Had my groomsman stay here and got ready for the big day here. All my groomsman were really happy with their stay and photographer is confident he got really good photos at the house. Beautiful place!

Beautiful house, easy to find most things. Only located the toys on the last day but kids were happy with trampoline. Great location as close to Yallingyup beach and Margaret River town too.

We had a great stay for our wedding week with our family and children.
The house is really nicely built and well equipped with just about everything you could need for a family with all sorts of kids toys, games and amenities.
Our only complaint which we found really unfortunate for such a beautiful home is the lack of basic maintenance on the property.
- There were lights not working in just about every room.
- The water in the bath has a strong brown tinge and contains some kind of sludge, I had to scrub the sludge off the bath and kids toys every time we drained the water after washing the kids. The property is on tank water so maybe an issue with the supply although we didn't note the same issue with any of the other taps.
- The water filter in the kitchen is disconnected, presumably it's blocked because of the tank water (There's a note next to the filter tap saying that the water sometimes takes 1 minute to flow from the filter which would suggest a blocked filter) however when you check the filter underneath the sink it's disconnected entirely. This was obviously a concern for us following our note above on the bath water.
- The aircon remote in one of the rooms had a broken screen meaning you couldn't set or operate the aircon
- In general the house was clean but the toy cupboard was disgusting and needs a really good clean
- The trampoline, despite being in good condition in the photos is completely destroyed. There's holes in every part of the net and the crash pad around it is filled with holes as well. I'm not exaggerating when I say our 2 year old nearly split his head open on a timber post that's situated right next to the trampoline when he fell through a hole in the net but I just managed to catch him as he fell out. This absolutely needs to be either removed or replaced. We just replaced the net and pads on our trampoline of the same brand at home and it cost us less than $350.
All this being said, we had a great stay, and the property is beautiful. I partially feel like 3 stars overall is a little harsh but there were just too many small issues to not make note of them (Quite a few that I haven't mentioned here).
I hope that this review doesn't put people off booking the property in future as it would be so simple and cheap to rectify these issues and have a 5 star property again in no time but I just wanted to recount our experience in the hope that the smaller details are taken care of in future.
Thanks again!

A stunning retreat
A perfect base for a week exploring the South West. Tranquil and loved being nestled into the bush. The home was exquisite, with quality furnishings and beautiful art work. Only a short drive to Injidup beach to enjoy it's clear water and a good spot to walk some of the Cape to Cape. Can not recommend highly enough.

Absoute Bliss!
The four of us that stayed at this home are all in the design business . We loved this architecturally designed home that is understated, sublime and considered. It is close to the beach, wineries and galleries. We only stayed 3 nights and our only regret is we didn't stay longer. We will definitely love to stay there again.

Beautiful modern house in the bush
Lovely house in what feels like an isolated location but what is actually very central to the Yallingup Dunsborough Margaret River region. Other then getting an odd call mid stay about using too much internet (there was a smart tv) we had a great holiday there. Perfect for our group of 6 adults and four kids under 3.

Fantastic house in peaceful location
Sarabande is a beautiful property nestled in the middle of native bushland. It is close to beaches and wineries and an easy trip to Dunsborough to get groceries etc. The kitchen and house are well stocked with books, games, and things to do. The only downside is that phone reception is pretty bad for data and some networks and there is no wifi, so a couple of us with work commitments had to drive to the beach to get reception.

A well thought out House and well equiped.
Loved the home, location and layout. My only suggestion would be to put a second tv in the main bedroom to allow for that second area to watch tv.

Bringing our extended family together for Christmas can be challenging, the house made it great.
We loved our stay. Thoughtfully designed, generously prepared, and thoroughly enjoyed.

Superb stay at Sarabande
We spent a long weekend with family at Sarabande. The great setup and a relaxing outlook made for an amazing stay. Everything needed for our stay was included, plus more. We were a group of 7 adults, however the inclusions for young children is worth noting.
We were sad to leave and look forward to returning one day soon!
Thank you for having us :)

Wonderful modern bushland retreat
We just spent 4 nights at Sarabande and loved it. It comfortably housed 4 adults and 4 children (primary school aged and under). The house is beautifully designed and yet very practical in its layout - bedrooms are nicely separated from living areas, so the children can be put to bed early, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary kitchen ware & cooking utensils. The kids loved the outdoor trampoline as well as the supplied books and toys. The autumn and winter sun floods the living areas with sunlight, warming up the house during the day.
Location wise, it's roughly 5-7 minutes to Canal Rocks and 15 minutes to Dunsborough town.
We thoroughly enjoyed Sarabande and would definitely stay here again. The property managers are also lovely to deal with.

Spacious, modern house, great for kids and adults, highly recomended!
We had the pleasure of a 4 day weekend at Sarabande while in Yallingup for a wedding. The house is spacious, well equipped and very functional. We slept 5 adults and 2 kids in comfort and space. There is a heap of kids toys, a large trampoline and high chair for the kids as well as an architecturally beautiful house for the adults to enjoy. Close to Injidup natural spa, yallingup and only a short drive to Dunsborough and Margaret river. Set on a big block you really get to experience the quiet of being in the middle of the bush. Highly recommended!
