blast and the home was perfect for our trip. We had created a lot of great memories and David was very nice and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you David!! Aloha!!
