Nice place to relax

The staff is exceptionally polite, friendly, and supportive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay.

The massage service at the hotel was very expensive, which is why I didn't try it. I believe they could offer a better price to hotel guests.

Three excellent nights at.Luxcity

Beautiful room with great amenities. The towels were excellent. The pool on the 24th floor is perfect. There is drink service and food service up there. The view is amazing.

Tolles Hotel!!!!

Wir hatten die Masionetten Suite gebucht und waren mehr als begeistert. Wir fühlten uns unglaublich wohl! Auch das ganze Ambiente war der absolute Wahnsinn! Vielen lieben Dank, an das tolle Personal für diesen unglaublichen Aufenthalt! Wir würden es immer wieder buchen! :)

Great place to stay, but key facilities were not accessible.

Great value for wonderful quality accommodation.

I really get irked when hotels remodel their facilities and you cannot use, the pool, the sauna, the coffeeshop, the fitness center, or what have you. I feel a discount is in order if this happens. In this case, I wasn't allowed to use the rooftop pool and fitness room which was the reason I had booked a room at this hotel in the first place. As customers, I suggest all of us insist on some kind of compensation in this situation. Something I did not do, but will be certain to do the next time it happens.

Comfortable.

Easy to get to, amazing rooftop pool, good location but hard to find.

Clean, nice rooms. Pool was the only truly amazing part. Laundry was paid and self-service which is fine and understandable, I was happy at the prospect of getting my own laundry done but they did not have detergent and you had to go buy your own from the store. I offered to pay for detergent if the reception can provide me some but they said its not possible. Disappointed by that but everything else was great!

Super expérience

Nous n'étions pas à l'hôtel Luxcity. Celui-ci étant en travaux pendant le mois de mars, Luxcity nous a proposé un relogement dans un appartement (Noden) au 18ème étage avec rooftop et piscine au 30ème. Tout était neuf et nous avons eu le rooftop pour nous tous seuls toute la soirée. Splendide. Pas de service bar mais nous avions commandé par Grab et acheté nos réserves pour l'apéro.

A l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner était compris. Ici, s'agissant d'un appartement, pas de service. Nous avons eu du thé et du café et nous avions acheté le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avions accepté le deal en connaissance de cause.

Heaven in Cambodia

I would like to say a big thank you to the chef of the restaurant and staff for their breakfast fare. It was varied and satisfying not only for the Western palate but also for the Asian palate....not only varied but DELICIOUS in taste....WONDERFUL. The staff were polite, courteous and attentive. We will come back to the Luxcity apartment again that is for certain.

It was perfect, honestly there was not one thing we did not like..

酒店的楼顶泳池不错，可俯瞰金边街景！

1、我定的是两个人入住两份早餐，但是我的朋友没有来住，但是第二天早晨来吃早餐服务员说只登记一人就只能提供一个人早餐，登记和早餐有什么关系呢？我已经付出两个人的房费包括早餐，为什么要用登记来拒绝我应该的早餐，非常失望！2、前台登记空间极小，客人没有一旦私密空间、3周围丢失穿军装带枪的人，让人感觉非常恐怖！

Werkelijk fantastisch hotel, waar alles klopt.

Werkelijk alles aan dit hotel is perfect. Super vriendelijk en correct personeel, die alles voor je willen regelen. De bedden zijn voor Aziatische begrippen heerlijk en alles is werkelijk brandschoon. Het ontbijt is geweldig, je komt niets tekort. Locatie is wat weg van de rivier, maar wij vonden dat heerlijk, met de tuktuk (via Grab) ben je in 5 minuten waar je wilt zijn. Ook het zwembad met uitzicht op de 24e verdieping is fantastisch.

Wij kunnen niets bedenken wat niet beviel, alles was perfect.

Nice stay!

Nice rooms and beautiful view from the pool. The mattress are really good, you sleep like a baby in it. The gym is also nice. We enjoyed the breakfast. Staff is really nice and helpful!!

Rooms could be more decorated to feel more personal and cosy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Thanks

Spacious room with modern design. Also the rooftop pool with the gym is excellent. And the free self-service laundry room is convenient to use.

Very enjoyable stay.

The apartment was very big, so big we didn’t really get to fully utilise it all. The staff were great, particularly Steven who kept in contact with me and also booked us the transfers and arranged our tour for us. The breakfast was really good, the other facilities were good like the gym and pool as well. Overall a lovely stay.

The apartment doesn’t really have much for you to use, only a few plates, glasses etc. Otherwise it was lovely

property is brilliant there isn’t much i don’t like about it. it’s great if you’re staying for 1-3 days due to location after that the location may dwell. however they offer professional and trustworthy services. only 1 small thing is there doesn’t seem to be much decor seems quite plain though it’s still extremely clean.
