Excellent location in comfortable apartment!

This apartment had an excellent location - right in the middle of St Andrews. It was very easy to walk everywhere we needed to go. The decor was very cozy and we felt very comfortable in the apartment.

Pictures do not tell the truth about this property amd it was not worth the price. What made up for it are the people of

the living room furniture was terrible!!!!! the front of the house looks like it has been abandoned as well as the backyard. I could have made the gardens look nice in about two hours. no cushions to be found for the backyard but then again the landscaping was also unattended. towel warmer did not work in the en suite bedroom.

Had a very relaxing time.

We couldn’t use the outside garden furniture as it was covered in bird droppings on both side of the cushions.

Not a luxury flat. It has a very studenty feel.

Location was perfect.

Outside area was dirty, furniture covered in bird poo. Washer smelt in utility room. No cupboard space for our food. Full of old student bottles/ herbs. Dry dog dirt on front door step.

Comfortable apartment in St Andrews

Very close to centre, spacious and comfortable. Every amenity and comfort you might expect On the whole the apartment was clean and bright with modern equipment and lots of nice homely touches

One of the beds had stained bed linen which was unfortunate - otherwise pretty close to perfect although it was a bit pricey - but then that is St Andrews in August!

Short family staycation

Fantastic size with everything you need. High end appliances and finishings. Clean and very comfortable. Excellent location. Absolutely recommend and will return it back in St Andrews.

Passable

Spacious. Good location.

Big wet patch on the hall carpet when we arrived. Not sure if this was a spillage or the cleanup from a spillage? Flat is very noisy. Right on a busy road junction, no double-glazing. Bedrooms very light. Cheap flimsy blinds on the windows that let lots of light in. Had to go and buy a whisk to make scrambled eggs. Poor selection of kitchen utensils. Coffee machine but no pods provided so we did not use it. Something wrong with fridge. Big pool of water at the bottom. We mopped it up but it came back.

Comfortable, spacious flat . Great location for exploring St Andrews.

Really well located for the town and also to walk to East Sands Beach. The flat is spacious with plenty of seating. Rooms are very comfortable. The bathrooms are well appointed with large showers. I saw a review saying the beds were in need of extra padding - I think this must have been dealt with as all the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The laundry area is in a padlocked outhouse accessed via the back door. We found it easy to park just around the corner (free street parking). This fiat was a great option for a family stay in St Andrews. It offers a lot of flexibility.

The bathroom with the bath had a door handle which needs mending. It is not possible to open from the inside which is fine if someone else is in the house but if not you would be stuck- I messaged the host about this during our stay but didn’t receive a reply. This really needs attention. There was an earlier review mentioning noisy students late at night. The flat is just along from the Students Union (currently closed) and there are flats occupied by students in the next Rd and nearby There was an hour or so each night after midnight when students were intermittently returning to flats in the next street in pretty loud, high spirits. If you are a light sleeper or have the windows open it might be a consideration.
