Large, immaculate, contemporary and comfortable apartment with sea view.

The 3 bedroom apartment was large, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable - the best I have stayed in my time travelling in Greece! The apartment was laid out over three floors with the kitchen, living space main balcony on the middle floor. This suited us well with our teenage children having their own zone at the bottom with shared shower room. We stayed in the top floor with en-suite shower room and further balcony with sea view. Everyone was pleased with this set up! The kitchen had extra bits like a juicer, range of saucepans and new, quiet appliances. Helpful owner Water sports available - we used the SUPs for a morning paddle, very straightforward to arrange and easy to get out of bed and be on the board within minutes!

Amazing location, just a few meters from a beautiful beach. Spacious rooms with very comfy beds. The house was spotless with a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended, and we are definitely coming back.

A beautiful and luxurious villa with amazing views of the sea

Amazing views of the see from all over the house. A beautifully designed villa, with Spacious rooms, huge showers, and fully equipped kitchen. Very close to a beautiful beach. Reach and tasty breakfast. The staff took care of all our needs, including kayaks, sap and more. Close to a charming and authentic village

All I have to say is that me and my friends returned 3 times in 1 year! :)

Olivia Sports and Sea is hands down the best place I've ever visited in Greece. To say the hosts are amazing would be an understatement! The place is suitable for groups of friends, families, food lovers, sporty people, unsporty people, freelancers, pet owners, and both nature and sea admirers! It offers something for everybody, combining stunning views, wild nature and private beaches. We travelled with two dogs, they, as well as us, felt at home there. We visited the place 3 times this year, all of them were even off season and had truly unforgettable time..

Greek Paradise

Real paradise!!! Feels like home and we love it so much that we visited for a third time this year! Season/ off-season Niko and Haris will make sure you have the best vacation! We were 18 friends, a little girl & a dog and we had the best end of the season in Olivia! Visiting end of Sep (off-season) was just perfect time for us, not many tourists, the sea was very warm and the temperatures around 30C. Also perfect for partying without disturbing others. The villas are more luxurious than you expect, extremely clean and the views are breathtaking (both bedroom and terrace). Bedrooms, bathrooms, living room..everything is spacious enough and done with a nice touch. The cleaning team will leave you speechless and we got extra towels for the beach every time we asked. If you fancy cooking, the kitchens are probably better equipped than yours at home but make sure you also check the 5 🌟 delicious dishes in their restaurant - from octopus to BBQ...BUT make sure you try Niko's fresh fish and the most delicious "Dirty pancakes", which Despina will make for you with the biggest smile! The nearby villages have traditional tsipouro places which are lovely to visit after a short walk of 20/30min. There is a small shop in the complex and several shops in the village above - Pteleos (5min by car). From beach- /pool- office through variety of sport activities, romantic evenings, party by the jacuzzi - no matter your taste, it's there. The Internet is good, which makes it a perfect destination for digital nomads who fancy sea views as a background for their Zoom call. We went kayaking and SUP-ing daily and discover the hidden beaches around, the best time is till noon and then after 17:00 because of the wind. There are a lot of hiking and biking paths for every level, which will lead you to stunning views. Make sure you bring mosquito sprays for the evening if you visit in spring time, in Sep there were none.

The vacation was too short :( can't wait to go back!

Greek Paradise

Few things: 1. Location - close to Volos airport and the city itself, Olivia combines the comfort and calmness of a small villa complex and the opportunity to go out and about in the big city. There are shops and cafes in Pteleos which 5 min drive or 25 min walk. 2.Views - practically beachfront, the villas we stayed in had exceptional views. There opportunities for short and long walks in the hilly area with great views of the bay and you can pop over to the villages on foot for a well deserved bite and perhaps a tsipouro. 3. Amenities - the villas have everything you need, from comfy beds to fully equiped kitchens and spacious bathrooms. 4. Activities - I personally went for some paddleboarding every morning for an amazing start of the day and there are other options to choose from such as biking and canoes. 5. Food - reataurant is good and you can also pop over to the nearby villages for the best souvlaki you've ever had. 6. Staff - the friendliest, most helpful people around. There's more but you get the idea. We went there once in season and once off season and both times it was perfect. Value for money 10/10. Thank you Harris and Niko and everyone elae that made our stay so good!

The hosts are amazing!!! Nikolas and Harris will make your day and make sure you have everything you need. Food is great and if you plan with them in advance they can make you the best fresh fish you will ever eat!

Olivia Resort Experience

The standard of accommodation is quite exceptional. The villa was fully stocked with all standard equipment that you would expect plus a whole lot more. Sea views stunning. On-site water sports... 2 swimming pools, inflatable water park, kayaks and paddle boards ... really good but we didn't really get a chance to try them all out. The standard of cleanliness is better than anywhere we have stayed in before with villas cleaned and towels and beach towels replaced regularly - the cleaning staff clearly take a pride in their work! This is a family run business and the guys have worked so hard to build a business to give their guests an amazing holiday experience and I hope they succeed.

There isn't a lot to do outside the Olivia complex. Whilst there is (good) food available on site, they could do with a bigger shop on site for those wanting to cook and eat in.

