About this house rental

You will be just about 300 hundred yards from the beach. YOU MUST BE 25 YRS OF AGE TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY. Located on the west side of A1A. Recently remodeled its a 3 bedroom 2 bath (one story no stairs), full size kitchen and dinning area for preparing a nice meal after a day at the beach. Great room has a Smart TV with WiFi connection and HD antenna. (No Cable) Two couches one pulls out to a queen sleeper) and a chair and ottoman. Master bedroom has a king size bed and dresser , large closet, bathroom has a walk in shower. 2nd room has a king bed and dresser. 3rd room has 2 sets of bunk beds, for kids only (150lb weight limit). There is a gas grill for cooking out. Sheets, towels, beach chairs and 2 beach cruisers, and a cooler are provided. Just bring your swim suits.)

Overall property is very nice. Only thing was I thought there was a spa/ hot tub on the property. Also the ceiling fans were dirty. Also the Air conditioner goes up to 79 in the middle of the night

This was my second year staying here. Darryl is always very helpful and responsive to our needs. The property is always clean and as pictured. I love how close it is to the beach. It’s not too far from Orlando, Kissimmee, or several other attractions in Florida. My son said it best. “It’s nice of this family to share their home with us so we can have a fun vacation”. Until next summer!!!

Although this lovely 3-bedroom/2-bathroom home is not on the beach, the beach is just across the street which is so convenient. It’s a quick drive to all of the shops, restaurants, and bars on Flagler Avenue, and Publix is just around the corner. It’s a great location and a beautiful vacation home. We’ll definitely be booking again in the future.

This property was amazing, had everything we needed and great access to the beach. Lots of room to spread out if some in your family needs their own space. We will definitely plan to stay here again. After looking back at other exceptional reviews, I think we must have arrived after a recent renter smoked inside the home. Sadly, it was smoky. I hate to mention this because booking and check-in were great. The house is conveniently located and updated (I would replace the brown carpet soon). Don't pass on this property, but reach out to the owner before booking and ask about deep cleaning due to smoke if that's a concern for you.

Was a great place to stay. Was nice to have all the "extras" that were included in the house. All we had to do was buy food we needed for the stay. Everything else was provided, so that was nice not to have to buy supplies that we couldn't take back with us on the plane. Thanks for a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay. The house and kitchen are stocked with everything you need, the house is clean and comfortable. We rented a golf cart for back and forth to Flagler and beach. Plenty of beach chairs and gear for use. Wonderful stay overall.

Home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Easy walk to beach access! Central location to area attractions. We were able to catch the Falcon Heavy launch and Starlink launch during our stay and it was amazing to see! Easy and quick communication with our host and easy check in/out. Weekend get away with friends. Great location easy beach access a block away walking and 2 blocks driving. We had 2 mobility challenged adults with us. Bathroom in master was not wide enough for a walker or wheelchair to fit through. The rest of the house was good though. We had a relaxing enjoyable stay. Watched a launch from the driveway.

We have been traveling to New Smyrna for a few years now for our summer vacations. We have also booked on VRBO. This year we enjoyed our stay more than past years in part because of where we stayed. This duplex was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for my family to stretch out. Close to all of our favorite activities and a 10 minute max walk to the beach. The home has just about anything you need to make it your own space for your stay. We made breakfast each morning and then headed out for the day to take on whatever adventure we had planned. I loved having the easy key pads for entry and Darrel was responsive and helped with any questions I had. He even had the outside lights on for us since we got there late. I will definitely be back next year!!!

This was the perfect place to stay at! It was very well equipped with plenty of beach equipment. We absolutely loved that it came with bikes for everyone to be able to ride. We loved how a turtle came to the rental every morning, which made for some cool memories for my family and I. Thank you guys for the awesome stay!

We have stayed with VRBO before and had good experiences. However, this property was exceptional. It was perfect for my husband, our girls and their husbands. We had a fantastic stay. The ease of getting to the beach, promptness of the owner getting back with us, and the overall family vacation experience was exceptional. We were very excited to find this property & loved it. It’s a beautiful duplex with plenty of space for all six of us. It was a one story and great for Grandpa to get around. The kids thought the access to all the digital accounts on the television was perfect since we had a couple of short rain storms during our stay. The open living room to kitchen gives this property a great spacious feeling. The bunk beds were perfect for the children (ages 7-13) & the fan in the closet was a must and so they were really happy to find it! The quick access in and out through the garage code made easy access for our family. The washer and dryer were huge and fit the towels perfectly. The coffee maker has a timer so we programmed & set it for the following morning. Even though it isn’t on the beach it has a great beach vibe. There are a few chairs and a wagon and some bikes we didn’t end up using but were available. The bathrooms looked updated and the wall in shower in the master was very entry and exit friendly. The drainage was a little slow but did eventually drain. Even though this is a pet friendly rental it did not smell like pets and was very clean. We did not bring a pet but the backyard looked like it would be fun for a pet. Looking at the map we were under the impression there was beach access across the street but found that the two entrances were washed out and closed. We found a public beach access with a lifeguard, showers, a playground and drive on-beach access 5 min away.

We fully enjoyed our stay. Duplex was fully stocked with everything you need for a vacation. You honestly just need to show up. The property manager noticed the bedding in the master needed to be replaced. He brought new bedding and pillows for our stay. Great property for pets and kids!

My husband and I love NSB. This is our second year spent 10 weeks in NSB. This house was clean and comfy for us and with a few visits from family members including grand children. Garage was a bonus as we have a two car at home. All the amenities for beach were great when families visited. The available bicycles very nice for neighborhood or beach. The location of beach was very close. Only be VERY CAREFUL when crossing S Atlantic Ave. Some drivers don’t want to stop at crossings. The area has best restaurants are favorites CorkScrew and Third Ave Cafe. There are countless areas to walk, stroll and hike. Enjoy!

This place was great for our family of 5 and my in-laws. We all had a bed/bedroom as well as enough space to lounge and play. The beach is just a quick walk away. We loved being able to hop over for an hour or make multiple trips back and forth when needed. They had great beach accessories. The only thing I wish they’d had was a pack n play for our little one, more comfortable pillows and maybe a few more oven pans to cook with. The beds were very firm but comfortable.

Enjoyed everything about the home. Very comfortable King size bed and the best two showers we’ve ever experienced on a stay. Nice layout and d as I nice to have bikes provided. Check out the trails through the woods/ park. Access to the beach was fine at 20th street. Great meals at local restaurants each night as well.
