About this apartment rental
Avila Breeze is two short blocks from the beach (3 min walk). This luxury corner condo has 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, European chef grade appliances, stone countertops.
Entering the condo there is an en-suite bedroom. Up a flight of stairs to open space living. The second level is flooded with natural day light. The master en-suite is located just off the living room. Dining for six guests and a gourmet chef kitchen. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa. There is a half-bathroom just off the living room.
Up the spiral staircase to a rooftop entertaining deck. The roof deck has an electric BBQ and a casual seating area to enjoy Avila Beach views.
The second bedroom located on the ground level also has a queen bed. The second full bathroom is near bedroom two.

We met our son and his young family, who arrived from Ventura. We came from the Chico area and escaped the heat. Wonderful to play on the beach, visit Avila Barn and more. The condo was an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Beautiful VRBO, very clean and comfortable for us all. We would happily stay here again.

This is a Beautiful rental for the area. It is within walking distance to the Beach, Stores, and Restaurants. Overall the our stay was Good. We had a few maintenance issues that required some assistance (heater and water leak), but that stuff happens. It is definitely worth taking a look at if staying in Avila.

It’s a beautiful and sparkling clean property and had everything that our family needs to enjoy our stay visiting our son that is in Cal Poly.

The property was super clean and organized. We had everything we needed. The location was great and an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. The unit was well stocked from the kitchen to the beach supplies. The only improvement would be the beds. The rooms could accommodate larger beds (i.e. king mattress) and the mattresses were pretty firm and not super comfortable.

This property was perfect for our family of six. Very clean. Loved that there was a wagon and beach towels and accessories so we didn’t have to pack all that stuff too. It was close to everything in Avila Beach.

The overall cleanliness and amenities in this unit are very well done. However, if you are anywhere from 30 and over, you will probably want to look for another place as these beds are basically dorm room beds, very uncomfortable, very hard, very low to the ground I would not recommend staying here if you want to if you want a good night sleep

Nice property described well. Only a few blocks from the beach and great wagon and beach toys. Kitchen is stocked like a basic rental property but functional. The dishwasher and clothes washer both leaked but we were unable to get service over the weekend. Would be good to have better regular maintenance of important family appliances.

It’s so nice to walk into a rental and are immediately impressed. We had a great time in Avila Beach, and this property was perfectly situated for our needs. Two couples traveling together with one bedroom on the main level and one downstairs it gave each of us private areas for sleeping, and a beautiful living area to share together. Nicely appointed kitchen right off the living area, made for easy meal, prep and serving conveniences.
Each bedroom had an en suite that was very nice and spacious, complete with convenient toiletries for anyone who forgot theirs.
The location was great as we were able to walk to the various restaurants, beaches, walking trails, etc. the weather was very beautiful, but chilly, so we were not able to enjoy the rooftop patio, but this would be a nice amenity in the summer.
We would definitely consider renting this property again.

We enjoyed our weekend very much. One of our favorite parts of this VRBO was the rooftop deck. While there was just a glimpse of the ocean from the roof, it was a lovely place to relax and look at the palm trees and the hills. The condo was well equipped and modern. It was clean and well decorated.
Check in was super easy, and the office was easy to reach when we thought we had left a bag behind.
The location was a quick walk to the beach and restaurants.
Things worth noting:
We ate at Blue Moon twice and highly recommend it.
The hike out to the lighthouse was well worth the hike.
There were beach towels and chairs in the garage, which were much appreciated, as were the tote bags.
You have to climb a spiral staircase to get to the roof, and there is a long flight of stairs from the street to the main living area. Not a problem for us, but might be for some. Second bedroom is on the garage level, away from the master. Again, fine for us, but perhaps not for families with young kids.
Overall, this was a great place to stay!

This condo was in immaculate shape and extremely clean. The airy feel of the living area with all of the surrounding windows gave this condo a feeling of comfort and relaxation. The rooftop, just off of the living area, was fantastic for relaxing and enjoying wine and cheese. The difference with this condo and the others I have rented in the nearby beach towns is the up-keep, the upgraded appliances and the organization of the kitchen. All utensils and cookware are available and in great condition. They say that it's all in the details and I would say that this place is defined as that. Just far enough away from the beach life, yet close enough to know that you're a 2 minute walk to the sand and activities. Avila Beach is a magical place and if you have the opportunity to visit and stay in this place, book it. It's worth the spend.

This is a really nice and newly constructed condo in a great location. The place is beautiful, but there are problems here. The condo gets hit with the afternoon sun and on our last day it was hot in the 80s and the air conditioning didn't work. I rented this place for the a/c! Even the fans in there had glitches. One in the bedroom had only a slow speed and the one in the living room just had a high warp speed. The first night was chilly and we tried to flip on the fireplace and that didn't work. No big deal, it wasn't that cold. We also used a lot of dishes and the dishwasher wouldn't turn on. I went under the sink and it was unplugged. Seven Sisters are very responsive and nice, but by time this happened, my visit was coming to an end and there wasn't any time to take care of it. This is an expensive unit and for the money being charged, they should at least be checking that everything works in there. I would consider renting it again, but I'd call ahead to make sure that this stuff has been addressed.

Would highly recommend this to others. I would definitely stay here again. The condo was very clean and exceeded my expectations in terms of the amenities it offered (e.g. wagon for beach toys, beach towels, toiletries). I appreciated all its high end and modern vibe, as well as the great lighting. Also I had questions when I arrived at the property and the Seven Sisters associate was helpful in answering my questions right away. I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet clean condo in Avila
This was one of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean - cheers to the cleaning crew. Out of precaution we wiped down surfaces with clorox wipes we brought with us and not one showed any dirt, dust or stains left behind. It is a quiet and beautiful location, a short 2 blocks from the beach, and it is a large corner unit. Hoping to return in the future!
