Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, zentrumsnah und mit sehr engagierten Gastgebern.

Die Kommunikation mit den sympathischen Gastgebern war vorzüglich, der check-in wird sehr flexibel und persönlich umgesetzt. WLAN sehr stabil und Parkplätze Mitte Januar 2024 direkt vor dem Haus möglich (je nach Verfügbarkeit). Wir wollten verlängern, angesichts Vollbelegung dieser Unterkunft haben unsere Gastgeber uns eine nahe gelegene Alternative besorgt - toller Service!

Es gibt hier keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit. Die Ausstattung ist etwas minimalistisch.

Pokój zlokalizowany w pięknie odnowionej kamienicy. Kilka przecznic od atrakcyjnego centrum miasteczka, niedaleko od plaży. Szybki ,sprawny meldunek.

- Wygodne łóżka - Ładny pokój i łazienka. Piękne wysokie sufity - Czysto - Uroczy taras na poranne śniadanie - Nie było problemu z parkowaniem w pobliżu (darmowy parking przy ulicy) - Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielami - Kuchnia z wyposażeniem, choć kawa dodatkowo płatna

- Hałas od ulicy (choć to chyba standard w miasteczkach)

bella la zona e la posizione di Avola permette di raggiungere altre mete ( anche con i bus)

Tutto bene...ma purtroppo la nostra camera era sul lato strada.... e quindi molto rumorosa il traffico fino a tarda sera.

The property is 5 minutes walking from the city center and 15 minutes by car from the beach. The room was perfect! During our stay there was a lack of water in the neighborhood but the problem was perfectly managed by the host and solved in a couple of hours! On the last floor there's also a solarium where you can do the laundry. Great accomodation.

It was good.

I liked the size of the room, tall walls, the fact that TV and lights can be controlled over voice commands. I liked the interior of the bathroom.

Once I have entered the room I could tell there was cigarette smoke smell, light one, but a non-smoker notices that immediately. Also I could smell cigarettes smells on the towels. I guess it may have to do with vents

Wonderful room in a wonderful place

Wonderful room, very newly renovated, everything was clean and just beautiful. The room had two balconies. Towels and shower gel were renewed whenever required. Bonus was the "smart home/smart room" Alexa: Turning on/off lights or the TV was possible by voice command (you have to speak Italian, though, but the voice commands are listed and it actually understood me ;-))

Super clean and very accessible, few minutes drive from a beautiful beach and bread store. We didn't meet the staff physically but the person responsible for the house was very friendly and promptly answered our questions.

It is forbidden to eat in the room and there are no facilities (kitchen) to cook or eat so you have to eat outside + my room smelled like an old cigarette smoke which was a bit uncomfortable

The room was super clean and we'll located with balconies, TV, Alexa, Air-conditioning, Fridge,.... all in all perfect place to stay in Avola.

Meliora Rooms review

Clean bathroom and room, comfortable bed and despite being on a busy road, I was not disturbed by the traffic.

The room and ensuite bathroom were of an excellent quality and immaculately clean. My only gripes were that I had chosen Meliora rooms because I had understood the room had a kitchenette but it had a communal kitchen which was closed but I was not advised of this before or after booking. In addition Meliora Rooms calls itself a Bed and Breakfast but doesn't provide breakfast at the moment. This should be clearly stipulated on the advertisement. A coffee machine in the room would have been nice.

The room was very nice, very clean and really cosy, modern and contemporary design. Easy check-in. Free parking on the street near-by.

Unfortunately the kitchenette that was supposed to be there was not available (we were said temporarily), but this should be definitely mentioned in the description. Not even an electric kettle. Luckily the shop, pizzeria, bakery and several bars close by.
