Great Tuscan villa with loads of character and access to all Tuscany has to offer.

Outdoor settings, good location accessible to many activities, great views, well appointed, swimming pool, easy check in. Welcome gift. Quiet.

No screen on the bathroom window for mosies, which negates the other rooms. little tricky to find. But just minor things really.

Memorable stay in a gorgeous place!

The location was great and sweeping views of the surrounding valleys was incredible! We loved that each apartment was allocated a group of sun loungers and an umbrella for the stay - made things really fair and you could always guarantee a spot by the pool. The pool was HUGE by the way! Communication was really good and they were so quick to rectify any niggly issues. The apartment itself was gorgeous and loads of space and options to sit and lounge. The gardens were so well looked after and there were some modern touches such as an electric car charging point. We cooked in the apartment every night!

It was HOT. The ceiling fan in one room wasn't working but it was okay at night if we kept windows open, but it was impossible to rest in the day. The other two bigger double rooms had a fan but it didn't do much and the guys staying in those rooms struggled to sleep and could've benefitted from having air con or at least a couple of stand alone fans to help. I also wanted to keep the apartment clean with cleaning products as we were cooking every day but was told that guests buy their own soap (I just wanted surface spray) so we ended up going without so it was a little work keeping the kitchen crumb-free! These are SUCH minor things though and overall we had the most incredible time and I'm already recommending the place to others!!!

Possibility to charge electric vehicle Beautifull garden. Each family had its own private space Very nice and helpfull staff It's central to visit Sienna, San Giminiano, Firenze, Livorno, Volterra,...

Bathroom a bit outdated No oven in the kitchrn, but there was a bbq outside

We liked Amazing wiev, Big pool, chiling area.

In some hours durimg the day We didn’t have good Wi-fi. The villa shoul have air-condition, the ventilator is not enough.

Nice and clean apartment. Pool was cleaned daily. We were warmly welcomed and got good directions how to get there :) Good location to do daytrips around Toscana. Highly recomend this place!

Beautiful place, super clean, good base location to explore nearby Tuscany towns.

Our room was number 6 on second floor, shower was lacking, no water pressure at all.

Beautiful Location

Good Accommodation great for families. stunning views. little pet tortoise on site play area for children washing facilities lovely friendly staff We would stay again.

pool was freeeeeezing! couldn’t find ironing facilities but luckily packed our own. Just a hob no oven but they do have a bbq if needed. You definitely need to hire a car we learnt the hard way!

Pool is daily maintained while we were staying. Very clean. Quiet and peaceful. Outdoor furniture and arrangements.

Some furniture in the room are dated. Futon bed is quite springy. Groceries shopping is a bit of drive.

Amazing place, apart from A/C

We had 3 apartments for 5 days. Spacious, beautiful outdoor area. Staff could not be more helpful. We had a great day.

Only downside was no A/C. Could not sleep or cool down anywhere.

Lovely place - if you are going by car

Beautiful location with great views. Loved the pool and the garden. Friendly staff.

We were without a car. There are bus stops 100 metres away with regular departures - except during school holidays!!! which we didn't know so we were sort of stuck as it was was too warm to walk or bike anywhere and we had no luck getting hold of a taxi.

Beautiful neat spot in middle of "nowhere":-) The location is great, with beautiful views over Toscany and sunsets. Lovely farmhouse, with well equiped apartments, spacy garden to relax and beautiful clean pool and facilities for outdoor dining and barbecue. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Spot to relax and explore the beuaty of Toscany. Happy to be back again:-)

Amazing, if you want beautiful place to relax out of the city you should try it.

Exceptional place. We stayed in Apartment 4 and it was great, very spacious and with a nice swimming pool view. The area is great, far from other people and with beautiful views over tuscany. I really loved the outdoor area and the fact that each flat has its own outdoor table and sunbeds. Would definitely come back.

Amazing place to stay for a self-contained Tuscan holiday

lovely farmhouse, self contained apartments with beautiful pool and facilities for outdoor dining, barbecue etc. Classic Tuscan views in every direction.

Could have been a few more basic supplies (salt, pepper, soap, toilet paper etc) and no washing machine on site

Best sunset views from Tuscany hills, clean object and nice green area around. You can relax!

Clean area, separated tables and sunbeds dedicated for each room. Own area at swimming pool which is cleaned up every morning. Grill & barbecue spot in place. Perfect views.

We absolutely loved the property.

Beautiful property, spacious apartment with great views and basic amenities. We loved the outdoor seating areas everywhere on the property. It was so nice to sit and chill and admire the view. The pool is wonderful and very clean, as is the entire property. The owner is extremely accommodating and responsive and did everything to meet our expectations.

A sign by the road for directions to the property would be really helpful since the GPS has trouble finding it. Unfortunately, the interactive google map provided by the host stopped working as we got close. Wifi was not working for the first few days. With some persistence, we found the problem, together with the very friendly and helpful staff. Additional routers in each apartment are also needed to have better reception. A few more dishtowels and sharp knives in the kitchen would enhance the cooking space. The fridge door is a bit worn and doesn't shut all the way. Those are all small improvements that would make the stay even better.
