Welcome to The Sonset!!! No corners cut in this newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home which comfortably accommodates 1-6 guests. Newer *heated salt water pool and spa (heating of pool and spa additional). Sun shelf with 4 Ledge Loungers and LED bubblers, sectional, chaise lounge chairs, and dining table with seating for 8 will make you feel like you are at a high end resort. Inside you will find updates throughout including tile floors, warm kitchen with quartz counter tops, updated bathrooms, etc. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals. Sleeping accommodations include a king sized bed in the master, queen sized bed in both the second and third bedrooms, and additional queen sized sleeper with memory foam mattress. An air mattress is also available if needed. HDTV in living room and two of the bedrooms (smart TVs). 140+ channels and wireless internet (speeds up to 50MBPS). Beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers are available for your trips to the beach.
This house is close to everything Naples has to offer! Relax on one of the close beaches, Vanderbilt or Delnor-Wiggins Pass. Delnor-Wiggins Pass was recently rated 8th in the country on Yahoo. Enjoy a meal and sunset at the amazing Ritz-Carlton or LaPlaya Beach Resort. Or head over to Mercato for even more dining, shopping, and nightlife. Also located close is the Naples Zoo, 2 movie theatres, Sun-N-Fun Lagoon, Waterside Shops, Downtown, etc! Please note that access to the third bedroom is through the second bedroom.

The house was as expected and a great joy to stay in for seven nights. The pool was perfect. The beds were comfortable with TVs in every room. The kitchen had every thing we needed to prepare some meals. The owner provided beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys. The washer and dryer were easy to use. The house location is close to so many shops and restaurants. We went to Delnor-Wiggins state park beach which was a super quick drive and park right next to the beach. Overall, I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This house was perfectly located in Naples very close to a perfect family beach! My nieces enjoyed the pool. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and we had plenty of space for 6 people. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Communication with the property owner was seamless. Easy check in and check out. I will definitely stay here again if we return to Naples.

The house was great. The ages range from 48 to 11 and it worked for all. The pool was very nice and clean and warm we paid for the heat loved it. We found a park beach which was about 10 minutes away was perfect. The kids loved how the pool lite up. Thank you

Property was very close to the best beach in South West Florida (Vanderbilt Beach) . My family and I are very picky with having a “CLEAN” place to stay at . This place was very clean and very easy contact with , Beau , the property owner. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Easy access and check in. Owner very helpful and responsive. Didn't realize how close we was to the beach and was able to walk to the beach (about 20 min walk). Awesome stay for a family!

Spent a wonderful week in Naples soaking up the sun! The house and pool were perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub and outdoor space was fantastic. Nice furniture, warm water. House was nicely stocked with beach towels and chairs. Close to Vanderbilt Beach and Publix and Walmart. Beau was always quick to respond to any questions we had.

Awesome designer interior in this house. I dig the interior paint job ( hence the title ) and new kitchen, lighting and nautical appointments. The pool under massive net is more of a night club, very true to the picture. The neighborhood is awesome to walk and observe new houses sprouting everywhere. Very easy to jump out to 41 for Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Mercato and walk to Japanese restaurant.

The pool was a great size, lots of rafts, pool chairs so nice to sit and read. Beds very comfortable. Beach supplies awesome! Manager very fast to respond! Would love to come again!

Amazing stay!

We stayed the weekend and could not have had a better time. The host was incredible, very communicative and helpful. House was perfect for our family of 3. It’s well appointed and there were clear instructions for everything. The pool / outdoor area is the star of the property. We spent most of our time outside. My daughter basically lived in the water for the full weekend. We would love to stay at this property again and highly recommend it!

Just what we needed!

Just what we needed!

We had a great time at Sonset! It worked perfectly for our families. We had 4 boys ages 8-13 and they loved the pool! The house was not far from the beaches. The house had everything we needed and if we needed something Beau was quick to answer. We needed some propane for grilling, and he had tanks filled that evening! The only thing we noticed is that the coffee pot doesn’t shut off, so when you leave for the beaches for the day, make sure you turn it off. We would like to come back!