Amazing Villas overlooking the sea

Olivia Sports and Sea exceeded my expectations. Property is located just above the small sandy beach overlooking sea bay. Owners/hosts are very kind and eager to provide you any information or help. Property itself consists of dozens of villas, each of them having 3 floors. You are entering on floor which has living room with large terrace and small kitchen (excellently equipped). On floor below you can find large bedroom with large queen bed, bathroom with washing machine and storage room – this room is a bit low on light, somehow partly below ground level, but it is very roomy, so it does not affect comfort. On top floor you have another bedroom with another quin bed and additional bathroom. This room have a large terrace with amazing view to the see. Property also features small shop and light restaurant with somehow limited menu, but excellent food prepared by one of the hosts 😊

Nothing to do with property. Closest grocery shop is in village of Pteleos and supermarkets in cities Sourpi and Almiros, so you need to plan your shopping carefully.

Nice relaxing holiday! value for money is debatable

Modern villa, very comfortable and clean with excellent view, nice sports facilities if staying for a few days. Has all the essential equipment. Basically on the beach! Friendly staff

The host replies on the whatsapp number provided very slow or not at all to questions. Three times I attempted to have dinner at the onsite restaurant: multiple items unavailable on the menu, short staff and unable to cook, I asked to preorder a family dinner and the next day when I went to confirm it again I was told that it can't be done. Lovely chef and staff.... but still. The restaurant (inside) seems to be used as office space and staffroom. The pool (top one) has loose boards and exposed screws. No BBQ facilities at this villa (is listed as available on the property - I gave up and did not ask to be provided) Had been in villas all over Greece and had stuff like dishwasher tablets, salt/pepper and coffee filters and more. This one has only the very basics or none.

excellent location by the beach, the use of two pools, the room was comfortable and. clean and had pretty much all we needed, helpful staff, quiet and very modern. I liked the proximity to the sea and food, the availability of some sun loungers at the beach and the privacy we had in our apartment.

it was a bit strange it didn’t have any water glasses or ice cube trays or a clothes dryer or a hair dryer or shampoo and bath products. also didn’t have kitchen towel and the kitchen looked like it could use more equipment but we didn’t cook there so it wasn’t a problem for us. the breakfast was overpriced for what it was but it was delicious. it was confusing to find the hotel, didn’t have any signs to direct us or find the reception so better to ask the owner on message before you arrive to give you directions.

Great place for a family or group holiday

The Olivia villas were a really great place to stay! They felt brand-new and super well maintained and had everything needed: kitchen appliances, air conditioning, comfortable bed. The location was excellent and enabled us to have a very restful holiday — there wasn't much else to do in the area so we just chilled on the nearby beach and the pool in the complex, and ate in the 3 restaurants close by. It was perfect as it was a very low-effort holiday. The hosts also went beyond their way to make sure we were having a great time. The kayak and paddleboard rental offered was also amazing because it added an active element to our holiday, and we had great fun.

As we were in a remote village there were situations where the service in the restaurant might have been slower, as ingredients were missing — everything was communicated to us in a very kind way and were OK with it, but do have it mind if you're in a rush. There were also quite a lot of steps to climb in the complex and not much parking space inside, so do be prepared for the elevation.

The owner was on hand I’m all times. He was very friendly and very accommodating. You couldn’t ask for a better host. The staff were super. The facilities were extremely clean and well taken care of. The view was to die for.

perfect holiday

This place is magical. located on a spectacular sandy beach. the management staff spoiled us and cared for everything we needed. Beautifully designed villas on the beach with everything and anything you need for a vacation and a fully equipped kitchen. Super comfortable and clean. there is a small market and restaurant on the premises, plus a great pool. And rental bikes, sups and kayaks on the spot. I recommend staying there for at least a full week.

Suitable for families with children

Very nice and comfort vilas in a little village. Exceptionaly quiet place, Small, but very nice and clean beach, close to accomodation. Super breakfast. Pleasant and very supportive staff.

No market on site, Very bad, often unusable connection to Internet. Horrible driveway acces to resort. Nearest shoping possibility 4 km in Pteleos. First aid 30km in Almyros. No water sports center - except possibility of rent kayak or paddleboard.

1. The villas are new, very clean, and very well equipped. 2. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Mr. Nikos at the restaurant went out of his way to accommodate us: his menu has few vegan options, but he asked us what vegan dishes we wanted and he prepared them just for us. 3. The food can be delivered to your villa free of charge. 4. The location of the complex is very beautiful, and the terraces have amazing views of the mountains and the sea between them. 5. The beach in front of the complex is very nice, and the water was very warm, as in a heated pool. 6. The owner gave us free late checkout.

1. The sea in front of the complex was full of a harmless but scary kind of jellyfish (σαλούφες). 2. Every day a very strong wind would start in the afternoon but would subside by the following morning. 3. They only clean and replace bedsheets and towels every three days. Extra cleanings are available on request, but at the steep price of 30 euros pet cleaning. 4. The location is isolated, in the middle of nowhere. I had forgotten my swimsuit, and it took a 30 minute drive to get to the nearest place where I could buy one.

Friendly staff, especially team on the morning breakfast knows how to entertain you :) Quiet location and generally villa was clean and we had all what we need ;)

Villas are on the hills and no parking available closer, so be careful on this. For cleaning we had to ask to clean otherwise probably we could stay like this for entire week ... The water sport area from the booking picture wasn't there and option was very limited. Jelly fishes on the water and on the afternoons the waves were bringing more jelly fishes ;)
